Don't go here. Save your money and give it to some place where they actually service professionally. Ended up giving them 600 bucks, for a simple leak repair and an basic oil change, and let's not forget the "new" issues my car has now. 600 bucks a whole weeks worth of working my job, apparently it was just for giggles to these people. I came in because someone recommend I go here since its conveniently close to home and they do other services besides an oil change. Since work 2 jobs and only get one day off I figured it would be faster to go here and get an oil change and fix a leak. Went in on a Sunday and they told me since it was Sunday (my only day off) that it would be 100 more since the place they get their parts from was closed, but they would work on it asap and get the job done by lunch time Monday. I figured OkAy one day to ask a favor of a friend shouldn't be bad right? Yeah sure I said do it. Monday comes around they call and say they are having trouble putting the car back together and now I need to fix/pay more because now I needed to get it aligned get the chasey fixed and the rear axle nut was an issue. I told told them no hold off on everything else I only have enough for the oil change and to change the rack and pin for the power steering. They said OkAy but in that case they will need to keep the car for another 2 days!! I didn't end up getting my car back till Thursday morning!!! I told them I was not happy And I even called customer service great job they did never returned my calls and went to voice mail. The manager said the best he could do was discount me 30 bucks.. 30 bucks when I paid an extra 100 to get it serviced in one day!!! And then they tired to make me feel guilty for their mistake and said they would take that 30 from the mechanics paycheck!! I ended up paying 600 bucks for the cheapest oil change and to switch out a part. But now my car is so much worse than I left it! The revs are too high became they tightened the belt of the power steering pump too much and now the alignment is all messed up! Oh and to top it off I ended up staining my clothes and hands because there was grease all over the inside of my car! There's all these noises my car makes now that it never made before. And for some reason my brakes feel tighter, it doesn't drive smooth any more it feels and sounds all raspy, and there's this stupid putt putt noise and I know this might sound odd but I know my gear shift wasn't as high as it is now there's even a line of dirt of where it use to be. I ended put paying more than I would have and the dealer ship with quality parts not this refurbished crap and no headaches and PROFESSIONALISM !!! I'm so angry for them taking advantage of me like it life doesn't have enough problems I actually have to PAY for more with the likes of them. STAY AWAY! read more

Crooks!!! I usually take my truck to the dealership for oil changes and repairs because its still fairly new but sometimes it can get a lil pricey. So i decided to try this jiffy lube by my job because it was a lil cheaper than going to the dealership, well you get what you pay for! TOTAL IDIOTS! Came to Chevy dealership and got a professional oil change, 4 tire rotation and multi point vehicle inspection for $39.95. I had all my brakes changed by this location. One of my brakes kept making a screeching sound. My bf just changed my oil and decided to take a look at my brakes. The staff is very friendly, but whoever worked on my car improperly installed the breaks. The break hardware was bent and prevented the ear and break pad from sliding back and forth. The router now has a groove etched because the break pad was constantly engaged. I would've taken it back, but this couldn't wait to be fixed. read more

I guess a lot of people are still recuperating from Christmas because I went by today and there was no line. Habib walked right over as soon as I drove up, introduced himself and took my keys. They had a $29.99 manager's special which was what drew me in. Apparently it's normally about $50, which is pretty steep for an oil change. Now, that's $29.99 for basic,standard oil, no synthetic, no bells and whistles. But they got it all done quickly. Then the guy who did the work asked me to come over and look. He wanted me to see that the dip stick was at the correct level. He also explained about topping off the washer fluid. Everything else was fine because I just bought the car from a reputable dealer a couple months previously. He also vacuumed out the engine area, which had acquired a bit of dust. I thought that was a nice touch. Here's the thing. At no time did they try to sell me something I didn't need. It could have been because the engine compartment of my car looks almost new, I don't know. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and think it was just because they're not crooks like so many other quick lube joints. read more

I stopped by for a quick oil change and they did much more. The technicians checked my running and brake lights and I needed a brake light bulb. That saved me a ticket and it is safer for me on the road. They also vacuumed out the car, checked my fluid level and air levels in my tires. Then they checked and changed my air filter. I called prior to get an estimate for full synthetic oil and was given a cheaper quote than what I was charged & also was told the air filter would cost $24.99 and I was charged $29.99. Then when I asked about it I was given a $5 credit for next time. I really don't think there will be a next time. But, thanks for cleaning my exterior windows and vacuuming my car and topping my fluid. That's why I gave you 3 stars. Stay away from this place let me say something good about this place employees are good guys they're professionals but even professionals can make a mistake I went for an oil change not because it was due but because it was going to be due soon and it was convenient for me to stop here since it was on my way home this oil change turned into a nightmare not only did they claim that the filter they ended up putting in was defective but they improperly put it in also. Little after leaving their facility my low oil pressure light turns on at that moment I didn't know what it was I just know it was an oil light I bring it to their attention they're thinking that they just have to reset my whatever the light and itll go off ... I come in , they look at it low and behold they find the filter improperly put in they claim it was defective they ordered me a new one from O'Reilly's I sit there and I wait I leave when they done and yet they never addressed the fact that I mention to them that my truck was humming that part never got resolved but they did change the filter I did leave that location with the lights off this time but the damage was done already my engine got messed up and they are not going to reimburse me I spent thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars getting a new engine getting the labor done getting all the gaskets the oil pump anything that I needed to repair my truck I even had to get a loan to make this happen and yet when I filed a complaint the owner not only never addressed me during the process of their alleged investigation but denied fault from the gate only time he contacted me was when he sent me a denial letter saying that he was not at fault this place will leave you hanging it's horrible to know that owner will not stand behind his service and its products even getting the Bureau of Automotive repairs did not get this guy to pay me what he owes me for the money I spent to repair the vehicle his company messed up my truck.... what's more messed up about this place is that I'm taking them to court they got a video of that day that will show what happened and how things went about .... only HABIB will not provide this for me suddenly at the same time I need the employees names this is a public business I need their name so I could subpoena them for they could be at court and give their testimony of what happened this is evidence for me and this is evidence for the owner he will not provide me with the first and last name of the place by to subpoena them who does that if you're so confident you're not at fault you would give me their names so I can have them there in court he can't even do that this man Habib is no good he will not reimburse you if his company messes up your vehicle stay away from these people as I said from the gate the employees are good people the employees are helpful Fernando the manager is a good guy very communicative but the owner Habib doesn't care about us he only cares about money and his profits that's my opinion he's going to send me a message telling me that he's not at fault but he's willing to talk to me I don't want to talk to nobody what I want is to be paid for what I have to spend to repair my vehicle your company messed up I have provided receipts for all that I purchased and still have more receipts that I have not been able to give him since he already has said he's denying to being at fault I have lost business because my business depends on this trip and since it was down I wasn't making money with it just a fair warning to you people this man will not back up his services great guys work there but not the owner he crooked read more
