Wow I have never been to such a slow jiffy lube in my life. I was literally the only person when I got there and it took over an hour for a simple oil change. Do not come here if you are expecting anything done in a "jiffy". I'm a little disappointed with Jiffy Lube right now. I usually go to other locations but I was in the area and needed an oil change so it was my first time here and I was ripped off. I was charged for two oil changes. Usually every time I go into a Jiffy Lube, before my car even goes onto the bay, I'm told what the price will be and what services possibly needs to be done. But instead, they go ahead and work on my car, change the oil and tell me what WAS done which wasn't what I wanted at all. I didn't want the "special oil upgrade" when my car only requires semi synthetic oil. I never have any problems with Jiffy Lube and I just feel that it was this location that charged me for a signature oil change that was $40 along with the special oil upgrade that was $60. I only walk out paying $50 the most with Jiffy Lube but I ended up paying $100. read more

They do a good job here overall. My only gripes are that it usually takes a little longer than they say and they try to up sell you on some things. However, I think both of those are common in this business. So, all in all, I would say this is a good option for oil changes. Check online for coupons while you're waiting. You can usually find $10 or $15 online. Yelp and Jiffy Lube often have them also. For cabin or engine filters, you can save money by watching a video online and changing those yourself. read more

Jiffy Lube decided to cut down an air filter and force it to fit into my vehicle. I thought that their service was quick and amazing originally, but was horribly fooled. I didn't realize this happened until my engine light came on and I took it to the dealership to get checked out. The dealership showed me the cut air filter and showed me the portion of the cut air filter that melted into one of the sensors in my car. Do not go to this destination, I will be calling Jiffy Lube today to request a refund and bring the receipts from he dealership as well. I am disappointed and DO NOT suggest this location to anyone. I am very disappointed by this place. Let me say that the Bear Creek Car Wash is by far the best carwash that I have been to in awhile so my disappointment is not with them. But with jiffy Lube for a couple reasons. 1) I arrived and was greeted by a very professional Lube Tech who advised me that it would be a couple minutes and I could wait in the lobby. After sitting in the lobby for close to 20 mins just to be check in I asked the person behind the desk how much longer it would be and his response was "I'll get to you when I get to you". 2) When I was finally being checked in I was quoted over $40.00 for a standard oil change with a "free car wash". When I asked about the $24.00 car wash the gentleman behind the counter stated "that is for a basic oil change. You don't get anything but an oil change. No car wash, we won't even top off your fluids." (this gentleman never once spoke in a polite manner). I could have gotten my oil changed at Walmart and then taken my car to the Bear Creek Car wash to get it washed and it still would have been cheaper then what they offer for a oil change and a "free car wash". Do not advertise a free cash wash and then charge your customers double for the oil change in order to qualify for said car wash. I will not be returning to this Jiffy Lube in the future and will discourage any of my clients, friends and family from having service done at this location. I have taken all of our cars here and the last time I was there, I was very disappointed with my service. It was later in the day on a Saturday but I got there about an hour before closing. As far as I can remember, my car was the only one there at the time. To cut to the issue: 1. They did not vacuum my front seats or floor boards 2. They did not show me my oil stick after the oil change (I wish I had looked!) 3. They did not change the old sticker that is on my windshield (from them) 4. I had to ask twice for them to use the coupon I brought (and I get synthetic oil so my bill wasn't cheap). For an $80 service I expected a LOT more 5. The worst thing is that one week later I happened to check my fluids and my oil was one quart low. No, I do not have any leaks. I called immediately and was told to bring the car back in - which I give credit to the guy that answered the phone but this should have never happened in the first place. I would have never written this review had it been just one thing (although the quart low was a BIG thing). I probably won't go back to this location. read more

Normally, i'm not a fan of the big chains for a service shop, but this was the only place that was on open on a sunday. All I have to say about this place is that the service was top-notch!! They really do know how to treat their customers along with their provided services. Be warned though: The price for a normal oil change could be quite steep, but for some reason they had a special and I got it for cheap. read more

The Jiffy Lube in Wildomar should earn a negative star! I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years now. My car has always had oil changes every 5,000 miles and was purchased new. I was on my way to LAX with my child at 4 a.m. last week, husband driving us, and the light on the dash showed 60% oil left, no oil drips in the driveway whatsoever! Then...right at the 60, and 15 Interchange heading to LAX from Temecula, with a 2 hour drive still ahead, an 8:30 flight to catch for my kid's surgery the next morning...and low and behold...the engine ran but the power to the engine stopped causing us to coast to the side of the freeway next to a weed infested steep embankment at 5 a.m. Trucks and cars whizzing by us. AAA was called to the rescue. Kid crying about missing the flight and surgery, worried about the car, hauled by AAA to the nearest dealer ~ the dealer is not open till 7 a.m. Clearly we have missed the flight and possibly the surgery scheduled months ago! The dealer, when arriving, suggested my husband check the fluids under the hood. Mind you, my light shows 60% as Andreas at Jiffy Lube in Wildomar recently changed the oil with semi-synthetic at a cost of $69.00! Nevertheless, when we checked under the hood, the oil was almost non-existent, the transmission oil was hardly visible on the dip stick! This prompted the checking of the brake and steering fluids. YES! YOU GUESSED RIGHT! ALMOST NO FLUIDS IN ANYTHING!!! ANDREAS AT JIFFY LUBE IN WILDOMAR ~ I can picture his face after 4 years of telling me ~ "we checked your fluids and they were fine" or "we checked your fluids and topped them off" I almost lost a car, my kid's surgery, and possibly our lives due to incompetence of this location! This is from a long-time, loyal customer. Sad. I feel you should all know. And...the car wash has degraded badly. They no longer do anything but a quick outside wash. I can take it to the car wash at Railroad Canyon Road and the 15 past KFC and IN and OUT. Much nicer job and more reasonable for a wash. Watch when you get your fluids in your car ~ it could save the life of your car...and possibly yours. I have never seen such a horrid place that would do this to loyal customers. read more

Took my Jeep to get an oil change today. I usually go here but haven't gone since under new management. I went in for the 21.99 oil change special. Before I checked out they told me I needed a new battery, new wiper blades, and that my break fluid was contaminated. All of those things I really didn't feel needed my attention. Even though the guy said "you need a new battery now". I went to another Automobile shop, Autozone and asked them to test my battery. They tested my battery and it was fine; said it was fully Charged and working properly. I then asked a friend of mine who owns a mobile auto repair shop to come and look at my jeep. He also tested my battery and it said it was fine; it was fully charged. It was only two years old & batteries last five years. He then looked at my brake fluid and I told him that the oil change place said that it was contaminated. He put his finger in there came out clear; it wasn't contaminated. Please be aware of your needs as a woman and as a person who may not be so knowledgeable of cars. Remember to get a 2nd opinion. I will not be going back there for oil changes ever again. I will also be calling the manager and letting them know of my experience today. read more

I needed an oil change so I dropped into Jiffy Lube. Nate greeted me and walked me through a variety of oil options. He explained each option thoroughly. After taking a look at my engine, he of course like any other mechanic offered me other opportunities to buy other services. When I declined a few he was totally respectful and professional. I did end up choosing options like windshield wipers and a brake light which I appreciated being told about. I had no idea that they offered those options so it saved me time and the price was right. Arrived at jiffy lube #3412 Wildomar, and there was only one car inside. It took 35 minutes for them to ask me what I needed. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. They tried to up sell the type of oil and said I needed an overpriced air filter. Total cost was $160. I can get the same thing done at the local new car dealership for $60 and it comes with a car wash. I was at jiffy lube for two hours from arrival to departure. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE & SAVE TIME / MONEY!!! read more

Staff was very nice they cleaned my windows, topped off my fluids & vacuum my car. I couldn't bring up my coupon & they still gave me my discount.
