I've been to a few different jiffy lubes over the past few years and they are all great. I have all the basic maintenance done on my truck at jiffy lube. I know enough about cars to do some of the stuff myself, but I'd rather have it done by pros. I have never gone in to a jiffy lube and felt taken advantage of. Many times in the past I've taken my truck in after I get serious work done and the guys there take the time to double check all the work that other mechanics say they have done. This is no ordinary Jiffy Lube location! The service at this location is top-notch. George, who is the manager, as well as his entire team, are always extremely polite and professional. I have a job that has me driving a crazy amount of miles, so I am in there about every four weeks or so. Each and every time they take very good care of me. I now have my wife and daughter going to this location as well and they are treated very well. A very good car wash is included with the full service option, through Bear Creek Car Wash, which is attached to this Jiffy Lube. I believe they may be under the same ownership. I came in for assistance with a leak from my right axle. Since it is still under warranty with the mechanic out of town that previously replaced the axle, Jiffy Employees kindly wrote for me what to ask when I call that mechanic to set an appointment for repair! A few months back we got our oil changed here and about a month later noticed there was oil leaking from our truck. We took it back in and they told us the mechanic there screwed the drain plug in wrong, and said they fixed the problem. When it came time to change our oil again we took it to Vavoline because we were in a hurry and the mechanic there told us the drain plug was not coming off because it was probably stripped from the last place. We took it back here and the manager had another mechanic look at it. They said it came off fine and went on tight just fine so we left. We took it back to Vavoline to let them change our oil and the same problem happened. They finally got thedrain plug off and sure enough; it was stripped! Vavoline replaced it with a new plug for free and gave us a discount for coming back. We will NEVER go back to this Jiffy Lube again. They KNEW the plug was stripped and lied. Unethical practices will be the demise of this location. read more

I was greeted by Jose Ortiz at the Bear Creek car wash (awesome too, but that's a different review). I told him I also needed an oil change. He called over Anthony from attached Jiffy Lube to help me, and they couldn't have been nicer, or more accommodating. They coordinated with each other, and myself, to do both my detail/wash, and oil change. Once I was handed over to Anthony, he took care of everything and was a pleasure. He told me what the car needed, and used whatever available coupons, but wasn't pushy. He waited patiently as I called my husband to see what was suggested/what he wanted to do. I had my oil changed at this location today and was very pleased. Andres was extremely polite and professional. The oil change was quick and he went over a list of things that needed to be done to my vehicle. They offered to fix those issues but didn't try to be forceful in their up sell. After the oil change was complete, Andres went over everything with me, showed me the clean and full oil on the dipstick , showed me all caps were tight and fluids were filled. WORST customer service ever! The asst manager tricked me into oil upgrades, using vague and confusing language. "Manufacturer REQUIRED RECOMMENDATION"! Huh? When I objected, asst manager Andres Rodriguez smirked, shrugged his shoulders and said it was too late. Then manager Anthony Coulter came out and I explained the situation; he shook his head no and said he heard the whole conversation on a baby monitor!!! I asked if there was video as well showing Andres pointing out the 2 upgraded oils? My husband showed up and that was the last we saw of the manager and asst manager; they sent the nice technician in to check us out. My husband found manager Anthony and asked why he sent the tech in; Anthony replied "He's my cashier". My husband suggested as manager, he should be dealing with this customer service issue. I stopped at this location on a Sunday morning and it was not busy. The customer before me waited 2 hours for her car to be finished. I waited longer than 2 hours for a simple oil change. At one point, I walked outside and saw the workers sitting down but the hood of my car was up. Although the cashier apologized repeatedly and sincerely, I don't recommend this location. I've trusted Jiffy Lube in the past but this visit and the previous location I visited are the last time it gets my business. read more

Jiffy Lube/Clinton Keith location is the best. The employees here are awesome. Lengthy wait but totally understandable due to several cars ahead of mine. The engine and maintenance alert lights on the dashboard were on when I brought it in. They are honest. Andres showed me the parts that were badly in need replacing and also pinpoint and discuss some needed future repair which I was already aware (slight oil leak.) Thank you Andres... I appreciate the advise and the recommendation. When my financial situation permits, fixing the leak will be my second visit. The employees are great. They acknowledged and apologized for the wait. This is the worse place to get an oil change. They stripped the oil plug and put in some make shift crap and when I went to get my oil changed I had to replace the oil pan because of what they had done to my car. New oil pan and gasket was $720. When I talked to them about it I was told to go pack sand because it isn't their problem. They do it wrong in the first place and then I have to pay for their mistakes. I filled out an incident report to have someone call me -- they never have. I guess I will see them in Small Claims court and the mechanic that replaced my oil pan will go and testify for me that they totally screwed up. If you take your car there for an oil change and free car wash - just be totally careful!!!!! read more

My husband is usually the one who takes the cars in for any service. I wanted the an inexpensive oil change which was advertised at $34.99 with car wash. They told me that my Prius needed only synthetic oil and if I only got the advertised one, it would void my warranty. I called my husband and had him talk to them. Then I talked to my husband again after their conversation and he told me that he instructed them to only get the one advertised. Jiffy Lube said to me that he didn't even know if he had the oil in stock but checked and said he will do what my husband asked. After lunch, I walked back over their to pick up my car in the washed car area and pay. To my surprise they charged close to $100 for the oil change. When asked, they scrambled around and acted concerned but the person who talked to my husband came out and apologized but he said he must have misunderstood him and thought he wanted the higher priced oil. The guest prior to me who also complained about some extra charges just rolled her eyes and agreed that they were all just playing stupid but are just trying to squeeze more out of every customer. I reluctantly paid but felt they took advantage of me. Perhaps that is why there wasn't anyone else in line when I first pulled up. I won't be going back to the Clinton Keith Jiffy Lube in Wildomar again. read more

One star is way too much for this place. My wife called on a Thursday and was told an oil change with car wash using Mobil 1 was $85 (which is on the very high side). My son took the car in on Friday, he called me at work to tell me that they were charging him $109! I had the wife call back, they then told her the Mobil 1 was $99. I went in and talked to Steve, he told me that no one had quoted my wife a price that day. My son told him that he had heard the kid in the service bay tell her the price. I asked why they were quoting different prices? He then said that my wife was never quoted $85, I offered to have him call her and tell her that, which he declined to do. He then pointed to the Pricing Sheet on the wall, after five minutes of explaining the price to me, I asked what the hell he was looking at, since there is NO price for an oil change on the sheet! He then said the price was on the computer! He asked what I wanted to pay, name my price, I said that I was not trying to take advantage, that I would pay what he quoted my wife, the $85. So he gave us a $25 coupon!. You can get he Mobil 1 at Cal Oaks Wash for $59 after the $10 off coupon. Watch yourself here, don't go! Never again for us. read more
