Great pizza and the owner helped me out when Grubhub screwed up the delivery. Will order from them again!

Fasting would have been a better option. The service was very good with the young people. The food was polar opposite. The sausage pizza was simply horrible. The sauce was the size of sand and tasted to me like ground ham. It just tasted strange for a sausage pizza. The crust was not even memorable which is a good thing in this case. Stromboli. Not as bad as the pizza but just by a hair. I have nothing positive to say about the pizza or stromboli. Finally, when I get sick and have no appetite after eating something then the food isn't very good. Eating a slice of pizza just makes you feel sick. Blech. This pizza now rates next to the worst pizza I have ever ate. At least the crust didn't literally taste like cardboard and made you check to see if you were eating cardboard. read more

I received an empty box!!!!!! I ordered by door dash the pizza that never received, my kid paid an extra tip to the dasher from his savings and when they handed to me and open the box it was empty. I called the place they said they will call to door dash to send me the pizza that I don't what happened, and never came. It was the worse , my kids was sad because they waited the pizza and used the savings for extra tips and don't received for what we paid and they didn't even send anything. read more

Finally got to stop here and have lunch my wife ordered two slices cheese and I ordered a cheeseburger everything was very delicious, I loved the overall atmosphere, and everything was clean. The cashier was very friendly. Will definitely be back! read more

Food & service was delicious! We had wings, 2 cheeseburgers, fries, and a Italian strombli. They were extremely busy, and the food took a little longer, but it was nothing complaining worthy! They have to-go food and DoorDash as well if you don't want to eat in. read more

Not sure why, but pizza went up 23% in price over the past few weeks. New ownership? Last month 2 large pizzas were about $26.... Now they are almost $32. That was the cash price as well, since they have been charging to use a CC. read more

I just left Jim & Nena's after being screamed at by an employee. After trying to phone an order in and not receiving an answer, I drove over to place the order in person. What I witnessed was shocking: A female employee was flinging food, dumped an order of fried cheese sticks all over the counter, then picked it up and put it in a basket and served it. WHAT? I waited patiently, as she curtly said "I'll be right there." The phone rang and she ignored me, and took the phone order instead. When she finally took my order, I commented that I had tried to call and couldn't get an answer. The woman then started yelling at me, high drama. I pointed out that there was no need to shout at me. She took my order and my card, and made a mistake and asked for my card back. I mentioned that if she's calm down there would be no need for yelling and mistakes. She turned into a volcano. I then calmly asked her to cancel the order. I couldn't believe her behavior, or that a restaurant that I've enjoyed all my life would employ someone who clearly can't handle pressure, and takes it out on paying customers. Never again. No one deserves to pay to be treated like this. read more

I was in the area again today which was almost two months later and I decided to call the pizza shop and the person I spoke to listen to what I said had happened on a previous visit. I told him that when I spoke to them two months ago they stated they would replace the pizza which is what they did no questions asked. And they also apologized when I stop by to pick up the pizza and I must say looks much much better. read more

The folks at the plant have been getting Friday lunches from Jim and Nena's for years now, but something has gone very wrong. I cannot remember the last time our order was filled correctly. We typically do not complain because this is work, you get a half hour to eat and there is no time to complain. This time I did. The manager was more interested in telling me that the order was filled with extra food than listening to the customer who can readily look at the food that was just picked up. After arguing with me for a while, she offered to make the shrimp basket we ordered and gave up telling me about the seafood basket we did not order or want. When I arrived for the second time, they showed me the order that they had, sure enough they had a seafood combo for a shrimp basket on the order. If this had happened once, no big deal, everybody makes mistakes. The problem is, mistakes on our orders seems to be the norm now. This is unacceptable and I got absolutely no reason to think that Jim and Nena's will try to improve. Just sent the menu's thru the shredder I guess we will try Ferrante's down the road. read more

Average at best. Moved to Dover from Shrewsbury and we were hoping to find something as good as our beloved Bubba Ds but this isn't it. The wings were straight out of a Cisco bag and the pizza could have been from a chain store. We ordered subs our first visit and they were blah. Best pizza shop on the west end! The pizza is excellent, the wings are breaded and very tasty.. They have a little kick to them but not spicy at all.. The cheeseburger subs are oh so good as well... I had read some of the reviews, but found after an experience with bad hotel with good review in Erie, to take them with a grain of salt. Speaking of Salt was so happy to see the fries that came with my cheese steak were not heavily salted. It sure helps people my age, when the joys of youth begin to catch up. My younger daughter was so surprised and said her cheese steak was indeed yummy. My older daughter from out of town who has lived in London, Bali and tasted some legendary Cheese Steaks in Southwest Baltimore was impressed by taste, courtesy of service. They had plenty people to serve showing the place was a fun place to work. We like the bluish tint brick and cast iron. Most impressive was they delivered on extra spicy, something to make the best Manadonese of North Sulawesi to stand up and take note. Definitely will return. The staff were friendly and outgoing and extremely professional. My wings were PERFECT! I highly promote this business and will be considering a fundraiser with there delicious food to help my non profit organization. I would give them No stars but have to pick 1. My main reason for writing this is the shocking insults i got as i was leaving with my order. 1. They dont know how to answer the phone 2. They dont know how to put an order into the system 3.they dont know how to acknowledge a customers arrival 4. They don't know how to look up an order. 5They dont know how to answer questions.6 they apparently don't understand that customers and their orders are what keeps them in business 7. And they surely dont care that they insult paying customers on their way out of their establishment. 8. They need to train the employees much much better in many ways. And its been 15 she said "well we have been very busy all night he probably told you 25 minutes. I said look do you have my blah blah order or not. She asked me to repeat the order for a third time. You're better off just heating up your money in the microwave and eating it! The girl taking the order over the phone sure could use an education in manners. Pathetic customer service. The fries were barely warm when we received them and were nothing special when it came to taste. I ordered a "boat" which is described as a hot sub baked in an oven. Maybe the person making the sub was baked, but not the sandwich! The "boat" was slightly warm, the bread was soft, and the cheese wasn't even melted. I had not visited this restaurant in about a year, and apparently during that time the food quality went down and the prices went up.
