Thanks to Robert Jimmy Johns just lost a loyal customer. I've patronized this location for over 3yrs and never experience ruder service than I did with him today. All because I asked that my avacado spread be put on the bread which has never been a problem in the past. I asked for a manager and he put me on hold for 5 minutes when I called back he conveniently became the manager. Since when does the store manager take call in orders. then i expressed my intent to call the district manager and he just happened to be in the store but after holding over 5 minutes he never came to the line. Another great job from JJ's! Order was created perfectly (I had some special requests and everything was done). Delivered by a happy gentleman who welcomed me to Texas (visiting on business) and was delivered in about 20 minutes. Began college where the first store/first year was opened and run by Jimmy and have been enjoying JJ's food ever since. Great job! read more

Got food poisoning yesterday. Ordered a sandwich, and bottled water from the Addison store. Started feeling sick within a couple hours and it lead to the most miserable night of my life. Actually the second time I've gotten food poisoning from a jimmy johns in the past year (carrollton store last time). No more chances for me. read more

We were there yesterday. The music was blasting. It wasn't uncomfortably loud. It was excruciating. If you are trying to imagine just how loud, you can't. It's impossible to believe anyone could set the music so loud. We screamed our order to the poor woman at the register, who kept apologizing and saying she had no idea why the manager was doing this. Of course, she got both our orders wrong, but what would you expect? It's lucky she came close. We were in a rush, or we would have left. We wound up eating in the car, sitting outside the restaurant, because we couldn't wait to get out of there. We watched people walk in and out quickly, without food, so it wasn't just us. Something is very off about this branch of Jimmy Johns. Obviously, the management does not care about customers or getting orders correct. While I'm a JJ fan, you should avoid this outlet. read more

DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY. Jimmy John's always boasts about speedy delivery, but every time we have ordered for delivery it takes them way longer than they say. The last time we ordered, over an hour had passed by, and every time we called to check our order they gave us a different story. So much time had passed by and it was getting late (so no traffic to hold up delivery time) we ended up just canceling our order. I love Jimmy John's sandwiches, so this review is only for this location. If I eat in, or go pickup a sandwich myself, they're great. I've always been impressed at just how fast they make sandwiches, and they have never screwed up an order. Here's where I have my problem with them. If I decide to work from home, and I want to order a Jimmy John's sandwich for lunch, it's a crap shoot if they can actually follow instructions to deliver my sandwich. I live in Post Addison Circle, about a mile away in a protected access building. No matter how many times I tell them how to get in, they totally don't get it. After a few months of this crap, I stopped ordering from them, and as a result, I haven't had a Jimmy John's sandwich in over a year. Maybe someday I will give them another try, but I really don't have the time or patience to train every driver when all they needed to do was READ THE INSTRUCTIONS that I included with my order. They can get my order correct every time, but when it comes to following simple instructions on how to make a delivery, they're clueless. And yes, I did contact management. I had a pleasant conversation over the phone with one of the managers. Nothing changed, so I stopped ordering from them. read more

THE place for a quick sandwich, whether to dine in or take out. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, and famously fast service. AND they deliver! There is a huge gap between this superstar and the also-rans like Subway, Blimpies, etc. read more

I order from this location for lunch all the time, they really are freaky fast. I highly recommend the tuna unwich (lettuce wrap instead of bread). The tuna is not fishy and is not over powered by mayo. read more

I have never had a problem with this location until today. First my order was delivered wrong (I received a sandwich that wasn't what I ordered). I called immediately and asked them to expedite the delivery of the correct sandwich and it has been over an hour since that call. I had to call the manager back to ask for a refund (something that should have been offered when I first called) and was told the sandwich was still "on its way"!! I don't expect much, but I always tip the delivery guys and just want decent customer service and reasonable delivery time. I was forgiving of the fact that they delivered the wrong sandwich, but Jimmy Johns didn't do much to correct it after the fact. Sadly, I probably won't order from them again after this. Walking into the store was like walking into a music concert...the music was horribly loud and the staff seem more interested into their own music experience rather than the custoners experience. The bread was cold and not warm, which for me does not taste too good. read more

I placed a online order today at approximately 12:30pm, yes I know this could be considered the lunch rush, but I didn't receive my order until almost 2hours later. This location is literally across the highway from where I work(which is the delivery address), I called the location numerous times just to follow up on my order, but the phone was off the hook and I only received busy signals. I contact corporate and I was just told that I would be given a call back( This is now 4hours ago) This is the WORST customer service I have experience!!! On top of everything when my order is finally delivered, 1st: I don't get an apology or explanation of the delay, 2nd: I open it up to find that the order is completely wrong. That was the final straw, I called corporate to demand my money back, and still was told that we will inform the next level up that will contact me. Place a delivery order for a office of 19 people. Delivery driver was unprofessional. When we contacted the location Ashley the GM said we will credit you back the cost of the cookie tray for the problems. Guess what they forgot to deliver the cookie tray. How are you going to give something for free when we did not receive it! Then the location did not credit back our card as stated. Has been 10 days and no credit. After speaking a owner named MIKE who was very unprofessional. He told me the credit card machine was messed up. I said I will reverse the charge on my card and he told me I was committing fraud. how is the fraud? Your service was horrible and part of the order was not delivered. Ordered on a Saturday night. Took over 40 minutes to get to me - I live in Addison, like 2 miles away. Called at about 30m and the store said they were slow today and it was on its way. Not sure what he meant, but Saturday night was going to be Saturday night and they should know what the staffing needs are. We got our order and there were 3 things wrong with 3 sandwiches. I placed an order online for delivery because I don't have enough time to leave work to grab lunch. Having it delivered on time and "freaky fast" isn't the issue, it's having the incorrect sandwich delivered is the problem. I noticed about an hour later when I was finally able to leave my desk to eat it that it wasn't the #5 Vito I ordered but some turkey sandwich smothered in mustard and other things. This isn't the first time this has happened from this location either... other people in my office have had this happen to them too!. When I called them and asked for the manager she was super rude and not helpful. I explained what happened only to be put on hold a few times for her to come back and ask, how can I help you? Again having to explain my issue more than once for her to respond, well what is wrong with the sandwich? Clearly what's wrong is I received the wrong sandwich and need the one I ordered delivered ASAP or to have my money refunded. She didn't offer any sort of apologies or offer a free meal the next time for their screw up.
