Sadly I like Jimmy Johns but this location claims they can't deliver and I am only 2 miles away literally a block out of their delivery zone supposedly. No wonder why this restaurant is empty during lunch hours. The young man at the register was mumbling his words accompanied by an attitude that speaks of him not really caring about his job. After I received my order, I simply asked for a side of ranch (that I ordered with my food) the lady behind the counter first rolled her eyes and made it seem like a chore to reach under the counter before her manager reminded that it was part of my order. I get delivery from this location frequently. Delivery is quick and efficient. The food is fabulous and I am always satisfied afterwards. I personally like the unwich or wheat. Unwich is still filling even without the bread. read more

12 people working here. About 6 customers, 3 already eating. I ask for mayo for my $8 sandwich. "We only have packets of mayo." OK but how do I get it on the sandwich? "We do not have any utensils." None? "None." AND no offer to put it on. Campbell's Dairy is nearby can figure out how to get mayo on your sandwich. read more

I've been disappointed a number of times here. By the time I get home (less than 5 miles away), I'll open up the sandwich to find it already soggy. They'll put way too much mayonnaise on it, throwing it on, and gets messy with the meat hanging halfway out of it too. I never have this problem anywhere else. ...Seems like it's a problem that can be easily fix, but they don't care to change, so they don't deserve a decent review. Simple as that. read more

Visited Jimmy John's for the first time today and unfortunately will not return. Staff was friendly and restaurant was clean however when asked to have my 2 sandwiches, 2 pickles and 2 drinks to go I was pointed toward a stack of bags and had to bag my own sandwiches - holding 2 large drinks how would they like me to do that? Upon opening the sandwich (which seemed more like the size of tight wrap) it looked very light on ingredients. I wish I would have taken a picture - 2 slices of roast beef for an 8" sandwich? The 3 small slices of tomatoes left plenty of space between them and I could see the bread through the lettuce. $18 for a quick takeout lunch for 2 people - I'll stick to Firehouse subs and be happily stuffed after eating. read more

First time at Jimmy John's. The staff was working really hard, literally cleaning the place top to bottom. I don't think I saw any employee not doing something to help. Staff was awesome. Will definitely be coming back. read more

DISAPPOINTED - Where's the meat???? This location is inconsistent. First visit was excellent and made me go back today but never again. Ordered the #4 Turkey Tom and it was on an 8" (?) very skinny STALE roll with 2 thin slices of turkey that didn't even cover the short roll. Veggie's and meat so thin I felt like I ordered a mayo sandwich instead of a meat sandwich - yuck! Just another note - no condiments or even napkins available at the drink station. Expensive for what you get - take your money to any other sandwich shop of your choice and get a real sandwich. This place is a total MISS! read more

Today was our first time at a Jimmy Johns, I can say I will not go back to this one and it will way heavely on my decision to visit another one, Why??? First of all the music in the place was blasting, we had to lean in close to tell the employee at the counter what we wanted to order. When we got the sandwiches my husband had to take his back up to them because they forgot some things, again the music is so loud it's annoying, keep in mind we went there to eat lunch and kill a little time. I have never eat so fast in my life I could not wait to get out of there. Everyone had to yell over the music to talk, even the employee's and the boss as he left the building ( tall, thin blonde headed guy) yes he yelled as he went out the door. There were 8 people behind the counter all yelling to talk, no one was working except one guy with a broom with a rag tied to it, he was dusing the signs on the wall....ABOVE THE FRESH COOKED BREAD. Another was setting in a booth on the cell phone either texting or surfing or gaming not sure exactly. Another just before the boss left was told to change a light bulb...Had to be told the light bulb was out... Don't let the cool building fool you, fast they are, but customer service and a pleasing environment they are not.. Next time I want a great sub and fast I will go to Publix... read more

Just got back from lunch at Jimmy Johns. The sandwich pictures on the web site looked nothing like my sandwich. I ordered a #2, no mayo. I got 2 pieces of beef, 4 slices of tomato and not enough lettuce to cover anything. When I opened my sandwich I could see 1/3 of the bottom bun. Really? Publix makes a MUCH BETTER sub for less and you get what you want on it and it is huge! We had to ask for napkins, they don't have any out if you dine in. Fooled me once, never again. read more

Crappy sandwich,that you have no say in how its made. This has to be one of the worst subs i have ever tried to eat. So little meat ,so much mayo. Try Jersey Mikes or even Subway is better the Jippy Johns. The people that think this place is good,obviously have limited experience in subs. read more

The food is really generic, they don't do hot subs like subway , quiznoes or firehouse, the only saving attribute for jimmy johns is that they deliver and quickly at that, otherwise they're really nothing all that special read more

I've been to this location several times and each time is awesome. Each time my sandwich is done before before I can finish filling up my drink. Staffs always friendly, and the food is fresh and always good. 10x better than subway in every way. read more

We go often for lunch and share a sandwich. Extremely quick service and nice staff. Very convinient for a quick lunch.

Have been several times, today ordered the Totally Tuna. The sandwiches have always been good, however, if you order anything that comes topped with alfalfa, like Totally Tuna, don't expect any. They don't have it, and apparently won't have it until they reach some kind of agreement with the alfalfa growers. I had to ask where the alfalfa was as they didn't mention it would be missing. Overall the sandwiches are good and I will repeat. read more
