The chintziest amount of "avocado" on the beach club. I even went BACK IN to complain but dude said it's in between the cheese! I had taken the sandwich apart and did not find it because there was SO LITTLE of it. I did not taste the green paste they have the nerve to call "avocado" AT ALL. Everywhere is understaffed right now, this location included. The two women running the register, online orders, making every single sandwich, answering phones and so much more, could not have been more gracious, patient and kind. They still managed to smile, greet people as they came & thank them when they went. So very impressed by these two and praying they both are recognized for their amazing work ethic & kindness. I usually never write reviews but this time I have too. I have been ordering from this JJ for 3+ years and have always gotten fast service as I am less the 1/2 a mile from them. One driver is great, his record in getting me my order is 7 min!!! However this summer has been horrible delivery times. My regular driver still usually gets here in less than 20 min but today, and a few days in the last month, it's been a different driver and 45+ minutes. Not t happy with the service as of late. I always wait till after the lunch rush, I order the same thing and I always tip 20%. I wish I could get my tip back now... read more

The sign on the door before you walk in says it all as they were closed by 4pm on a Saturday. The sign says, "be extremely courteous to those who showed up to work today, the whole world is short staffed." Oh really, I will be courteous to the workers, but I don't need to be grateful that they came to work. Nobody thanks me when I go to work, either you need money to live or your parents pay for everything. This generation of kids who want a Pat on the back for showing up to work is amazing. read more

It's not always easy to provide fast food service without compromising the customer service, but these guys do it. Only reason I can't give them 5 stars is because some of their drivers can be pretty reckless in their attempts at a fast delivery. read more

I only saw one employee, and she spent the whole 5 minutes I was waiting in line taking a phone order, and did not even acknowledge myself or the other person waiting in line. i got food poisoning from the Chanhassen Jimmy Johns last Thursday. I ordered food and within a half hour, was feeling sick. during my shift I doubled over and had to go to the ER at 212 medical center. I was diagnosed with food poisoning. I had only eaten jimmy johns that day. I was in the ER for over 6 hours and thought i was going to die from the pain. Diarehha, vomiting, and convulsions. I contacted the store the next day and talked to a Tiffany, who tried to pretend she knew more than the doctors. I haven been waiting for five days to talk to a manager named Nevin. I have never ever been this sick and I know from the doctors report that I became sick from this jimmy johns. I am telling everyone i know to avoid this store and I will sing it to the mountain tops that I could have died from this. It took several hours to get me to stop throwing up and diahreha. do not eat food from this place. read more

This is the BEST sandwich place I have ever been to. Everyone who worked there was very nice and very attentive. The sandwiches were already complete by the time I paid and they were DELICIOUS. The ingredients were high quality. The bread was delicious and soft and the tomatoes were very fresh. If I'm ever in MN again, I will be eating at Jimmy John's again :) read more
