So I've been to this restaurant, maybe six times. I always Rave about the BLT there. I get the same thing every time BLT hold the T add peppers. This is the first time that I have came to this location and had the sandwich come out looking much different. The bacon quality was definitely different than it usually is and it was freezing cold. I asked one of the servers in the back if they could remake the sandwich because I'm not sure why the bacon was cold. The server was very rude and said it's always like that and then he looked at me up and down and walked away... I was pretty taken back and had to ask to speak to a manager who then remade my sandwich. He was very nice but safe to say there's definitely something going on with your guy's food quality, and some of your servers need to learn better customer service. read more

The ingredients were fresh but the inaccuracy was really frustrating being that these sandwiches aren't cheap, but we were so hungry we just dealt with it and ate what we were given. I order from this location often (several times a month). My order is always the same: slim 5, no capicola. Unfortunately, this location cannot get this order correct. I love this particular Jimmy John's on Oak Grove Road. The employees are absolutely focused on customer service and making a great sandwich -- fresh and delicious quality food. One time, I ordered some food online and they called me fast to inform me that a cheese was not available for my sandwich and wanted to make sure that was okay and then threw in a bag of chips for my inconvenience. Recently, the food was delivered late but I found they gave me a suprise in the bag - a cookie and a thoughtful handwritten note on it of: Sorry for the wait. Here's a cookie :) Amazing! It brought a smile to my face. What customer service over there! This crew is so aware of making it right every time -- from the quality of the food to customer service. I'll continue ordering from them. I usually order 3-4 times every week. Good food to order: Beach Club turkey sandwich with oil and vinegar, pickles, Jimmy mustard, Dijon mustard; a bag of salt and vinegar chips or barbeque chips; and the Triple Chip Cookie made with Ghirardelli chocolate. Average at best, definitely not gourmet. My friends and I stopped by Jimmy John's to grab something to eat on a sunny Saturday a few weeks ago after a morning of shooting at a gun range nearby. We got there just a little after noon and the place was packed with little leaguers and their parents. To Jimmy John's credit, they moved the line swiftly. We quickly placed our order and I got the Bootlegger Club Sandwich (roast beef, turkey breast, lettuce, tomato, & mayo), a bag of chips, and a fountain drink. Five minutes later, we got our food and chow is on. It was definitely fast. The sandwich was hardly gourmet. The bread was not as soft as I thought it would be. The large amount of shredded lettuce and tomato covered whatever taste the few slices of roast beef and turkey had. The sandwich and the bag of chips did their job of filling my belly up, but it didn't register as something that I want on a regular basis. It was so forgettable that I waited a few weeks before writing this post. The meal cost $12, which was not a huge amount. But for me, I much rather go to Morucci's in Walnut Creek where I can get a much better sandwich for less. I will only go back to Jimmy John's on a food emergency basis. read more

I placed an order on doordash around 640, no where on there did it say they're accepting orders until a specific time like other locations when closing early. So naturally I just waited. I got a call from them letting me know about the chips I picked wasn't available about 2mins after placing my order. So I chose something else and the person on the phone seemed really nice. However after 45 mins I was wondering why I haven't received any info on my driver so I called the number back and no answer. Finally checked Yelp and they close @7pm So it's 730 and I had to cancel my order cause no one informed me it wouldn't be picked up. Now I have to wait 5-7 days for my refund. Order a whole new meal somewhere else and wait a another hour for that to be delivered. I never had their sandwiches before and this sucked as a first experience. I think they need to adjust a cut off time for orders so it gives time for the app to find a driver. read more

Have to say this is one of the worst and most bland and tasteless sandwich I've had in a long time. I think the premade subs from Safeway or even gas station has more flavor than this. I work in 5 star Luxury hotels and this is the worst customer service I have experienced .
