Apparently the manager and staff do not read Yelp reviews, or the sandwiches and service would have been fixed already, and staff would have had a meeting and been trained in how to run a good sandwich shop. Maybe it's famous, but this one isn't. Went with a friend - our first visit. We live in the neighborhood. Both of us got the turkey sandwich. Provolone, LETTUCE (I like it shredded, but there was too much), 3 so-so tomatoes, and good turkey. Roll just barely ok. No choice of bread. Not cut in half. The sign says "Freebies" are pickles, onions and some other basic ingredients. None of these was on ours, and when we ordered, no one had asked if we wanted extras. No mayo or mustard on the dry sandwiches Had to ask and it was brought out from the back. Had to ask for napkins, also, on a shelf customers cannot see. 2 straws were brought to us, but none were out. Why not put condiments, straws, and napkins where customers can help themselves like everywhere else? The music was so LOUD that we could hardly talk. That alone would keep us from a return visit. It was very clean and had some funny signs. I hope they are changed once in awhile, or they won't be funny the 5th time. We won't go back. We'll go to Panera, Subway, and local delis. read more

Flavor is good. Service is great. But their bread is usually super soft, but the last 3 times I have gone there the bread hasn't been up to standard. Hard and crunchy with very little softness. Don't know if something changed or it is airing out to long. Hopefully they fix it soon. read more

I am usually pleased with jimmy johns but this location I have not had great luck with. Today I ordered on line for delivery and it came very fast, great job on that guys! However the bread was dry, hard and over cooked. I asked for no tomato and they gave me no tomatoes and no mayo, which made an already dry sandwich even worse. I will not order from this location again I would rather wait in line at Safeway. It is cheaper there and much better quality. Sorry Jimmy Johns you just lost customer. read more

Visited Jimmy John's for the first time a few days ago and was knocked out by the quality of service and sandwich. I'm picky with tuna and it was sensationally fresh. The place was spotless and I counted nine servers working the place, keeping customers happy and not waiting. Extremely impressed and will be going back. read more

FRESH, FRIENDLY, FUN, FAST- these are the words I'd use to describe Jimmy Johns. This place is way SUPER CLEAN, they were cleaning tables and dusting when we came in, I was there with a friend. I wasn't sure what to order at first, I decided to order a veggie sandwich, with tax it comes out to be about $6.25 or so, not bad price, or great. They truly do get the sandwich to a customer fast, a whole lot of mayonaise and fresh bread is what made up a lot of my sandwich. I was captivated by the slogans and sayings on the wall of jargons and puns that they have, quite amusing. I was also quite amused when I went into the men's room and saw all the different types of artistic displays in there to. It was a pretty good sandwich, was it the best sandwich that I've ever had? Sadly, no. I wanted to try this place out, the gals in the office where I live reccomended this place. The music was a little to loud. read more

Yummy yummy!! If you're looking for a simple, basic sandwich, this is the place. Nothing fancy, but fresh and delicious sandwiches! The best part is they deliver and so fast!! I often have just one sandwich delivered to my office and it's quicker than if I were to go and pick it up. The cost per sandwich is great and there's no delivery charge. Even for just one sandwich! Heads up!!! Sweet Affair is located within 1 mile of Jimmy John's. Jimmy John's is a level above Subway only because its sandwich bread has a perceived better quality. I didn't know you had to specifically request the "freebies" as I received a sub french roll tuna with lots of shredded lettuce, two slices of cheese and tuna filling. I was wondering why the sandwich was so dry and boring, but they did have packets of dijon upon request. I just cant see where "gourmet" comes into play and definitely not an upgrade from the previous tenant that was a locally owned sandwich shop. Sorry, in this day and age, you really have to carve a niche, Togo's and Subway all fell to the generic where you can see the other end of the spectrum of gourmet like Ike's take it up a notch with passion, unique offerings, and tasty sandwiches. One thing for sure, everyone was still hungry after we finished our sandwiches. read more

To start this off I really do like Jimmy John's. I like their sandwiches, I like their efficiency and for the most part their employee's are friendly. I recently visited this location and experienced poor customer service from the employee on the register. He was very short with me and very rude. When the POS system did not read my chip and we had to start the process again, he acted as if this was my doing. He then became more rude and even stopped paying attention to the transaction and started chatting with a co- worker. Fortunately another employee saw what was happening and took over the transaction. He was very friendly and finished the very simple task with patience. The only thing that stopped me from giving this location one star was the friendliness of the other employees and their freaky fast sandwich making skillz. I really hope that employee was given feedback. When a transaction is though you most certainly don't give up or lose composure. read more

The sandwiches are cheap I'll give them that but their is less meat on them than subway and they have a serious lack of produce and spread options, we're talking basics like onions and yellow mustard, I'm not asking for Ikes. Prob first and last visit. Got a #4, turkey. Prob should call it a -#4 for the lack of filling. Only way to describe it is a waste of money. Nothing about it would give me reason to try this place again. Bread was OK, but nothing special. I guess onyl thing it has on subway is decor or online ordering. I ordered online which was very easy to navigate. Attention owner, your pickup sign is hanging in the wrong place if customers are being told to pickup at the register, where the other sign says Order Here. It appears the register computer is used for checking out pickup orders, so you tell me. Two signs that are on opposite sides of the store. Also tell your employees to acknowledge people standing at the Pickup counter, it's not that difficult. As for taste it's about as good as something you would get at a supermarket and a notch above Subway. read more
