The deli is just east off Main in a standalone building with a lovely brand new sign! There's plenty of parking across Main, and I think there's even a free shuttle around town on Sat and Sun. We got the Capisce: luscious pistachio pesto layered over thick slices of ripe tomato, generous slabs of fresh mozzarella, sliced red onion, and tender greens with balsamic vinaigrette between slices of their wonderful thin crunchy toasted focaccio bread. A refreshing vegetarian creation! And we had the Flora, because it starts with a bright green-olive tapenade which i just love! over those sweet juicy tomatoes, thick fresh mozz, a generous layer of richly flavorful thin-sliced dry-cured prosciutto ham, and lovely big hunks of roasted sweet red peppers, with their thinly sliced red onion and tender fresh greens with tangy vinaigrette, held by that perfectly lightly crunchy toasted fresh-tasting bread.
