I went to visit this Jimmy John's one day for lunch and was not disappointed. I drove through their drive-thru and ordered a Beach Club (#12) combo with 2 whole pickles, a bag of Sea Salt & Vinegar chips, and a medium coke. The lady who took my order was nice and efficient. Simply the best service in the area - no exceptions!!! Been here twice this week, day and evening. Nice greeting at drive through, repeated my order, gave me the price, confirmed again at window, said drinks up right away, gave me the drinks confirming the order, then the sandwiches confirming that order. Today I had Jimmy Johns for the first, and last time. I ordered a a lettuce wrap of the Club Lulu. My total came to $8.47, and this is what I got: 2 pieces of turkey, 2 pieces of bacon, and 2 slices of tomato. They charged extra for cheese smh...I've never heard of a sandwich shop charging extra for cheese, since when do sandwiches not automatically come with cheese . After this toddler sandwich, I was still hungry so i went to Sub House which down the street in downtown Ft Myers, and ordered the same sandwich. Except i only paid $6 for this one, and i got an uncountable amount of turkey, like 6 pieces of bacon, and the cheese came with it . Had a VERY bad experience here. A racist and sexist encounter with a manager at this location. The owner and a different manager made the situation worse. I planned to place an order and decided to use the restroom first. I told him I'd be right back. He chose to embarrass and state loudly, "The bathroom is for paying customers only." First, I told him I'd be right back. Follow-up from a different manager and owner didn't help matters. The manager stated that because of "the neighborhood they're in " REQUIRES they have that policy.What defines "the neighborhood we're in"? More than 5 minorities or is it 7? There are no signs stating that it's their or Jimmy John's policy only paying customers may use the restroom. ALSO, they have a back entrance from their back parking lot. They would never see you from that entrance entering the restroom. How can they maintain that made-up policy? When I asked the owner if their employees go through any diversity training, she stated, " I'm not getting into that with you." That means NO. That was her opportunity to address a possible problem, and state maybe we need to look into something like that or look into our training. They are located in a very diverse area, near a hospital, and attached to a funeral home and Crematory. I'm a biracial woman, half Asian (Korean) , so this is not my first encounter with discrimination. Sadly, I won't be eating at any Jimmy John's again. Mario's has a better hoagie anyway! For a place that boasts what a great delivery system they have and how fast they are at delivery, the Fort Myers Cleveland Store won't deliver at all. Four times I've tried to order food from this store and four time i've been told that they don't have delivery service. Either the crew is inept or LAZY. I am reading the previous reviews and I'm not quite sure what to think of them. I honestly have eaten at this establishment 3 times already and have had nothing but a positive experience. Food is great and fast just like any Jimmy Johns joint, but I have yet to order delivery. I have never recieved the wrong order and the place is clean which is a must for me! read more

Your ability to mess up orders is impressive. I've been here 20 times and 18 of them were wrong. I've learned to always check my drivethru order at the window. Today you managed to mess up my sandwich, chips AND cutting my pickle when I specifically said not cut. Thankfully I didn't get a drink or I'm sure that would have been wrong too. I can assure you, nobody wants freaky fast WRONG food. There were ZERO people in line behind or in front of me. So over being disappointed by this location. Staff is nice but doesn't negate the severe lack of attention to detail. The nice staff and food typically fresh is the only reason you got two stars. read more

We usually order once a week, and today was the last straw. Aside from the delivery taking 35 minutes (not freaky fast), the bread was stale and you could tell the meat and cheese had been sitting out, because the edges were hard and dry. On top of that, they forgot my chips for the order. The delivery driver was apologetic but aftrr waiting 30 minutes for my stale sandwich, why would I wait another 30 for chips? The manager offered to replace my order, but why wait another 30 minutes to eat another stale sandwich? (What, do they have non stale bread and meat hidden away for customers who complain? ) This also has not been the first issue wity this particular JJ. Ill stick to Jersey Mikes. read more

I was okay with JJs, even though they are overpriced, because the subs are better than Subway. However, I didn't appreciate getting barely any meat (and I mean ridiculously barely any meat) on the free 8" sub I earned from using the app. And to add insult to injury, the delivery guy said he usually gets more for a tip. What nerve. He's lucky he was getting a tip in the first place, given the $2 delivery fee. Needless to say, we wIll NOT be going back to this JJs. Dear Jimmy What makes a great sub? Why do people love Publix Subs for instance? Why do people love a good sub from NY or Philly or wherever your favorite sub place is? Why do people like Jimmy John's subs? Is it the Boar's Head Meat in a Publix sub? No...the one main ingredient that is crucial for a good sub is BREAD. If I wanted dry crusty hard as a rock bread, I would go to subway. I love Jimmy John's BREAD. If I owned a franchise, I would always focus on making sure our BREAD was the best. I'm going to give you a 4 because I really like Jimmy John's, but next time I'm at your location, please don't hand me a sub where I can literally drop it like a rock on my table. Never had a problem before but today went to make my order a #10 hunter club adding onions and hot peppers as I order it she was quietly questioning my order to herself as if I couldn't hear. Made me feel as if it was gross to order it that way. Anyway...I was like yes! FYI the drive through girl name was Stacy. Them ask for a combo cherry coke and salt and vinegar chips. I proceeded to order another sandwich #1 pepe but son didn't want the veggies. She suggested the slim Pepe and I agreed being cheaper. I added a cherry coke and another salt and vinegar chips. I get to the window received one drink. I looked in the bag and noticed a bag of chips and a cookie. I told her I'm missing a drink and I got a cookie instead of chips. She then try to tell me I order a cookies I told I didn't order a cookie! She stands and and says I did I asked for my receipt and told her I didn't. She got someone to fix it. I explain what happened. As I was explaining she's not to far in the back ground still talking crap and telling everyone that I order a cookie! The other workers are trying to work around her and ignoring her. So unprofessional of her! I get home to see may order on receipt was not corrected and charge a bit more for my sons sandwich! He said NO. I asked nicely to please cut it because it was for a lovely woman who was across the street in the hospital who just found out she had cancer. He again said NO.
