I've been to this location multiple times and typically have never had an issue; however, today I was disappointed with the service. I placed a scheduled pick up order through DoorDash as I have multiple other times. I pulled up to the drive-thru window and was told that I need to come in for my order. I proceeded to park my car and come in even though this was a major inconvenience for me. I am a nurse and typically work 3 to 4 12 hour shifts a week and I'm just trying to get something to eat real quick before heading to work. After being handed my food, I attempted to ask the woman who handed me my order if this was something new and she gave me a yeah, and turned around and did not even proceed to converse with me. It was rude and disappointing. I don't really understand the difference of being handed a bag of food through the window versus coming in to the establishment. The inconvenience was one thing, but not even being able to voice. My frustration is really what irked me. I understand being busy (even though there was no one in the establishment and only one person in the drive-thru), but not having the decency to be able to talk to a customer. The food is always good but the service is painfully slow during busy times. Waited a half hour for a mobile order... watched several people get their food before me that were ordering as I walked in and I had placed the order 10 minutes prior to arriving at the location. Seems to be a going rate for JJ in the surrounding area. read more

Giving two stars for the polite boys working there who voided my order. SCAM ALERT! Company is selling the new pesto sandwich as a veggie sandwich online. It cost the same as the salami version but has very little on it. 9.50 for the pesto sandwiches when most are around 8.25 read more

I recently stopped by and got a sandwich for takeout. It was a huge mistake! We routinely order Jimmy John's for delivery at work, in Greenwood. Without exception, we always get good service and good food. The sandwiches at the Greenwood location are always full and packed with fixings. The sandwich I received at the Franklin location could be described as a beef flavored sandwich and the tomatoes were hiding. I guess that as far as sandwich shops in Franklin are concerned, Penn Station will be getting my money. read more

Ordered two large sandwiches. Delivery was prompt and courteous. Sandwiches were okay, except one that was supposed to have lettuce, tomato, & onion on it had only lettuce on half of it and was supposed to have extra oil & vinegar but was dry. Also got a pickle that had a thick skin I couldn't bite through or tolerate. This stuff is waaaaaaay too expensive as it is and for these prices all orders should be absolutely perfect. read more

The service was slow, and when ordering I was then asked a question that I had just answered. Although the service was slow and I did not feel like I was being listened to when placing my order, and it ending up wrong. The inside team was very helpful and fixed my order. read more

I love JJ's but this location is ridiculous. They have delivered to my house many times and today decided we are "out of their area". We live in a neighborhood in the city limits. Their only response was "it's a corporate rule" which the gentleman repeated over and over to me. He was very rude. Get it together! read more

Refuses to deliver to a business less than 2 miles (1.7 to be exact) from the store. Apparently, we are "outside corporate set delivery range". Our address is Franklin and we are 3.4 min and 1.7 miles from the shop-door to door. read more
