Wings Etc. conveniently located off Highway 31 in Franklin, IN is a great place to grab food or watch a game! My kids and I recently stopped by for our first time and were pleasantly surprised. The service, atmosphere and food all exceeded our expectations. Our server was attentive, checked on us often and kept our drinks full. Our food came out quickly, and everything was just as we requested it. What an amazing find while in Franklin for training! I will be coming back for the beer specials and dinner. The place was very clean, with great soft music playing and well decorated. My waitress Heather was awesome! She was attentive and offered great suggestions and went over the specials menu. My food was hot and fresh! I got the grilled chicken wrap and instead of fries got the pretzel bites with nacho cheese. Every part of it was great from the seasoning to the yummy nacho cheese! One of our co-workers picked this location. Atmosphere - Chain vibe with sports bar theme. Food Appetizers - The one end of the table ordered a bunch of apps. I had several of the jalapeno poppers, they were classics. Tonight these has some nice heat behind them. Dinner - I ordered 10 wings, buffalo hot sauce. The wing size was decent, and consistent in size. They place your wings in the basket and drizzle the sauce on them. This is a fail in my book. They should be place in large bowl and tossed so every spot is covered in sauce. Service - She was great, we were little rowdy after a long day of work. We have now eaten here twice, and we have been pleased with both experiences. Food was well prepared, came out hot, and in a timely manner. First impression when walking in was positive because the hostess was polite and greeted us warmly. Interior of the restaurant is clean and organized. BEST. WINGS. EVER! My husband and I ordered here through Door Dash on a whim one evening, and haven't stopped since! We order once a week at least... we've tried their mild boneless wings, and the wings are good quality white meat. Best blue cheese you'll find too! We've also tried their jalapeño poppers and cheese sticks, and both are excellent! I'll never go to BWW again... our waitress today was so super friendly and accommodating! I enjoy this place more than any chain wing spot. I like the look of the place. They have fair weekly specials. The staff is attentive whenever I go. Not much else you can ask for. We sat down and waited a good 20 minutes before we ending up getting our own menus, where we then prepared to order when he came over to get our drink order. Great atmosphere, wonderful service, and the wings (I had 7 jumbo wings with the "Me So Spicy" sauce that was recommended by our waitress) were fabulous! The heat of the wings was lingering so I got some extra ranch dressing and celery sticks and that made it perfect. We even had warm brownie bites with bittersweet chocolate dipping sauce for dessert. Terrible servers and bartenders. Couldn't even get the order right and refused to fix it. When they brought the wrong type of wings. Threatens to call the police because one person in our party, walked outside to smoke with a glass, while the rest of us were still sitting inside. Me, nor any of my friends or family will ever be back to this location and will tell everyone in this town about this experience and their threats to call the police for no reason. My husband first suggested this restaurant a couple of months ago and I immediately turned my nose up to the suggestion. I was a little intimidated by the location. Food is usually pretty good but of all the times I have been the service was just not good. I mean it was a joke every timd but one. And that one time was just ok. The last time I went, after I asked for refills at the table, and when not everyone got one and the server disappeared for ANOTHER 10-15 minutes I ended up getting everyone's refills myself at the soda station thing. I probably was not supposed to do that.... but there's never a worker in sight and everyone was eating hot wings and needed a refill!! Expecting a jalapeño peppers stuffed with cream cheese and deep fried we instead received what seemed to be a deep fried liquid cheese and chopped Jalapeño ball. Spicy, but a bad choice. The chicken wings were cooked thoroughly, but the sauce was very thin and would just run off the wings and puddle in the serving bowl. Had to dip chicken wings into sauce to get any flavoring at all. Nice place and decent food. I've been here a few times. The nachos were the best. Their wings are good but the sauce doesn't seem to stay on. This used to be a great place. I loved the food and drinks. I took my wife there tonight and I should have walked out. Every table in the dining area was full. No problem, we went to the bar side. My Wife asked me where I wanted to sit. The bar was the only choice due to the six empty tables were still full of dirty dishes. We order the fried pickles. We were given a choice of Ranch or Southwestern Ranch. Our choice of Ranch didn't matter, we got the Southwestern. We had to ask for plates to split the app. I guess the dishwater was broken because we got paper plates. We then had to pick up our menus to signal to the Bartender we still wanted to order food. I got the Fish and Chips, Wife got the Cowboy Burger. Her food was great. Fries seemed old. Mine flat out sucked. It tasted freezer burnt. My fault for ordering fish in a chicken place. I didn't get the cole slaw. I didn't get the tarter sauce. We never got check in on again until I threw my napkin over a piece of fish I took two bits of and ate four fries. The tables never got bused. The place was filthy. The bartender asked my what was wrong. She stated that the kitchen crew was "new" and my input could help her out and make things better.
