Run of the mill McAlister's, good food great service. We go every Sunday after church and have never had an issue.

The standard typical McA's, fairly new building (2019, I believe) with the usual dining room that may seat a tad fewer folks than their other locations. Service was their usual fast counter ordering and food delivery to your table. The only exception was order accuracy. I ordered the Classic Grilled Chicken on the croissant with Potato Salad. I received the Grilled Chicken Club with the potato salad. No big deal except I don't believe there are enough ingredients to justify three slices of bread. Otherwise the sandwich was good. The potato salad was even better and not a huge portion either because it's supposed to be a side and that reduces the calories the way I like it. The restroom was very clean but the automatic paper towel dispenser was inoperative. However a roll of towels were available. read more

We have eaten there many times The food is usually good. Unfortunately a lady in the kitchen recently started yelling at my husband about how good he looked while we were ordering. This place is unprofessional. We were not asked if we wanted our tea refilled and forget using a gift card they never seem to be able to get them to work. While we still eat there it's a challenge lastly they never seem to open the doors on time either. This place could be the best restaurant in Franklin if they just got their employees to do their job and not yell at customers. read more

This McAlister's is like any other McAlister's I have been to. They have good quality sandwiches and carry gluten free bread. I did pay $18 for a sandwich, chips and drink. I feel that is a little high to pay for those items especially when it's not a full service restaurant. The restaurant is conducive to being able to visit with friends. read more

Sorry to say, the potato soup was not the warm comfort that I expected. The potatoes weren't done. The cream/soup rather tasteless. Pretty obvious that cream sauce with chunks of potatoes added well after the fact instead of the potatoes part of the soup. Topping was supposed to be bacon, instead hard little pieces of ham. My chicken salad on croissant sandwich was very good as usual. Just up the prep of the soup. Don't skimp the cooking part! read more

The services has gotten so much better in the year that we've been going to the Franklin location? They are pleasant when taking your order and friendly when they bring it to the table. I gave it a 4 only because I don't care for the automated ordering on the phone. When I work my way to a real person it's better but you're not on site until you ask to many questions it seems. But the food is always good. Our favorite is the French dips. read more

I ordered a King Club, a southwest Chicken salad, and a spudmax.. we didnt recieve the spud, the salad was just thrown together sloppily with no dressing in the bag or on the salad. The King Club looked like someone picked out the most disgusting ingredients, threw them together on untoasted, soggy bread that they smashed their mustard sauce into so hard that it made the middle of the bread paper thin and full of holes, and then it looks like they took their hand and smashed down the top of the sandwich with enough force to smash it and make the whole sandwich soggy and disgusting. The bread in the middle looks as if it had been fished out of the sink after soaking in dishwater all day. Whoever made this needs to be terminated and they need to pay me 60 dollars out of their check. This is without any doubt the absolute worst food order I have ever recieved and I will NEVER spend any money at this restaurant again for as long as I live. Whoever did this is a disgusting human being and probably doesn't need to be working at a restaurant. Just makes you wonder... how often do the employees of the McAllister's in Franklin, IN spit in people's food just because they can. If they can get away with passing off an order like this to a customer who paid nearly 60 dollars for their food then it wouldn't be hard to assume that the rocket scientists who work at this restaurant would spit in random people's food for fun. Absolutely disgusting. go do manual labor or something because obviously you're not competent or mentally qualified to work in fast food. read more

Zero stars! DO NOT APPLY TO WORK HERE. I came in for my first of five interviews and it went quite pleasant. Blake, was very nice and interested in what i had to say. They said they would call me back in 30 minutes and there was no call for almost 3 hours. So, I called them. they asked me to come back the following week and i did so. I was also told i would speak to a person named "T" when i arrived. I was met with Stacey and she did not let me get a single word in, had no clue i had been there before and walked off once the interview was finished without any care in the world. i was told i would get a call in 2 days, and never received that call. i went ahead and called the day after and was hung up on when i asked for stacey. I was sent an email that night that said they did not need me, but ended up speaking to a James who said they did in fact need me and to reapply. as i did. I came for my 3rd interview, this time stacey did remember me, and then asked me to come back again later that night, as i did. the 4th was with james. he was very nice and explained that i would be a good fit but i would need to come back for a 5th time to talk to "T". once again, i came back the following week, and i was met with a " She's not here, wait about 10 minutes." and then i waited for almost an hour! about 45 minutes into my wait, james came to me and said they are no longer hiring and they would call me when they needed someone. i said, and i quote "they will not call me, as i have been told that 3 other times, and never got a call. i had to call." and he just repeated what he had said before. i asked another accociate if i could talk to the DM, and that i would wait for her. I waited another 5 minutes. I was told once again that they had no positions for me. so i asked why i had to come back 5 times and was told "i wouldn't have come back" by what I think was 'T', she said she was the GM. she was being very rude and snippy with me after i had been nothing but respectful up until this point. i said "well this is f-ing ridiculous" and was responded to with "well you're never going to get a job with that f-ing mouth" by the lady i think was T, the GM. I continued to laugh and walk out. DO NOT WORK HERE THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS !!!! I WOULD RATE ZERO IF I COULD. read more

These lazy teenagers are not representing the whole point of McAlister's at all, which is Southern Hospitality. It's not difficult to greet someone or say "enjoy your day!" when they walk in front of you to leave. As you walk in, they just stand there whispering to each other until you walk up. There's no excuse to not be training them properly. They're lucky the food and drinks are consistent with other McAlister's, but the wait is certainly longer for barely having anyone eating inside, and multiple employees standing around. Every other McAlister's I've been to is consistently busy and gets the food out faster with the same amount of employees. There was no shortage of employees, so that's irrelevant. Also, you can't use the excuse "they're just teenagers" cause that's all McAlister's hires lol. read more

They are fast and efficient but make good food. The restaurant is clean and the menu offers a wide selection of healthy choices. My friend and I visited a couple days ago and were very excited to try the new branch in Franklin. They have done a great job of making sure tables are spaced out for social distancing. We sat in there for 2 hours and talked. The only downside was that it was absolutely FREEZING in there!! We had to move outside because it got so cold! read more

I am so glad that there is a now a Franklin location. McAlister's is one of my staples. The location looks smaller on the outside but on the inside there is a plenty of seating and a fresh look. They also have a pick up window for if you order ahead you don't have to walk inside. The staff was super friendly and made sure our drinks were never empty! read more

This mcallisters has always been very sub par but today was just a whole different story. On March 23, 12:00 pm you can tell they just gave up in the kitchen. My mac and cheese side was STILL frozen/cold. I have never had this happen to me. This is by far the worst expierence i've had and they really need to hire either a new crew or take more pride in the food they make. The sandwhich tasted like it was just thrown in a microwave as well, i'm not one to be harsh but this location has to change its ways. read more

If I could give.a minus 5 for service and food I would. Chicken on southwest salad tasted old and rancid and no way I was going to.eat it. I was.served.sweet.tea when i.asked.for.unsweetened the girl at.the window said she was.going to exchange the tea. And did not.when i.took a.sip .and said.it.still tasted sweet.she said she exchanged it and did not.
