They can't precut for us. The person on the phone was very friendly and helpful. The pick up didn't take long, but had to make sure to give us the sauces which they forgot. So double check the order before leaving. My co worker helped precut the sandwiches and was able to make it 12 slices more than we originally thought be only 8 or 10 since it feeds up to 10 ppl.
