Every time I eat here they mess up my order some how. And it's not hard to get it right. Don't want your sandwich cut in half? Too bad it's getting cut in half. Don't want tomatoes? Too bad. Want a large regular coke? You're getting a medium Diet Coke. And if you say anything about it you get this blank stare back at you before they reluctantly fix their mistake. They need to rethink who they hire because these people are horrible at their jobs and it's not a difficult job to do. Needless to say I'll find a different place for a quick lunch. read more

I love Jimmy John's but this location sucks man. Customer service sucks. They don't let you speak when you order your food, they forget stuff that you ask for, hair in the food, ask for the manager and she is the one doing all that. You can tell she doesn't give a freak about her job. This review is based on multiple visits of going there. McDonald's has better customer service. read more

The subs are delicious, don't get me wrong. That's why this gets 2 stars instead of 1. The commercials say delivery is "Freaky Fast", but I've ordered two days in a row, a half hour BEFORE my lunch break, and both deliveries showed up AN HOUR later, half way into my break. In addition, both orders had multiple things wrong. The first had tomato seeds and juice, which I cannot consume - I had specified no tomatoes and it was very obvious that someone forgot. Today's order was not cut in half - not good got sharing in the time of COVID, and the driver forgot my Large drink. When she came back it was a regular, not a large. When I told her the sandwich wasn't Cut in half, her tone was snotty when she asked if I wanted them to remake the sub. And NO, it doesn't need to be remade. Just convey it to your team and work together to do better next time. I don't order food at work normally, but I didn't get to go grocery shopping on my day off. Order was made online and was sent to the wrong store so it couldn't be delivered which was no issue I just asked for it to be voided. After it posted the next day to my account I called to speak to the manager but was told he was too busy to speak and he would call me back which never happened. Called the next day and was given and email and phone number of who I apparently had to talk to and the email was invalid and phone mailbox was full. Called the next day and was told he would contact me and again didn't get a call back. Finally the NEXT day I called corporate and they are working to resolve the issue but will still take 3-10 business days for my refund. Corporate was a great help but it never should have had to get that far and certainly should not have taken almost a week to talk to someone who would actually fix the problem. read more

I used to be a big fan of jimmy John's. The place is still too loud. All the hard surfaces no one can hear your order placed even over the staff yelling hello to everyone walking through the door. I had the slim 3 which is tuna with bread. It is usually good. This time too much onion. I have had better. I hope it is just a one time event . read more

Jimmy John's sandwiches are positively amazing!! I get the Slim 4 with cheese and it's perfect every time! As it stands now they are the best sandwiches ever! Great subs at excellent prices and yes they are very fast. How do you beat the free delivery? Their sandwiches are loaded with meat unlike other chains. Good hoagies... Not as good as one I would get in Philly but it hits the spot when you don't feel like cooking but don't want the ordinary delivery food. I love the cookies but sometime the cookie is soft and chew with a slight crunch on the edges but other times the cookies are just plain hard. I don't keep soda in the house but I do enjoy a Dr. Pepper from time to time so I will pay the expensive $1.75 for a fountain drink but I always tell them no ice; the ice they use is the pebble ice and takes up a lot of space in the cup; five sips and it's gone... I do get aggravated with the delivery people, they lack common sense and have the tendency to keep the front door to my apartment building open while handing me my food allowing fifty bugs to get in my apartment fight before I'm about to eat and hardly ever fully shut the door on their way out allowing the wind to blow it open. I wished they offered chicken salad or ham salad but maybe even some soup. All in all a good place and even if you do have any issues with your order the managers are very understanding; out of the many, many times I have ordered only 3 times did I have an issue (very minor) and the manager went out of his way to fix the issues; even personally delivering me a replacement hoagie and gave me a "Free Sub Card" once. I highly recommend the "7-grain" bread... It's moist and flavorful with a ever slight sweetness. read more

I just ordered a sub today for lunch and was shocked at how expensive their subs are! I have had their subs in the past and am a fan, but I don't remember paying this much. I ordered one regular sub only (no pickle or chips), and after tax, delivery charge and tip paid a little over $8.00!!! That is ridiculous to me! Normally Jimmy johns is my go-to place when I need quick quality food, and the speed of their delivery is definitely a bonus. But that's not the case with this location! I travel full time for work so getting food delivered is most city's a way of life. But this store won't deliver downtown (not even a mile and half from their store). But the kicker about the whole situation is the workers are rude about not delivering to the downtown area read more

I went over the weekend with one of my girlfriends and after I had ordered I turned around to give my friend my cup for her to fill and when I turned around to get my change the cashier was handing me my sandwich!
