Really salty bits of bacon and spam with surprisingly bitter lettuce and a sauce that lacked any power to cut through the fat. I personally think this place is really missing a pork belly or beef slice protein option for savory flavor with less salt. The savory sauce is also lacking, something sweet like hoisin sauce might help a lot. The signature noodles are also a total ripoff, I expected at least some toppings for a whopping $8, but it was just some noodles with a couple green onions tossed on top. The sauce wasn't even that impressive, it tasted like sesame oil and soy sauce, and not even the good seasoning soy sauce. Very disappointed with the noodles for $8. At the end of the day, the only reason I would go here is because of the nostalgia of a Chinese crepe meal, but it fell below expectations. It didn't taste the worst, but for how unhealthy the meal is, it doesn't hit like a good old burger or some curry with naan.

Instead everyone is having a personal conversation. Two girls talking about a purchase asking if it's smart. One girl asking if she can take her break to another girl near the start of the assembly line. The other girl replied "why are you asking me you're in charge". The girl in charge "ok then I'll take my break". A few guys walking by, only reason dude asked if I needed help was because he placed a pick up order on the shelf. Then he hands me my salad and didn't even ask if I needed a bag. I had to ask for a bag! Normally I'm not one to leave a review but c'mon y'all.
