The service each and every time that I go is superb! JAMAAR always makes sure that my order is correct. When I see him behind the counter, I know that y pizza is going to be the bomb! The food is fresh and made in a timely manner. The produce and toppings are extremely fresh and the restaurant is clean. I also love the tiramisu! I usually get the gluten free crust which is super delicious.

"Fast food" pizza joint with plenty of seating. The long can get long at times as it is located at USC. Service is usually good, when it gets crowded they tend to be a little stressed when helping but overall good. I love the many topping options and the blood orange lemonade is amazing.

I had an absolutely AMAZING experience at Blaze Pizza, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Hector, Victor, and Anthony! From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, patient, and incredibly informative--helping me build the perfect pizza. You can tell they really take pride in what they do. The toppings were GENEROUS (like, seriously generous!), and everything was made with care and attention to detail. What really stood out was their attitude--big smiles, great energy, and top-tier customer service. It's rare to find a team that makes you feel that valued while also delivering one of the best pizzas I've had. If you're coming to Blaze, I highly recommend hoping Hector, Victor, and Anthony are working--you will NOT be disappointed! 10/10 experience. I'll definitely be back!

We got the 5 for $45 deal and it was a steal food is good just make your own w the stuff you like and you should be all set to go I got sweet hot honey over my pizza and it was super fire the cheese bread also very good i definitely recommended this spot. When I order there was no line but once I sat down I did see line almost out the door so this spot looks like it can get very busy quick.

I have this spot another try and unfortunately they disappointed me again. There was no sauce on my pizza. It was dry as a cracker. I'm not sure if there's a shortage due to tariffs or they're trying to save money but it felt like I was eating a cracker with pepperoni and cheese on top. Okay call me crazy but I seriously think Blaze pizza has one of the best pizzas I've eaten. They are consistently good! The crust is thin, crunchy, and not too heavy. The cheese melts in your mouth and the tomato sauce is THE best part. It tastes incredibly fresh. The only downside to Blaze is you have to go in person and eat it once they're done making the pizza on the spot. I've ordered take out and even the 1 hour old pizza doesn't taste the same. You cannot eat it cold. read more

Came here for the T-mobile Tuesdays perk and was able to find parking right In front. Greeted when I walked in and help by Jenna who was super sweet. Jenna really impressed me the way she handled this disgruntled customer who was so annoying. Jenna kept her attitude upbeat and maintained her smile - which to me would've been challenging but she did it! I placed my order for an individual sized -built your own pizza and it was amazing. I would've given 5 stars but I took off a star due to the work station being messy. I understand that things can be high paced but there were enough people working for at least one person to come and wipe down the workstation because I mean... that's where you're making people's food. The freshness of the cucumber and herbs cutting through the rich sauce balanced it out. The pan fried pork buns however were rather forgettable. The meat was juicy but I was left wanting more flavour in both the meat and the buns. I also wish the bottoms were a bit crispier. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back to try their breakfast menu and other items though. Because peeking at the other tables they offerings looked delicious.

I really wanted to like this place. However the customer service and portions just aren't up to par. I went with my boyfriend last night and we both got the build your own pizza. I asked for chicken on a quarter of the pizza, the girl put it on all of it. I was like okay fine, I didn't say anything. They messed up the sauce for my bf as well. Maybe the employees just really don't want to be there? But at least listen to the customer when they talk to you. The portions they put on the pizza are ridiculous. I kept having to ask the girl to add more of each topping. She even tried to skimp on the cheese and sauce. Also, 7 tomato halves really doesn't cut it.. I finally got tired of asking for more because she clearly was annoyed. Wish I had kept going because my pizza was definitely lacking. I will say they have better crust than Pizza Rev and Pieology. However, I won't be coming back for more. I typically go to Pizza Rev on Pico, and I think I'm going to stick with them. Friendlier and more attentive staff, way better portions, and they have that awesome soda machine where you craft your own soda. Nice try, Blaze. Hire better staff! read more

COVID-19 protocols are over-the-top ridiculous. Barely any staff working, only mobile orders allowed, and to top it off there is an extremely confrontational environment of hostility if you don't follow these ridiculous rules that aren't even in effect at any of the local restaurants, nor at any of the other Blaze locations that I've been to. They even stopped offering sides of finishes (e.g. pesto, ranch) for... 'your safety' or more realistically the cost-savings that exist behind their corporate image of being 'virtuous' Because the person putting pesto on your pizza cannot also place some in a plastic container, yet they can go grab a plastic beverage cup from a stack and hand it to you. Better options elsewhere, I'd really recommend that you don't support this business until they return to normal operations and fix the culture inside their store. Maybe if they did that they'd have enough revenue to support higher wages for their workers and maybe then people might be interesting in the hiring signs they have plastered on their doors. read more

I've been a Huge fan of Pizza Studio since I first had it in Down Town LA by the City Target. When I saw one closer to my place, I was so happy. Then just yesterday I saw a line out the door for this other Pizza place BLAZE pizza. Let me tell you, it was a mad house in there but even though it was extremely busy the whole staff seemed to be enjoying them selves. I even saw two managers working with them and having fun. One of them kept yelling loud at them to push them. They all seem to be on the same page. I really don't do YELP reviews but the Manager after making my pizza and two of my friends pizzas came out to clean the tables and let me tell you I have never seem one person run around cleaning as fast as he was and still talking to everyone. I feel that this place really knows how to make a pizza and the service is Amazing. Thank you Blaze and the short Hispanic Manager who really put the cherry on top in Service. I came here for dinner with my fiancé we live in down town close to LA live so we decided to go down by USC to eat something and we saw that their was blaze pizza a friend had told us about it so we decided to try it, right when we walk in we are welcomed by the young lady taking the orders as we get to her we let her know this our first time she does a great job explaining to us how it works so we get the Build Your Own, all the staff were great help telling us what will go good with this and that as we get to the cashier the young greets us and we both order a beer so he's cooking the pizzas I notice he has a full oven cutting pizzas and handling the customers with a great smile I couldn't remember his name but it started with a J anyways I was very impressed by the way he was handling every thing, this place is on one of our date night list because they have wine and great music ! read more

Blaze Pizza is the place to be!! Great customer service, line moves fast, Staff very friendly and helpful. Me and my girlfriend came on Friday night and as always it is very busy it was my first time as it was for my girlfriend so as i was making my pizza very excited about the concept I just needed some extra help. Josh was the one to help me I dont know if hes the manager or not but this young man has out standing service he helped me and my girlfriend with no problem and making us feel welcomed by cracking jokes and just making us feel right! As we were waiting we noticed that Josh was making customers laugh checking up on them and he was eve taking people pizza and picking up their plates from their tables! Poor service by an employee named Jairo. She was VERY rude and made no effort to do her job. I ordered a green stripe and when the pizza was half way done, she stated there was no more chicken...couldn't you have stated that before I ordered the pizza that has chicken on it? Then when she goes to box my pizza I asked for pesto sauce...and what do you know, no pesto either. She didn't even bother to check or make an effort to apologize for the inconvenience. I asked another employee if there was any pesto in the back and apparently he did some magic and made some pesto magically appear. Please stop hiring lazy workers and give guys like the gentlemen who was working the back a chance to work out front, his service and attitude exemplifies what an employee should be portraying while at work. read more

Since my wife is a Vegetarian, she asked the server to kindly change gloves since she was touching pepperonis before she was handling out food. So this Mona Lisa character went off on her by saying "OH MY GOD" and walked away.......Oh I felt so bad for this young woman, she had to change her glove for some annoying vegetarian person or a person who might have had some allergy with certain topics. Cool place to hang with university students and sport fanatics and concert goers. Came in hoping to be a slow time of day but was faced with groups holding fundraisers. Place was definitely packed but the line moved quickly and surprising enough there was still open tables for people. Crew was awesome building and cooking the pizzas. I had gone to visit my best friend in the USC area and she told me to bring her some food. So on my way there I noticed there was a blaze. I had to go there. You can never go wrong with Pizza, my friend had never had blaze so i thought i'd put her onto something new. So i walked in and everyone was absolutely nice and helpful. This was my very first time at Blaze. I was on my way home from school yesterday, and I was looking for a pizza place. I found Blaze and decided to go. It was absolutely delicious. I got a build your own pizza. They had pre made options but i decided to build my own. I put everything i wanted from bacon to pineapple and basil leaves. It was only around 9 dollars. I was so excited to get my pizza I only waited a short amount of time. I got buffalo sauce to top it off and some ranch. I just want to thank the team from this location! They've been doing a great job. Came in two weeks ago when store was doing onlines only which store was only running with 2-3 employees . And glad to see that they are getting more staff and are open for walk in and onlines. You guys are doing a great job!! Keep up the good work. This location is honestly disgusting. I ordered A pizza and a salad off DoorDash. First , for the pizza I put ranch on the side and they drenched it all over the pizza. Look at the pictures it's horrendous. So drenched that it was all over the box. Second I order the Caprese salad, they forgot the dressing. The basil was rancid had little black dots all over it. I attached a picture but it's a little bit hard to see. Do not order from this location! Im not sure why it took my friends and I so long to try this place out. We go to usc so we have tried other pizza places around after our practice. We all fell in love with blaze.
