Not a fan of this store. Have eaten at 10 or so Jimmy John's. This was by far the worst. Waited 15 minutes or so. Watched 6 or7 cars go through the drive up. This is clearly their priority. They had some of that goth style music on that under 30's listen to. Ordered a giant Beach Club. Finally got it, took it home. Soggy lettuce, no avocado anywhere. Ate half with my wife, sent the other half to purgatory. Skip this place. read more

I want to first start our by saying " I really like Jimmy Johns, especially the one in Thornton Colorado. However the problem I have is with the Jimmy John's in Magna Utah My wife,brother in law,and myself ordered the gargantuan, last night (Saturday night August 9th) and all three of us had stomach issues. We noticed the mayo on the sandwiches was really runny (unusual). My, wife and I didn't finish our sandwiches. Still have the sandwiches in fridge, might take back to jjs! Not sure how so many other people have had such bad experiences here. Maybe they made changes and cleaned things up, because came here a few days ago, and it was very clean, the team members were nice, and most importantly, the sandwich was great! Apparently, this place falls on deaths ears because they can't do the simplest directions of what people want on a sandwich. Ask for nothing else on it, just a literal simple sandwich and they fail at that. Pouring a lot of unnecessary oil on it, and no mayo means make sure it is covered in it for some freaking reason. Taking it too far with shredded lettuce, I had issues with lettuce and making it shredded made it worse. We asked for nothing, simple turkey sandwich with nothing on it but this and that but apparently it means something else. Can't follow the simplest ask from a consumer. I ordered a spicy Italian to be delivered, it took nearly an hour to get my sandwich and when I did I was extremely disappointed in the quality. The lettuce was wilted, the tomato was mushy, and there was hardly any meat and cheese. All for $13! Ridiculously overpriced for such awful service and quality. First time inside this location and will likely be my last. The rap/hip hop music the staff had playing was not only way too loud for a restaurant setting, which resulted in two incorrect orders, but also incredibly inappropriate as far as language (including "the N word" and every common curse word). Definitely skip this location if you have children or sensitive ears. read more

Ordered food on my break It took over 30 minutes for the food to say it was on its way. The food said it was deliver, When called the store because there was no food here. I talk with Ty he said he was the store supervisor, He seemed to laugh and not care said the food was there and he'll figure it out and send it out the door soon. When asked why his driver stated the food was delivered when it never was, he just laughed again as if he didn't care. I let him know at that point to cancel the order for I no longer want my food from this location. Action needs to be taken at this location. We buy Jimmy John's a lot just moved to this side of town and will no longer order due to your management and employees lack of care or responsibility. read more

My daughter wanted a picnic today so we ordered Jimmy Johns. They forgot to deliver the chips and the cookie. No big deal. I called the store and let them know the mistake and told them I would pick them up at the store curbside so they wouldn't have to send a delivery driver. I get to the store, give them a call. I wait five minutes and two different employees walk out of the store, climb in their cars and drive off. I finally leave and call the store and ask for the area managers number. They tell me they can't give it to me which is obviously a lie or either the company doesn't care how their stores are run. Both are signs that the company won't get another cent of my business. Ordered a gargantuan with extra oil and vinegar. Get home and start eating it, no oil and vinegar, so i drive back and explain the situation. No apology for the inconvenience of driving home and having to drive back because they got the request backwards. I have gone to this Jimmy John's multiple times and have received crappy service. They almost always forget one thing or another. I ask for a cookie, they hand me my bag, and guess what? no cookie (have to wait and ask once again). I ask for no cheese on my sandwich, guess what? Cheese on my sandwich. I mean, I prefer quality and accurate orders over speedy service. It would matter more to me if they attended to my order as the paying customer rather than laughing and making jokes as they so seamlessly, but wrongly put my order together. Super freaky fast!!!!!! I love these sandwiches, but I had no way of getting them since my husband takes our only car to work. That's when I decided to try the delivery. I wasn't quite sure about it, but they were SUPER FREAKY FAST! From the time I put in my order online, to the time it shows up at my house is no joke 9 minutes flat EVERY SINGLE TIME! And after those nine minutes, I get to bite into a delicious Club LuLu on French Bread with extra tomatoes, lettuce, and onions! Totally worth the minuscule delivery fee, especially if you order more than one sandwich like I do because my hubby is always super hungry when he gets home, so I order him the number 9, which is his favorite! The staff here are kind and friendly when I go in, and are also freaky fast at making my sandwich. read more

The food is awesome! Ordering online you can select how much of what you get on your sandwich, they get things perfect 99% of the time, and that 1% that it isn't perfect its still delicious! The management here is great! They called to let me know when a new driver was having a hard time and might be late, my food still came pretty quickly compared to most delivery food options. They made things right for me when a minor mistake was made in my order one time, then I got a follow up in the mail from corporate. It's great to see a larger food chain that cares about customers.
