The chicken was bitter and mostly lettuce in the wrap. He opened it up & only 4 small pieces of chicken were in there. I called about a week ago & left a message for the owners to call me to discuss, as they are a young family & in the past seemed to care about details & looked as if they were taking pride in their new business. I never received a call back, so I called again today. This time explained everything again with receipt number, etc. .. I asked for the girls name, so I could track who I had talked to. She refused to give it to me. When I asked her why, she said she "didn't have to". She said she was the acting manager & that she would pass on my concerns to the owners. I'm not sure the owners are aware of the decline of the quality of their product or not. I'm pretty sure the staff is not telling them I had called twice. I let little Miss thing know that I would be publishing a negative Yelp review. I'm hoping this gets to the owners (my 3rd and final attempt). August 17, 2026 may have been the last $36.02 they get from me. It's not inexpensive fast food.

I wasn't too wowed by them though. - 2 Sides: I went with the honey mustard pasta salad and chipotle potato salad. The pasta salad was soggier than expected, but flavors of both were pretty good. Chipotle potato had a nice kick. - Loaded Wedges: This was literally a potato quartered into 4 wedges. Tastewise, I really liked the seasoning they used on the potato though.
