Meh! I love the way the smiley faces greet you right when you walk in! Subs are normally fast and delicious (every place has a hiccup or an off day), but normally yum! However, over $20 for a sub that was thin not overflowing with meat... was not worth it. I paid $25 for a Reuben at another place, but it was so thick with meat that I couldn't bite into it and actually made two meals out of it. A bit inconvenient, but at least I saw the value. I was just driving around and decided to get something new. This was the first time ever trying JJs. I ordered the roast beef and added provolone to it. The sandwich was ok. Nothing grand or amazing. I added crispy jalapenos but it didn't do much justice for the flavor. I did like the texture though. It was surprisingly pleasant. The staff were great! Very polite and attentive. Great subs but not always great service. Today ordered a Club Lulu. Doesn't come with cheese so I asked for it to be added. They added the $1 charge, but not the cheese. Had given the driver $1 tip because they are only a mile from here although I usually tip more. Then I saw the $2 delivery fee. Must have gone up since beginning of the year. So I feel like I'm out 4 bucks for not getting what I ordered. Club Lulu is not their best sandwich on the menu. At least at subway they heat up crisp the bacon. JJs is just cold and limp on top of the turkey so you gotta push it down into the role or lose it. Not the first time they've messed up my order. read more

Gave them 2 stars because subs were fresh. I personally prefer subs with oil, vinegar and more toppings than JJ offers. However, my main reason for this review is that my husband ordered and the total was $22.95 and he threw the nickel in the tip jar and the lady at the register (Rachel) sarcastically said "thank you for the 5 cents". First of all when we walked up she wasn't exactly pleasant and welcoming. Secondly, there is no requirement to tip at this type of restaurant. Regardless of how she felt, you never speak to a customer in that manner. We will not be back. Jersey Mike's is about the same distance from my house and although it is a little more expensive, you get what you pay for and the staff is always super pleasant. read more

Guy working the register seemed bothered that I didn't want any of the listed condiments on my sandwich; just meat, cheese, mustard, & oregano. I took my sandwich to go. When I opened it, it had the wrong bread & Dijon mustard (not yellow). Maybe it's the culture down here? I took my daughter to lunch at the North Naples location yesterday. It was her first time there but I have been there several times. She ordered a club type sub and I got a roast beef sub. Cheese is extra so watch out for that litle upcharge. We sat in the restaurant to eat our sub and as usual one of the subs was made wrong. (this happens a lot). Luckily my kiddo can just pick off the tomatoes so no biggie. We were the only customers in there (around 1:15pm). They had the music absolutely blaring and it wasn't even a top 40 but some really hard alternative music that would certainly bother an older crowd. I am not elderly by any means and it bothered me and even my 13 year old was looking at me like "what the heck is this"? Bottome line, the subs are super tasty, they make them super fast but not accurate and the music was way too loud. However, I do really enjoy them better than old stale bread Subway so we will come back for sure. read more

This particular location has hours until 9pm. I came into the location at 8:51pm which leaves 9 minutes to make sandwiches. After ordering, I was told there wasn't enough bread to make my 5 sandwiches. Apparently, they stop making bread because the store will be closing. Why have hours until 9pm if you are going to stop making sandwiches? Close up early and go home. I frequent this location and spend on average 50.00 a week there. I am not a fan of this place. Which, is too bad because it is very close to where I live so I'd have been a regular. The staff looks bored and they just go through the motions making zero eye contact. You rush to order (I ordered the vegetarian sandwich) and someone starts making it before you're even done ordering... no one asked what kind of bread you want or if I'd be cool with the heaps of mayonnaise they put on the gross white roll they used (I wasn't cool with it) I gave them 2 stars because although I will never be back... they were very quick. Spent $40 on food and asked for a cup for water. I kid you not, the girl behind the register demanded 25-cents for a darn cup and didn't give a hoot that I was carrying my baby and had my hands full. Then, another teeny bopper behind the counter tried to tell me that I hadn't specified that I did not want lettuce on a sub and looked genuinely perplexed and argued when I asked for the correct sub. Consistently terrible service. The store is frequently run by three to four teenagers whom have made mistakes on my orders on multiple visits. They pay more attention to their discussion between them than focusing on the customer and acting professional. The food was as good as usual however the customer service made me uncomfortable, my friend and I went in to order a sandwich and drink to go, was talked into a box lunch w/cookie, okay my fault, was buying for my friend as well, talked into a box lunch as well, all good, however the total ballooned to $39 and change, I said we just want two sandwiches and 1 drink, down to $16 and change, what was the other $24 dollars for? I didn't ask. Now time to pay, cool, however the cashier says if you like our service you can tip, I said can I put it on the card, no she said you have to use cash in the jar. I always tip 20% when I have a waiter/waitress now I feel obligated to dig for cash in a non tipping situation, I put 2 bucks in the jar, and waited for the food, seeing the long wheat bread now available I realize I was not offered the opportunity of long bread choices, got my food, tea and left. Turns out I feel the employee's most important agenda was to garner a tip at the expense of customer service. She was personable at the expense of aggressively wanting a tip. ok...i was in north naples...so i tried the jimmy johns just off immokalee rd-(straight across from airport rd) first they yell welcome to jimmy johns---like when you go into a Moe's(so did they rip that off from Moe's??) first thing i noticed----no kids menu...at all ..nothing nada...zilch so we had to order a 8" sub for my 3 yo... second--- no pickles???? well yeah we have deli pickles...no i want sliced pickles to go on my sandwich..nope bacon tasted like the precooked stuff you microwave also... bread is ok..i have had better... i do like the subway style of making a sandwich better tho....you order the main filling..and bread first...then you tell them what you want on it as you go ..and you can see your sandwich made.... JJ--you just order a sandwich and you pick it up at the other end and hope its correct.....and they dont give you an order number or ask your name..they just ask you which numbers are yours....like i just came into JJ for the first time-- i dont frickin know what numbers everything is... so a big MEH..i dont know what the hype is about..... ill stick with the local sandwich shops and the occasional Subway instead read more
