Great subs, delicious in fact. I'd much rather have a Jimmy John's sub over Subway any day. They use fresh ingredients, bread is so good and they are so quick. Prices are great too. My only complaint is they have an extremely limited delivery area and they don't serve soup. I can overlook those two last things. read more

Stopped in here for a quick sandwich today and they had the doors locked. It's 5:00 pm. The workers are sitting inside with the lights on and yet they came to unlock the door and say sorry we are closed the power is out. Wow. Why are all the businesses around you still operating? And why is your lights on in ur window, and yet turned off in the store? They said it's flickering. Whatever. We're going to Subway. read more

I went to Jimmy Johns in Naples, FL today, across from Airport Rd, for the first time. The place was very clean and very busy as it was around 12:00. Upon walking through the doors the "free smells", from the fresh cooked bread, made me hungier than I already was. The cashiers were very cordial and were very informative, as I had alot of questions. I ordered my sandwich and had it in my hand before I took one step from the register, #4 Turkey Tom. My overall experience was fantastic. The bread is sooooo good, and you can actually taste the freshness in the veggies, unlike other "fresh" sub shops like Subway. Come to find out, they will actually deliver for just 1 sandwich! I will definetly be back. read more

Really no comparison to any other sub shop out there and deserving of 5 stars. One thing only one thing drives me nuts about this place. They don't bag your junk. I'm standing there everytime with a couple bags of chips, maybe a couple drinks. They then put the subs on this little ledge and say thank you. Yet there is a bagging station on their side with plenty of room to bag my junk. I'm a nice guy so I reach over the ledge and bag my own junk. I just paid $13 for a sandwich and chips and a soda bag my junk! I hit them up about once a week and have been for a year and less than 1 percent of staff bags it automatically and less than 4 percent offer to bag it. It's an $8 sub for goodness sake offer to bag people's junk! That's all I have to say about that. read more

I love all Jimmy Johns! Order extra lettuce and tomato on the veggie sandwich if they don't have sprouts, it helps fill out the sandwich.

Coming into Jimmy John's on August 3, 2017 showed me why I never went to this place and it is literally behind my residence. I came around lunchtime and it wasn't as busy but it was steady. I walked in and Marissa that was at the register never greeted me matter fact she seemed really bothered by me even being there. I ordered a tuna sub with cheese, and I thought I was going to expect that but didn't. Realized that my order was messed up when I got back to work-no cheese of course. When getting my sandwich I asked for some napkins and a bag, mind you this is my first time here. The sandwich makers literally yelled and pointed that the items were right there, behind the sub corner. Most restaurants would have a condiment, straw and napkin section-and obviously they didn't. I APOLOGIZED to them because I didn't know I had to grab it from there side of the counter. And by reading the reviews from this locations looks like I'm not the only one that's had a hard time here. I will never in life spend a dime at any jimmy johns. Hope everyone else has a better experience. And I will definitely let corporate know about my experience as well. read more

Don't they pride themselves on fast sandwich making? Last time in, and it's the last, trust me, two tables were full, of two patrons. Four employees behind the counter, talking, laughing. When I ordered, two guys ran over to make and two guys really did nothing, almost 5mins later the 4 sandwiches made it to the bag - I noticed a mistake and asked what was the deal, sorry, we'll remake. How about one fast guy or three slow guys, overstaffed and 1/2 do nothing, no quality check, nothing. How about some communication here so we don't wait 5mins for a wrong sandwich. The order was neither fast nor correct, ummm, okay. Go elsewhere, not expensive but slow and wrong - well, even a $5.00 footlong is usually on the money...because you stand over YOUR sandwich and tell the robot how to make, not covered food stations like JJ you cannot view and then hope and pray your sandwich is right. Tried the Naples Blvd Store - same clown must own this on. This time is was 5guys, 2 made and 3 chatted and galavanted around behind the register, interrupting the sandwich makers - whereby delaying the order altogether. They must hire work release 16year olds, they just dont get it. read more

This Jimmy John's is far better than the one close to the Hollywood 20 movie theatre - I found out that they are different owners and you can definitely tell the difference. This location has sprouts, and that's my favorite part of a JJ sandwich. Great fast delivery, under 7 minutes from the order to them getting to my door. The parking lot can get crowded here, especially during lunch time of course so be careful. read more

I go here all the time. First rate meats and vegtables. Tell them to hold the mayo and "Jimmie it up" and its pretty healthy for a sub shop. Hands down better than Subway! read more

my daughter went to visit jimmy johns today on her lunch break and she had the worst experience, the employees were very rude her bread was hard when she complained they had her waiting for a while then the lady said to her that she is not making her another sandwich so my daughter tells her you don't have to just give me some fresh bread... how awful jimmy johns, you should be ashamed to have the doors open with such bad customer service and from what i here your employees need to be drug tested and stop the massages behind the counter that doesn't look to professional read more

The food over all is good I especially like the jalapeño chips and turkey Tom but the onions were stringey

Great for what it is, a sandwich place. Their sub rolls are amazing, but I like their grain bread even more. Prices are wonderful and they offer delivery to the surrounding area. Ingredients are always fresh and delicious. read more

Is 50 minutes "incredibly fast" for delivery less than a mile?!? Called the store and was told the driver had tried calling me....never happened. When it eventually turned up was told by the female driver it was my fault because "my road dead ends" At least they got my order right....wait no they didn't! get to eat an overdue, dry sandwich (they forgot my mayo). I came to this Jimmy John's for the first (and last time) today. I was HUNGRY. Now I am HANGRY. The menu board proclaims that JJ's sandwiches have more meat than most other's subs. Well, this is NOT true. I ordered a "Billy Club" sub... Supposedly a "GIANT sub..." Well, sir... I got ONE slice of ham; ONE slice of cheese and ONE slice of roast beef. That's a GIANT??? Spare me. Subway gives more meat than this, and for less money. So, beware of the mis-representations at Jimmy John's. The bread is good, but the meats? Pathetic. read more

A complete rip-off! I ordered a turkey sandwich provolone cheese on a french roll. The roll was french or crusty. It was mushy, soft and gooey, and the worst of it was when i opened the sandwich, between all the this bread was one single slice of turkey! An experience I will never re-live. No apologies...just, "well, that's the way we do it". Nine people between the counter and complete incompetence. read more
