I'm never going to Jimmy John's again. All the sandwiches have condiments predetermined on them already so whatever you order doesn't matter unless you specifically request to not have it on. In this specific case I had about a whole jar of mayonnaise on my sandwich and some tomatoes when I never asked for it. When talking to the manager he told me it is written on their policy all sandwiches coming with lettuce, mayo and tomatoes. Wouldn't be that big of a deal if I didn't spend 10 minutes scrapping of mayonnaise for their $15 sandwich for it still to be covered in mayonnaise. It's their policy so nothing they can do. I recommend you make your client aware that this is already going to be on their sandwich. Oh well I already didn't want to spend an absorbent amount of money for a sandwich with bread that's too hard anyways. Lesson learned. I would not recommend Jimmy John's. read more

This specific location frequently messes up sandwiches! When my family first ordered Jimmy John's, they were great, everything was made as ordered. Now, I would say every other time we order something is wrong. They have added ingredients specifically noted not to add (allergies!!), they have mix-and-matched customizations for different sandwiches, charged extra for ingredients that were not even included on the sandwich, and on the order I just placed this evening, one of the sandwiches had moldy bread. Every time I have called to discuss the mistakes, the employees get their managers, but it's obvious in their tones they really don't care. I will gladly order from a different Jimmy John's. Ordered on the web for pickup, brought it home and it was good, but there was very little meat on the sandwich. What was on there was like a chicken salad, but there were two larger meat chunks. I'm not sure if it is supposed to be chunky or a slurry? Plus I ordered an "umwich" there was about 1/2" thick of lettuce all around, that is not usually how they are. I tried to call them and their phone kept ringing and no one ever answered. I had to call again the next day and they told me they were short staffed so they turned their phones off.... Ordered again today and didn't receive our drinks. I've been trying to call them for hours and their phone just rings and rings. What the world is going on with this location? Freaky Fast? I've ordered twice from this location twice. The first time was a delivery order, after waiting close to 45 minutes I called the store to find my order and was told the driver was having trouble finding the address. (We live literally down the street from the store.) When the order arrived the food was not correct. By that time I was not even sure if I was going to call in the issue because by the time it was fixed I'd be eating a sub sandwich for breakfast. The second time I ordered I figured I would pick it up. I placed the order, waited about 10 minutes then drove to the store. I arrived at the store to pick up my order about 15 minutes after placing the order. I asked if it was ready. I was told it wasn't, there were no other orders and 2 employees were standing there discussing their NYE plans. Then the impression of annoyance I gathered from the employees for having to make my order. Needless to say that I have given two chances and both have failed. I was waiting for over an hour and when I called to find out where my order was the girl said they were so busy so they were so behind and it wasn't their fault. I was so impressed by this Jimmy John's. I was in a rush to get lunch for my husband and called when I was about 6 min away from the store. The sandwiches were ready when I got there! I quickly paid with my card and was out of the store in probably 2 min or less- and this was the middle of lunch time, too! All the employees were happy, helpful, and clean. As for the food, the sandwiches were good but relatively average. We got the Bootlegger and Turkey Tom- can't go wrong with those. We asked for the new spicy ranch and it was actually very good- definitely needed it on our bland sandwiches! Maybe we are just sauce/ flavor fanatics, but without the ranch, the sandwich was not very exciting to the tastebuds. They also don't toast their subs... which is disappointing, but coming policy. I have been to many Jimmy Johns in the past and have always been satisfied with my experience. This time, however, was different. My wife and I saw that a new location had just opened up less that 4.5 miles away and that it would be a good lunch option for delivery. We called in, told them our location, were promised they could deliver, and placed our order. 30 minutes later, we received a call telling us they could not deliver and that we would need to come pick it up. My wife was (in my eyes) justifiably upset. I called and spoke to the general manager and told him to make it better. I said you can deliver the food, which he claimed would be a violation of their franchise agreement and could make them lose their franchise. I did not push the delivery and said I would come pick it up free of charge. He refused, saying that I could do "what all the other customers do" and that since I was not inconvenienced that he wouldn't do anything. He even claimed that he was the one inconvenienced because their "driver drove all the way to Cloud Road" (about 4 miles) and wasted gas. I feel like he did everything short of telling me just to deal with it. The manager offered no compromise and no apology. Worse, I felt as if my complaints weren't valid and that I was being pushed off the phone. I love Jimmy John's food, but I will not be going to this location ever again. read more

After 25 min of frustration and struggling to order a sandwich on my app. I leave with 2 sandwiches and one only being half off. No where does it say you HAVE to order on the app. Manager was helping and did nothing to off set the inconvenience. I am all around very picky about my food, sandwiches especially. I typically do not like chain sandwich shops, but my Husband ordered delivery from here a few weeks ago, (it arrived freakishly fast), and it looked pretty good. I decided to try it today and surprisingly it was very fresh, although the bacon I added had little to no flavor and was $2 extra. I had the beach club and the veggies were crisp and fresh, the bread was very soft and it stood up to the wetness of the veggies and Italian sauce on the drive home. Not sure what was going on here yesterday but the sandwiches we received were just not good at all. I ordered the Club Tuna and added onions and pickles. There was a small spread of tuna (it's suppose to be double the amount on the club) no onions and like two pickles. We also ordered three Hunter Clubs, again hardly any meat and a ton of lettuce.
