Got out of a rut today & customized a #8 Billy Club (roast beef, ham & provolone cheese) & ended up with the best sandwich ever! Ordered it with regular lettuce & extra tomato. Added extra crispy fried onions & horseradish sauce. On the side items (so I could choose to add or not & control how much, if any) were mayo & mustard packets, sliced pickles & hot peppers. I added the hot peppers & ate the pickles as "dessert". Both were yummy! I didn't add any mayo or mustard--not needed. Next time I'll order it with extra horseradish. The crispy fried onions and horseradish were definitely big flavor boosts. I LOVED THIS SANDWICH AS MODIFIED. No more boredom!!! read more

Been to this location a good handful of times and am always pleased. Is it the best sandwich you will find in town? No. But is it fast, consistent and reasonably priced? Yes. As a mom with two young kids I'm always looking for good drive thru options and this checks the boxes for me. Service is always friendly. A pretty decent JJ's. Service was fast, if a little brusque. Definitely could be friendlier in pointing out where the chips and drinks machines were for a first-time visitor. Also, when did JJ's stop using trays or bags??? I did NOT see any issues with cleanliness - the people handling money are different from those making the food so there are no cross-contamination issues. I like the 'Big John' sandwich, even though the meat portion's been slowly shrinking over the years. Also, they need to turn the oven temperature up a tad, the bread looks like it has a pale 'hacker's tan'. However, it was tasty and JJ's chips are an excellent complement to the meal, so thumbs up, I'll probably be back. This location is definitely a solid lunch option if you are in the area - they are quick, and generally have done well even with big group orders even though sometimes, it seems like they are trying too hard to be fast that they make minor errors. They could also be friendlier, but I give the benefit of the doubt that the lunchtime rush with so many office buildings nearby would leave anyone cranky. Food wise, nothing out of the ordinary, but I've always been decently impressed with the freshness. Clean, no wilted veggies. I will say, parking and getting out of the parking lot in general during the lunch rush is hit or miss. It seems like at least once a week a see a minor accident with someone trying to turn left out of the parking lot. So, come early if you can, and proceed with caution. read more

The lady was so rude whenever Pulled up she said Jimmy John's like not what would you like anything and then when I tried to order she said I can't hear you so I spoke louder and said turkey sandwich no onion and she was like it doesn't come with onion all rude. I get everywhere is over worked understaffed underpaid but you don't have to be rude to someone for no reason just because they came to your place of business. read more

This is my go-to Jimmy John's since I live and work in the area! They're always great and friendly, only downfall of them being good is the busy line! I had the turkey on French bread. It was fresh tasting and certainly resolved my hunger. I like Jimmy John's, but I do wish they would offer sliced pickles on their sandwiches. No biggie, though. The pickles they serve on the side are absolutely delicious, some of the best I've had anywhere. They are crisp and cool. Service at this location is fast and friendly, with a clean store. This place is deserves a negative 1 in Stars. I was given a $20.00 gift card and the employee questions we don't honor our gift cards since we're privately owned. Talks with his manager and it ends up working. Went back the next day to use my remaining balance off, showed the employee since he said I owed a difference when I had $11 remaining on the gift card but had to cover a $7 dollar difference. They have lost my business and will tell my friends and family not to go there anymore. Plus they added Mayo when I said not too! read more

Have been going to Jimmy John's for years. Normally all locations have always been good but this one is disgusting. On more than one occasion I've seen the workers handle money with gloves and then go straight to touching the food with the same gloves. When I call them out on it, no remorse, no apology, nothing. Enough to show how disgusting they allow their employees to be since I've even made complaints to the owner with no response ever heard back. Their sandwiches are tasty and their delivery is quick! Always a good experience! The Beach Club is usually my favorite sandwich. Their smart phone application is very easy to use as well. Started seeing door magnets stuck all over my apartment complex, including my door letting me know they deliver, with no minimum! Saved the magnet for when the day came that I was craving a sandwich. Finally caved and decided to call and lo and behold, they actually DONT deliver to my complex. The service here was fast and friendly. I appreciated the courtesy of everyone in the store. The food, as with any Jimmy John's, is top-notch!
