The employees were kind so I feel sad I have to give this place a bad review but- They do not have a toaster at this location. Hence they cannot make a multitude of sandwiches and some of their sandwiches are not to the specs they advertise. I ordered a lulu (turkey and bacon) and I did not recieve any bacon (obviously) because they dont have a toaster. I dont understand why a sandwich shop isnt able to make basic sandwiches on their own menu but this location needs to either a) get a toaster or b) shut down. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

This afternoon I stopped by to order a sandwich, there was only two workers and they appeared to be pretty busy. One of the two staff members was the only one ringing up orders and making the sandwiches. The gentleman ringing people up AND making sandwiches did not change out his gloves after handling money, to make the sandwiches. read more

Service was terrible. The young girl at the register didn't say one word. We asked if she tried a sandwich and her response was "No". There were no customers in there. When she made our sandwiches, instead of telling us it's ready. She just threw them on the counter, luckily I looked over and saw a wrapped sandwich on the counter. The sandwich was just as bad. The bread was so hard I had to take the top bread off. We won't be going back to this location again. read more

I understand being short staffed, but if I would have known they were going to use a non-English speaking Uber driver to deliver my food, I would have just picked it up myself. Nothing wrong with diversity, but when we cannot communicate simple directions, it becomes an issue. read more

Management and Service is the WORST, I ordered online at 10:52 am to be delivered at 11:45, called at 12 noon, Manager Eliza was rude and hung up in my face.. she was not willing to give me a refund, and had the driver poor kid delivery soggy sandwiches that had been waiting to be delivered for an hour Eliza needs a new position that does not deal with the public . do not eat at the conroe location .. horrible horrible service.....!!!!!!!!! I placed an online order at 9:49 AM to be delivered at 11:45AM and its now 12:32 and no delivery!!! I called and spoke with a socalled manager Jennifer L and she said they are backed up and doesnt know when the delivery will be made.... I said this is unacceptable and she said thats all I can tell you right now and I asked for corporates number and she claimed she didnt have it. I said I will hold for you to call the owner and get if for me... she then got back on the phone an gave me a fake number.... I immediately called back and got another number... I usually love Jimmy John's. This location needs to train employees on how to accept orders. They didn't ask if we wanted any extras. My husband's sandwich was totally dry. I had tuna so not so bad but would have ordered extras. We thought they were going to ask us while they were making the sandwiches since we were standing there. They always ask at the Research Forest location. Also online specials should apply to eat in orders. The Research Forest location is much better. read more

I order from this Jimmy John's a lot via the JJ app, usually picking something up on the way home from work. I usually never have a problem, however today I placed my order and arrived at the store about 15-20 minutes later. I walked and and both employees were laying down in the booths, both jumping up when they saw me. They hadn't even seen my pickup order and I had to wait for them to make it....not something I want after a long work day, especially when Jimmy John's is supposed to be "freaky fast." read more

I always hear on commercials and other advertisement about how fast Jimmy John's delivery is and I finally got the chance to experience it for myself. I ordered my food and it was delivered 11 minutes later. I'm taking having to come up to my suite floor into consideration. The sandwich was good! This is the best Jimmy John's location we wake up really early so we were ready for lunch right when they opened. The guy was great and ready to start the day the bread was made to perfection. We had to wait for an hour for our food. Shortly after I canceled the order the driver finally shows up. When I asked why it took so long he did nothing but make excuses that they were busy. I understand you can be busy but an hour long wait? And when your store is only 6 minutes away? I've ordered from them at least three times and on average I wait 15 minutes and I'm okay with that. This was the sad part: he never bothered to apologize. He just said (with an attitude I might add) as he was walking off "there are other places that will take longer". The short of it is I canceled my order and will no longer be ordering from them again until they fix this issue. read more

No flexibility with this location. My 8 year old likes to eat a turkey and provolone with olive oil. She does not want anything else on the sandwich. We ordered a plain slim and asked for olive oil. The cashier said there were no extras on a plain slim and that we would have to order a regular sandwich, which is $1.00 more. All she wanted was a splash of olive oil, not lettuce tomato onion. We have eaten at JJ's throughout the city and in Colorado and have always ordered her the plain slim with a little oil and not one location had ever refused. When I explained that to the cashier his response was the other stores are breaking the rules. No, they are keeping customers happy. We walked out and said we were going to Jersey Mikes where we knew we would get oil at no extra cost. He wished us luck. Got to Jersey Mike's, where we found out kids eat free on weekends. Win for us. Might add there were only 2 customers in Jimmy John's and there was not an empty table at Jersey Mike's. Customer Service matters. read more
