Bill McCulley got everything approved right away at a payment I wanted! Ivan Greiner was very helpful and knowledgeable! My only issue and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I don't believe my car was actually cleaned. There was dirt and mud still on my tires as they were the day before. There was mud and dirt on the pedals. There were scuff marks on the drivers door and kick panel. There was residue from the window stickers still on the window. Just kinda disappointing. Otherwise, I highly recommend Honda City!

Sales team was great, but the finance took forever to be ready for us to come to their office. By a long time, I mean to say we were there from 4 pm until after they were closing... which felt like forever with a one year old in tow (especially messing up meal/bedtime). If they were closer, we probably would have come back the next day to finish the purchase. We selected this dealer to get a Costco discount, and because they were able to find the model, trim and color of our choice much sooner than other dealers in the region. FAst forward to the first service with them (complimentary oil)... they kept telling me to wait until the light went on and then, as soon as the light went on there was a 10 day wait to get it serviced. So I came for their "fast lane" non-appointment time slot. I was told be there first thing in the morning. Well, at 7:05 am, it was a two hour wait. The first 45 minutes of the wait they had my car RUNNING in the waiting zone, wasting gas. It was really frustrating. They called for a survey three times and even emailed me. I did give them feedback via their phone survey, with a lady who sounded like she worked onsite. Hopefully, they fix their waiting protocols.

Date of visit: December 27, 2025…read more We stopped here mostly on a whim, not expecting to buy a car as the last Mazda lot we perused didn't have anything that we would consider for less than $40K. Since it was on the way back to the freeway anyway, we didn't think it hurt to stop in quickly. Our salesperson was Zach, who was very young and frankly, we had to guide through much of the process. My husband told him what he was looking for and Zach located a CX-5 and brought it out and my husband loved it. Having already done his research on the car, he was okay with moving ahead if we could agree on a price. During the test drive, Zach had told us that they were really motivated to sell since it was so close to the end of the year but when it came time for price, he told us there was no markup on the car. If that was really true, why do we even have to talk about price? We went through a couple rounds of negotiations (it really felt like my own personal version of "Deal or No Deal," minus the ladies) and finally came to a price that was close enough to what we would have gotten through Costco Auto, but not before they tried to push the various protection plans on us and some inconsistencies in the financing percentage. As we really were not expecting to buy a car, we explained that we had a party to attend and we needed to be out in about 75 minutes. If that wasn't doable, we would have to come back another day. They did not meet that time, but got close. Though we would have been out sooner if Jeanne in Financing did not try to resell us all of the same things that we declined with Zach, plus some extras. I do appreciate their working quickly to get us out on a Saturday night, but did not love the back and forth where we talked to Zach and Zach talked to his boss and came back with another offer. And please, I've been driving since before Zach was born, of course there is markup on the car!

From start to finish, they were transparent, professional, and incredibly helpful. Jason took the time to walk me through every detail of the vehicle I was interested in. You can tell they care more about building relationships than just making sales. I left feeling confident, respected, and thrilled with my purchase. I ended up with a cars I wanted to see but sold on me, or getting a bad sales rep who couldn't answer my questions nor felt I was a potential buyer. Then I happened to get lucky that two vehicles I was interested in were at Serra Toyota. I had a lot of questions on the vehicles since I only had info from online. I needed to see more of what I was interested in. I then went inside to the sales floor where I met Cheryl. I explained to her that I wanted to check out two used sedans they had, and needed to know more on what certified used / preowned vehicles meant. It was new to me. She explained all the questions I had about buying a used car and then explained to me the certification process. After learning about what checks the cars at Serra went through and the warranties and backing of their work. I was more comfortable about the certified cars they offered. After test driving and getting technical questions about the Sedans I was interested in I settled on getting a 2024 Camry Sedan. Really a great car which I love and enjoy. But I may not have bought w/o getting the personal touch offered to me and being able to answer my questions so I know I found what I want.

Had a 7:00 appointment. Much of the operation is the same as when it was Don Jacobs. This dealership is not as large as some of the other ones in the area (Wilde, Brookfield, etc), but I have felt like they try hard to keep up. I "think" they did a good job. But took way to long, longer than they had promised. Even though I was the first car in the garage at 7:00 am. It took 6 hours for the work. And because of the delay, I had to get a shuttle home, with added another hour of my personal time. If they had given me a timely update (about the delay) I could have gotten a ride home on my own. When I picked up my car at 6:00pm, I discovered that they no longer have a cashier. So I had to wait another 15 minutes while a Service Writer was freed up to process my payment, and give me the keys. And even though they did the Multi Point inspection, they never went over the results with me. (looks like my Front Disc Brakes are in the "yellow" range). Not their best showing. Hope they figure things out.

All have been with the same salesperson, Big Mike. I couldn't be happier. Before the first car we tried multiple dealerships. It was the mixed bag of awfulness that makes people like me dreading buying cars. Got a recommendation to go to Wilde and ask for Big Mike. Saved us. A year later, we needed a new car. Since Wilde is almost an hour from our house, the market had changed a lot in the intervening year, and weren't buying a used car, we tried looking at other places. Ended up calling Big Mike. He calmly addressed our needs and we drove away happy. Bought our third used car from them just a couple months ago. Obviously, there are a lot of negative reviews for Wilde. What do I make of them? Well, if I'm honest, I do t know if I'd go to Wilde if I had to play roulette and take whatever salesperson walks up to me first. I've never seen anything bad, but the place doesn't have a vibe of excellence that would put me at ease. I've worked with three difference finance agents. Wild variety of experiences--even the guy we used twice was different each time. Again, nothing unethical or problematic like I've experienced elsewhere, but rather I'm willing to put up with "ok" because I know I'm getting fair treatment on the front end of the shopping experience. Two years after buying used and a year after buying new, I'm still happy with the cars. (It's the used car market--and there's no guarantee with the used car, so I've taken a risk and got lucky.) could have turned out bad, thankfully it didn't. New cars come with some free routine maintenance. Service has been fine. Again, nothing "wow" but also no red flags or anything to complain about. People are friendly and seem knowledgeable. Even so, once my free service is over, I probably won't drive an hour to get my car serviced.

Prior to purchase, we also reviewed the Carfax and the Wisconsin Buyers Guide, which indicated there were no issues with the entertainment system or warning/gauge systems. We paid a price that was consistent with similar vehicles of this make and model in the area, relying on the accuracy of the information provided and expecting the vehicle to be in comparable condition. Within 24 hours of purchase, we discovered the radio was not functioning. When we returned to the dealership, we were informed that all four tire pressure sensors needed to be replaced and that the radio required replacement as well--resulting in an estimated cost of approximately $1,500. These findings appear inconsistent with what was represented in the Buyers Guide and during the sales process. We brought these concerns to the dealership in good faith and asked for assistance with the unexpected repairs. They declined to provide any support. Additionally, communication after the sale was extremely limited, often taking several days to receive any response from sales or management. For a $23,000 purchase, discovering significant undisclosed issues immediately after the sale is concerning. While the vehicle was sold as-is, we expected accurate disclosures and clear communication regarding known conditions. Based on our experience, we have concerns about transparency and post-sale customer support. We would encourage others to carefully review all documentation and independently verify vehicle condition before purchasing.
