Instead of taking my order like any normal business would, George refused to serve me because of a personal issue he apparently has with my boss. What makes this even worse is that my boss has been a loyal customer of this establishment for over 20 years and has referred countless people to this business over the years. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism was unbelievable. George actually had his staff intercept my order because it sounded similar to orders placed from the office where I work. They questioned me about who the food was for, and George then stated he would no longer make food for my boss and refused to serve us simply because of where I work. Completely inappropriate, rude, and childish behavior from someone running a business. Treating a heavily pregnant woman and her family this way over a personal grudge is beyond unacceptable. I have never experienced customer service this unprofessional in my life. If this is how customers are treated, especially loyal longtime supporters, people should think twice before giving this place their business. I only gave one star because no stars isn't an option.
