After my visit, I developed an issue on my right toe, which is completely unacceptable and honestly alarming. From what I observed during my appointment, hygiene practices were not being followed properly. I personally saw tools being reused on multiple clients without being properly sanitized, despite the fact that they clearly have sanitation machines available. That alone is a serious violation and puts customers at risk. When I brought this issue up, the man at the front with the thick eyebrows did absolutely nothing to help. There was no concern, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the situation. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially considering the severity of what happened. Because of this, I will be reporting this salon to the Board of Cosmetology. No one should have to worry about infections or unsafe practices when getting something as routine as a nail service. Please be careful if you are considering coming here. Your health and safety should always come first, and based on my experience, this place does not meet those standards.

Was under quoted and paid more than double the quote given. - I had 3 nail techs work on my nails that day. I pointed out the color was wrong and the nail was filed at an angle and it stayed that way unfixed. - first nail techs working on my gel x manicure put the extensions on crooked and had to remove some to redo them. Still put them on crooked the second time and told me she wouldn't have time to paint them all and do the art as the shop were closing in an hour and she had to leave right at 7. Nails are very far from cuticle and my cities were destroyed. I then had to wait for the 2nd manicure tech to finish my manicure. -second nail techs working on my manicure was amazing and tied her best to make my appointment enjoyable and make my nails look as good as they can with the crooked extensions and cut cuticles. Nails are still crooked and they look like I've had them on for weeks / already look grown out. Mind you I've had them on for 4 days. I reached out to the owner and she was very rude. She said she needed to investigate where she talked to everyone in the salon and got back to me via text. They offered me a $30 *courtesy credit towards my next visit and that's all. I paid $300 including all tips and they will not make it right but instead blame me; stating the extended time of my appointment was me being late. I was not late. Had an appointment at 4 and called an hour ahead to change it to 5. Also tried to stats the incorrect quote was something they would not have done. But I made the appointment based on the quote. Tried to argue but the owner stopped replying to me all together even after I sent her photos of my nails. Also missed my date that night dude to the service issues and time. :/ The whole reason I went to get my nails done to begin with. Do not go here.

I would like to start off by saying I try my best not to be negative but this review is necessary, I have been to this place 3 times and every time I left without being completely happy but thought maybe its just me... First time: I was there for a mani & pedi, the guy in charge kept telling me I really should try gel on my nails, even after I told him I didn't want to he insisted and then said " Its too expensive for you?" (Kinda insulting) Anyway the girl that did my toes was all over the place took longer to clean up the red nail polish then to actually apply it. 2nd time: I was there for a manicure only, I selected a hot pink color and after 2 coats I was able to see some areas that were lighter than others and told the girl she said its normal because thats the way that brand of nail polish is and the color. (I thought "ok maybe I selected the wrong nail polish" Last time: 2 days ago I got there at 5:30pm they close at 6pm I asked for a mani & pedi they sat me down and a guy comes to my side while I sit on the spa chair #2 he pulls out a file tool and starts filing (buffing) my nails as they do when you will get acrylics. I told him I don't want acrylics I asked for a mani and he continued. Finally I said aren't you gonna soak my nails? He said later. I had to stop him and asked to wait for someone else and he moved away. Finally one of the girls comes to me and apologized and she did a good job on my mani, another girl did my pedi (kinda hurt when she was cleaning up my cuticles but didn't think much of it. Yesterday I woke up and my toes were itchy and very swollen, it hurts alot. I hope it doesn't get worse I applied anti biotic cream. If I have to go to the Dr for this I will send them the bill. Obviously their tools werent sanitized. This ofcourse was their 3rd chance. BEWARE Ladies! This is the worst thing that can happen to those of us who love our feet. read more

When one Is filling your nails. One should be really paying attention to the nails. Not looking around at others, not trying to rush. I just started getting gel nails. Ive had them done here before so I figured it would be a great job again. I was wrong. the lady did a horrible job, I had bubbles all over each nail. she did not care at all. I'm the last person to make anyone look like a full. but when your paying 45 dollars for nails. You expect them to look descent. She was not that nice, askling why I let my nails grow this long. I just looked at her and smiled. But what I really wanted to say was "well, because I can, I have heathy nails and I don't need your acrylics lady" Safe to say I wont use her again. Now I know. the only reason they are even getting a couple starts is because the lady that did my pedicure was nice, took here time. shoot my toes looked way better than my hands.. not the best experience with the tech that I got.. but this place has a little potential read more

I've been a very satisfied customer for 7 years of Kenny, the owner of JK nails. His work is superb. I get treated and pampered like a queen when I'm at JK Nails. He serves water, tea and snacks. In addition to the 10% discount I receive every time I'm serviced. I get a free green tea lotion every so often. The deluxe pedicure is a must everything income. I leave with my feet feeling like a new born's feet. I will never go anywhere else for my mani, pedi and organic gel nails. This is my go to place for nails , they always give great quality work. The pedicures always leave my feet looking clean & feeling smooth , and the organic gel they use on nails last for weeks. Believe me I play sports and not once have my nails chipped or broke while playing. I personally recommend making an appointment with Kenny.
