I checked the breakers but nothing was wrong there. My warranty company put me in contact with James from Express HVAC. He called me right away and listened as I described the issue. He told me it sounded like the small fuse on the mother board of the furnace had gone out. After giving me instructions on how to switch it out. I went up to my attic (where the furnace was) pulled off the panel, switched out the fuse and like that, I was back in business and everything was working beautifully. By addressing my problem and walking me through the steps on switching it out, James saved me a $45 service fee to have a service person come out and do what I did myself. When there were equipment issues on the day of the schedule services, we had some issues with communication flow but they made things right with offering a discount and completed the service the next day for the 2" spray foam and they documented the work via videos which was great.
