I've been going to CARS for two or three years and they have always been professional, honest, and trustworthy with car maintenance and repairs. They seem to be able to work on any make & model, whether it's a new, older, or antique car. They provide excellent value and quality work and will not take advantage of their customers. While I was waiting on my car service, I saw numerous happy customers come in and Cameron remembered each car and what it needed. Sean, one of the mechanics, truly knows his craft as well and has take the time to patiently explain to me why my tires dried out, when an upcoming service will be needed, etc. An appointment is highly recommended because they stay busy. The costa are midrange and fair, and they have great prices for synthetic oil changes and offer (at this time) a free OEM reading, for which other shady service companies charge $100-250. I highly recommend them. Their service shop is disability accessible and friendly to all demographics. You will be in good, respectful hands with CARS. read more

I had a radiator service back in Jan. I was charged for premium service (high end). The car was driven until now and I had another service in a different shop. Here's the problem we found from the last service. 1. They broke the parking sensors in the front when they removed the bumper. They wrote the sensors were missing on the invoice. I found out when I picked up the car and I was kinds let it go. But, how can you said the sensors just missing when I had them attached on the car. 2. The coolant reservoir is empty and not even a drop that I can see. That means they didn't properly breath the coolant until all the air was out. Plain lazy. The radiator cap is a messed and it's broken apart. That's means the coolant wouldn't be able to flow back and fro from the reservoir. I was lucky the engine didn't get overheated. 3. The undershield cover had only 2 plastic screws to hold on. There are totally 12 screws. I saw the cover was hanging touching the ground and I guess that's the reason. Lazy. I'm not sure it's the shop thing and just a individual who is lazy. If you go to charge a premium, you need to provide a premium service too. (Sepang Blue SQ) I have the option of dropping off my car and waiting (free wifi) or coming back after work. I wish they opened on weekends. I purchased a groupon for a oil change with this garage because of all positive reviews on yelp and google. However, leading up to the oil change, I had a check engine light so I figured they could take a look at that as well. When I arrived, I mentioned the check engine light and off the bat, they told me it would be $95 to do a full diagnostic. He said it would take extra 45 min and then he changed his mind and said to leave it over night. I don't mind paying $95 or leaving my car overnight to get fixed but there has to be a valid reason given to me to do so. Overall, it felt to me he didn't want to do the service so I said just to just give me the error code. After the oil change, he gave me receipt which included other issues with car but did not give any explanations. There were oil leaks on my car and I went to a different mechanic to check it out. The mechanic told me that the oil leaks are more serious than the check engine light and gave me a explanation and estimate. read more

Let me start off by just saying thanks to Sean for going above and beyond to helping me fix small tiny things with my 4runner that made a huge difference to me. Any other shop would have charged me an arm and a leg leaving me with the feeling I'm out a buck for nothing or just deny the job altogether being how small it was. But a job not easily done for a person with lack of tools or knowledge to tackling the job. Sean is a beast at what he does, getting all the work done so fast! I've never met anyone so kind hearted to help out and offer so much advice and knowledge when asked. I first found this place just trying to drill out a broken screw for my license plate. Later down the road I needed to do some work on my 4runner and I figured I'd get a quote from them, It was fairly priced compared to all the other shops in the area. He also talked with me genuinely about what repairs to do next to fix the problems I was seeking after. Any other shop would have just tried to sell me repairs I may/may have not needed. This shop has true integrity and potential for great success. I recommend anyone to this shop to any other shop, you'd be surprised to know they can get any job done. I picked up my car (2013 Audi A6 3.0T) from the Chantilly Auto Repair Service this afternoon after dropping it off for brake service, and I was extremely pleased with the service, cost, and customer service. From the first interaction with the shop via phone through the whole process, I experienced nothing but outstanding service. I was initially given a quote via phone, and additional diagnostic service (at my request) was performed at no cost (note that the dealer charges $149 just to connect it to VCDS, without any service quote). There's a reason why this place only has five star reviews. I initially had my car checked out by another shop nearby that I usually go to due to my car making a thumping noise after not driving it for awhile. I ended up needing my rear brake pads and rotors replaced. The initial shop said they would give me a 10% discount and that it would cost $1k to get the job done including the oil change I needed. Looked up the cost and thought they were pricey so I called CARS after seeing their reviews on yelp and I am glad I did. Cameron gave me the pricing over the phone and it was going to cost around $600 instead of 1k...compared the parts/warranty and they were very similar if not the same. I immediately called the other shop and told them to stop working on my car and that I would come pick it up. When I went, the mgr said they would match the price..So that basically confirmed that they were ripping me off. I paid for the diagnostic and dropped my car off here instead. I picked up my car the next day and no more thumping noise. Cameron also gave me a straight forward pricing on other things I needed to get done before the winter and it all seemed very reasonable. I'll be coming back here for any car repairs/maintenance checks from now on. read more

Holy cow. These guys are so honest, accommodating, quick, and affordable. I tried them out for a simple repair last month and recently went back for a different repair and they were just amazing. They even gave me some recommendations for food options that were walking distance, so I could eat while I waited. The shop waiting area is very neat, minimalist, clean, quiet, and offers refreshments-- just the way any shop waiting area should be. I went into the garage to check out my car and get a very detailed breakdown and visual of what was happening with my car and I even noticed how incredibly neat and tidy the garage was. I've been taking my work truck (2004 Ford F-250 super duty with 220,000 Miles) to Sean and Cameron since they took over ownership of this repair shop. They have replaced two ball joints, a transfer case and installed two spark plug kits (apparently a common problem with ford). All work was done with professionalism, reasonable price point and timely. I've never had to miss work because of a scheduled repair. They advised me on some maintenance to my air conditioning compressor so I could replace it myself. They extracted the coolant and contained it for me for a few days while I replaced the compressor then put it back in the vehicle. That was last summer. A/C will still freeze you out of the cab. They have performed all preventative maintenance on this vehicle over the past 18 months. I wouldn't consider taking anything I own to anyone else. These men are trustworthy and reliable. read more
