The meat was juicy, vegetables are fresh, and fries are perfectly seasoned and fried. I like the Cajun fish combo and my husband likes the London fish combo. Love that we can get both at one place and it is not greasy at all.

Not a good experience at all. I ordered a cheeseburger after reading many good review but only to get disappointed ! The bread is very soft and can not carry the weight of the meat and vegetables so the sandwich was falling apart half way. The beef has a strange aftertaste and that is a sign of cheap meat. The onion is sliced very thin so you don't get a good onion taste. The soda drink was flat. paying $14.50 for a cheeseburger combo with this mediocre quality was a TOTAL waste of money. So glad to finally have tried this place and it won't be the last. Ironic how there is a McDonalds very close by and this establishment packs burgers with fresh flavor. When I try new burger spots, I always rely on a classic cheeseburger or double if I'm hungry. I went with a double and man, it was enormous. The burger was packed with flavor. The tasty bread was also a winner and you could tell it was freshly made. We also tried the Buffalo Ranch Chicken burger. I was not the biggest fan of the added tator tots in the sandwich. Could have been left on the side. The Cajun Wings were just fried chicken wings which stated in the fryer longer than it should have. The one downside of Joy Love is their pricing. For two combos, I spent almost $34, not including tip. I don't let price point affect my reviews because it's all about the taste. Great job Joy Love! Will be back to explore more of the menu in near future. read more

The burger itself wasn't bad at all, waffle fries were good and the person and the counter was pleasant and friendly. The composition of the burger (placing the lettuce, pickles and tomato below the patty) made the whole burger a soggy mess by the time I got halfway through it, a bit disappointed with that but it is what it is. As a side note, one of the ladies working in the kitchen (who also delivered our food) apparently thinks her face mask is actually a chin strap. I've visited joy love twice now. The one in Katy and the one off of I10. On both occasions it's been great food. The hand burgers and other sandwiches are huge! The burger was fresh and tasty. The second time I visited I had the fish sandwich. It was even more delicious than the burger. The fries are well seasoned and the onion rings are spectacular. Had the cheeseburger. The bun is excellent, and pretty big. The burger itself had little flavor, which just emphasized charred taste of the thin overcooked patty. I did appreciate they have Valentina on the table, which you don't see often outside of Mexican restaurants, but neither that nor ketchup was enough to save this burger. I drove 28 mins away from my home for PURE disappointment. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger combo which is overpriced at $16. My bacon was too crispy, the cheese used is low quality, I had about 10 pickles (way too many in my opinion) . I asked for Mayo and mustard but never would of thought they would mix the two together and spread it on the top & bottom buns. I could taste the condiments more than the meat! This place is great. This restaurant offers a wide variety of foods. I tried their cheeseburger, fish sandwich, fries, and hot wings Cheeseburger: it comes with half pound of black Angus beef pattie. It's so huge!!! The bun is so soft and melts in your mouth!! If you are the type that cares about bun with burgers, you will like it. Also,they are very fresh as they are made to order! Tried the fish Cajun style some of the best fish around. The dessert options were great.Tried the funnel cake fries very satisfying and worth ordering them. Menu options were plenty covering a variety of taste buds and cravings. The only downside, for me, was Pepsi options not a Pepsi person. But in the upside there were tea and lemonade options.
