She feels I should convert to the method she provides and give all my hair needs to her exclusively. After leaving her salon yesterday ( root color) she sent me a text saying that she was "restructuring" her business to only service full exclusivity clients and suggested I go elsewhere for color. She's moved locations at least 6-7 times due to Management/ Co worker issues (hostile work environment) and I've remained loyal through it all. I feel it was un professional and disrespectful that she sent a text after I left the salon instead of having a face to face conversation while I was there. Expecting a client to change methods in order to retain services is NOT GOOD BUSINESS. The client is the one spending their money . She stated in her text that "she was in business for herself" not a favorable attitude for the client . The salon doesn't have a from desk receptionist. The first person you see when you walk in is an unfriendly make up artist that appears to not like her job. It's not a classy, inviting vibe upon arrival. Hair maintenance is expensive and prefer someone that values their clients and the money they spend. Not a stylist with entitlement issues. #ClientBeWare

My friend goes to Amanda so that is how I found her. This salon is very nice and clean esp. the bathrooms. Their bathroom (female) is nice & cozy. Has a few decorations in it to make you feel like your @ home. Amanda has her own private room so I'm never near other customers when getting my hair done. She does share a sink washing stations with other workers but right now they have plastic dividers in between the chairs to help with COVID restrictions. I've always gone here later in the day when most people are already home & not working. There is a front desk that I'm guessing sometimes has someone who sits here as they have some soda & snacks they sell behind the counter. This place is close to home for me so it doesn't take long to get here & its right by GVR casino. There are two entrances into this salon. One in the back & one in the front & its around other medical buildings. I got a little confused when first trying to find the location. GPS brought me to the back entrance where the sign on their door was hard to see from the parking lot but I was able to go in this way. Besides hair & nails I'm not sure what other services are offered in here.

Ever been there, it's just awful feeling to have. When I happened upon an understanding customer of Alis, I thought hope is on the horizon by offering a different perspective so the feeling of going in circles might soon stop. I also thought perhaps she can provide more clarity and put me on a better path than driving myself crazy with all products that either dried out my hair, were too natural, had this or that in it that I was allergic to or what have you and my mind was blogged at best, I literally didn't know where to turn; enter I needed a miracle. I called Alis, left a message and within 30-minutes she called me back-- yay, I thought. She was available that same afternoon and I thought to myself this is a calling from God and I jumped on the wagon and took the appointment. As I was driving to her location, I thought I would never of known that there was a salon here for at best I am familiar with the area and the office buildings as my doctor is in the same location, but a hair salon, who'd of thought. I entered the salon and stumbled with my words as someone does in the movies when they are being saved. I talked to Cheree, the owner, and she said, you must be so and so and got Alis for me. Let me tell you, Alis is the most understanding, patient, and willing to listen person you will ever meet, hands down. As of today, we are still on the journey to finding a leave-in conditioner that doesn't eradicate my scalp and/or dry out my hair and a curl cream that is moisturizing to boot, but with her help and us deciphering what works and what doesn't I feel that eventually I will get there and then all will be "right" in the world again. In the meantime, I am SO thankful that I found Alis with Gods help and one of her customers in Target of all places that very day 4-weeks ago. I learned to not cover up the past of what got me to Alis with endless and countless hours of researching product ingredients and comparing products to other products to see what would work, etc., which was beyond exhausting but instead I chalked it up as a learning experience to do better moving forward with a more opened mind than I had. I learned just because a product is expensive doesn't mean it works any better than a product that is less expensive and just because it says all natural and clean doesn't mean its any better for your hair type. All in all, if you are in the same situation as me call Alis and see for yourself, I know you won't be disappointed but thankful that you did. God Bless!

Turned it into orange from a beautiful blonde then put a bunch of bleach after I told her not to use bleach, after she poured two different colors on it to hide it, I went back to her twice in hopes she'll fix her mistake and she kept lying and promising she can do it, almost $800 later I was left with a complete disaster. My friends didn't recognize me, my family members were in shock!!! I finally had to tell her that I can't continue going back and she became very rude! Brandi is super, super friendly and very skilled in what she does. She'll be honest about how things look instead of just agreeing to whatever, which I 110% appreciate. I showed her a couple of pictures I found and, although they were pathetically small, she understood what I wanted and improved on it! I loved my hair - it was also a great bonus that she thinned it out for the hot summer months. My hair is THICK. My second visit was a bit more drastic. I've been fiending for a color in my hair for quite some time - box red wasn't cutting it anymore. I waited a couple of months after my box dye and sprang right in here on a Saturday. Greeted as soon as I walked in and even though I did not receive the confirmation for the online appointment I booked, they had me scheduled, took me early and I added in a manicure for my 8yo. This was a Friday around 6:30pm. I got the Express regular predicure and a gel manicure. Overall service was fast and I was satisfied. I appreciated the extra steps the nail tech took to match the color I picked. Initially it looked totally different from the nail sample when she opened the bottle so she double checked with me and found a better color. It's those little details that will make me return and they were very sweet with my 8yo. Pricing is comparable to other nail places and they do everything.
