I can't speak highly enough about Joel Wardour, and his crew who worked on our AC (Ricardo, Jesus, Mario, Eric & Diego). After already speaking with 2 other highly recommended HVAC companies (1 of them extremely popular in our area), who both told me I "needed a new unit", Joel was the 3rd company I spoke with, because our friends also used him and gave us a glowing review. Joel could've easily sold me a bill of goods by replacing my unit, which wasn't even the problem. After coming over to do a thorough inspection, he told me it was a ducting issue, not an AC unit issue. Funniest part is, the other well-known company didn't even take the time to inspect my attic/ducting. Immediately, you could tell that Joel was a pro, and knew what he was doing. I normally don't leave any comments on services, but this company deserves it. Last night our a/c stop working and mid-august the weather is not nice. Called Wardour first thing Saturday morning, no answer, even though it showed hours 0830-1200. Tried to call a few times cuz I really needed the a/c to keep us comfortable. No one answered nor did I leave a message thinking whom to call now because I could not wait till Monday morning. We moved to a new home this year and had to completely redo our Heating system and needed to install A/C for the entire house. It was a massive and complex project due to the age and layout of our home. Joel Wardour was recommended by a family friend. We received many estimates and ideas of what to do but Joel's ideas and estimates were by far the most comprehensive and reasonable. Joel was honest, precise, and very knowledgeable about all of the systems available and what would truly work best for our home. I am very impressed by these guys. I was on vacation when my staff at my local business sent me pictures of ceiling tiles getting huge water spots from something backed up in the HVAC roof unit. Joel was one of the few guys to respond in a reasonable amount of time. He sent a guy to work on it on Saturday, and he arrived earlier than expected, before the heat of the day so we were very thankful! Unfortunately his work didn't cure it all, a day later we saw a little more water coming out which needed a second visit for a clog further down the line from the unit. Wardour installed my system nine years ago. Been great up until recently when the blower motor went out. The motor was out of warranty and hard to find.
