Have only been here twice so far and will probably be back but both times service was extremely slow and the 2nd time we visited soupy for the salad bar but when we were ordering we were told it broke that day, ugh wish we knew before we sat down. The 2nd time was at 7pm it was not busy, the big party was already served and eating but it took 35 mins just for our appetizer and our food took over an hour. We were told it was because of the gf pasta but that is still a long time for pasta. Like I said we will try again but will probably ask ahead if the salad bar is available and will not go when we are wanting a quick meal. read more

This place was good and the value hard to touch. They've got an excellent salad and soup bar you can add to any dinner for 6 dollars! I filled up on that and took an entire meal home for another day. Orders to go on New Years Eve. No idea what to expect. Have never eaten here before. Ordered cheese stuffed peppers. Unbelievably tasty and rich with cheese. Was not what I was expecting. Much better! The sauce was delicious, far better than I've had in many other places. Ordered chicken francaise. Portion size was very generous. Creamy lemony sauce was really good. Came with a salad with very nice homemade Italian and a side of spaghetti with more of that great sauce and a very large portion for a side. I got the Jocko's Special very , nice toast on the roll ,a fair amount of Ham, salami, capicola, and Italian sausage I added provolone cheese! It was warm and delicious! First time dinner here and the service is very nice. The spaghetti was very good. Meat based sauce was not to thin and spaghetti was not over cooked. Just ordered side with a meatball that was very tasty and soft. Pizza was some of the best I had in cheektowaga. Great cook on the bottom with ample sauce and cooked till crunchy on the bottom and noticed that the pepperoni was sliced by hand. You can see that on one of the slices. It was also nice to see the owner expediting the food from the front of the line giving a personal touch to the service. Will come again. read more

It's been awhile since I've bad pizza from here, in fact it was still called Tony's the last time I did. I remember not loving it but I don't know if something changed with the sauce because I ordered two slices to go and it was some of the best pizza I've had in a long time. It is on the thinner side, not too doughy, the crust is crisp, plenty of cheese and pepperoni and the sauce was very well flavored. I will definitely be back for more pizza read more

My Husband and I ate here for the first time last Sunday. We decided on Lasagna and added the salad bar. The salad bar was fresh with alot of choices. The Lasagna was piping hot, delicious! Our server, Carrie, an absolute gem! So genuinely nice that you felt like you knew her forever. It's rare to receive service like that anymore, anywhere. We witnessed her helping an elderly man stand up from his chair while we were eating. We hope the owner recognizes what an asset she is to the buisness!! We will definitely be back! read more

The server was good, but the fish fry.... not the best. Just my husband and I had a breaded fish fry and iced tea. $50 We won't be doing that again. The food was "ok" the breading didn't stay on the fish making it hard to eat. I've had their Italian dishes and they are good, but the prices are so high most families won't be eating there much. When it was Tony's we went there once a week. I know times/prices have risen everywhere but for me, I can buy a lot of groceries for $50. We couldn't figure out the new way of paying there (on a machine) so ended up giving the waitress a $10.00 tip so it ended up a $60 dinner. It's a shame because it's good to get out for a meal now and then, but with these prices on SS it will have to stop. read more

This use to be Tony's Pizza and Pasta. Jocko's is pretty much the same. In fact, I doubt it's a different owner at all as the interior is exactly the same, as is the menu. In fact, the interior really needs updating; some of the seating is falling apart. Our server was very friendly and the wait time as reasonable. My sister ordered Habanero BBQ chicken fingers and she enjoyed them. The type of fries (steak) were not the kind she liked, so she didn't eat many of them. My mother ordered the "light eaters" meal which consisted of a good size salad, spaghetti with a meatball and then an ice cream sundae. What's light about that??!! The salad looked fine - but boring. There were a few pieces of tomato, slices of onion and chick peas (which my Mother tossed on my salad). The dressing was underserved in cups, so she had to request more. She enjoyed all of her meal, but could not eat all of the spaghetti (and told it home). She specifically said that she liked the sauce. I ordered the Lasagna (which on a Saturday is $15 instead of $18). My order had salad as well, and I left most of it because it was too boring. The lasagna was portioned well enough, and looked appetizing. The sauce was thick and flavorful, but actually not enough of it. The noodles were VERY al dente and the layers were dry, thus wanting more sauce. The beef was well seasoned - so overall, this was a good piece of lasagna, but not a great one. As a side note, the lasagna and spaghetti should have been served with bread. It's an OK place to go, and has a large variety of menu items to choose from. read more

We just enjoyed a fantastic meal at Jocko's. The mood was set right as we walked in. We were greeted by Kerry who was warm and welcoming! Kerry was very engaging and gave us the feeling like we were old friends. The food was fantastic. Kerry shared the special with us and my husband ordered it. The lasagna was delicious. Kerry was very attentive and had some time to chat with us about a local farmers market. Kerry is a wonderful person. It was nice that she shared some details of her world, and we did the same. Went for lunch today as per Facebook page for 1/2 wings ! We ordered and ate waited longer than expected they were not busy wings came warm not hot like u would think for the time waiting we were charged the 1 to spilt wing sauces (did not mind ) it was clear on the menu we would get charged ! Bill comes it's $32 and some change for 20 wings and up charge for spit sauce . When the waitress comes back I point it out to her no sorry nothing ,takes the bill to fix it brings it back now the bill is 18.90 we actually were now charged $2.50 for blue cheese and celery ! This was not a charge on the first bill ? Says nothing on the Facebook page about the charge !! I would not have even cared but this is false advertising ! I was going to take it out of the tip I was mad no sorry nothing just a new bill with additional charge she did not even come back and refill the drinks !
