I reached out to Jody to see about having a windshield replacement for our RAV4. We had checked most places online and they were charging nearly $400 for a new windshield so when we saw she may be able to fix the crack, she advised us to bring it in for them to look at it. I called as soon as they opened at 9am on a Friday and was able to schedule an 11am appointment for the same day. Glad I found Jody! I was prepared to replace my windshield after it was cracked. Don't believe it when you read cracks are not repairable if they are too large. I watched the line grow...only to learn repairs are possible and leave your factory sealed windshield in place! Saved money- less than $100 and will pass inspection. If you plan to pay by card note there is a $3 charge to cover fees. This is a small business so it's nice to see they don't raise rates on everyone to cover them. Make an appointment via phone and get the damage fixed before it spreads!! They are not mobile but this feature saves you money and enables Them to see more customers so prices stay low. read more

Go to Jody!! A had a huge crack in my windshield caused by a rock. The car dealership told me I'd fail inspection and need to replace my windshield. They told me to call safelight. I called safelight and they said it would be over $900. Upset, I scrolled other places online. I came across Jody and gave her a call. Top notch experience! I'm pretty detail-oriented and don't accept laissez-faire work. I had a 3/8" to 1/2" stone bullseye on my windshield. The damage had not yet started to spiderweb/further crack. Its location was blocked by the rear view mirror when viewed from the driver's seat. Given the complexity of the electronics in my foreign vehicle's mirror and location, I opted to attempt a repair before replacement. Glad I found Jody and Dale! Such a great and welcoming experience from a husband and wife team. Jody did the admin and chit chat while Dale meticulously made the repair. His work included placing a protective mat on the hood, ensuring I was happy with the repair, and gently wiping everything down to include a portion of the hood with a lint-free cloth when complete. Top notch and highly recommend! An excellent value versus paying for a new windshield and the hassle of scheduling and making time for that complex maintenance. Under $100 and 30 minutes. Came in with a small crack that went in multiple directions, in the bottom passenger corner of my windshield. Progressive wanted me to go to safelite and get a full replacement windshield for $430+, they would not pay a dime. Jody was able speak to progressive for me, get them to pay part of the cost of repair, and I only ended up with $30 out of pocket. A HUGE deal with a new baby on the way in 9 weeks! I had roughly a 7" crack coming out of work and it doubled in size by the time I got home. I was told that I would need to have my whole windshield replaced which would have run me about $470. Received same day service from the team of Jody and Dale. Safelite told me that I had to replace the windshield and pay a $500 deductible as quoted by my insurance company. My crack was a little bigger than a dollar so Safelite said they won't fix it but could replace the windshield. I am glad that I found Jody's Windshield on Yelp. They were able to repair my crack and guarantee that it will pass state inspection. Jody even entertained me by asking me what song what I wanted to hear then played it for me on her IPAD. After a trip to Dc this past weekend this morning I noticed a crack forming on my windshield. This was my first experience with this ever. At around 5pm I started looking on yelp and noticed this Bussiness. I was skeptical of a Bussiness run out of a home for such a thing. I called my insurance. Got the story that my windshield needed to be replaced and that it would cost 300$. Decided to call Jody, she was very friendly told it like it was and I decided to stop by. I arrived. Met some other customers all with the same issues and Dale her husband working on cars. They made me feel comfortable you could tell they knew what they were doing and for 20$ my windshield crack is gone and it only took about 45 min wait due to other customers. I arrived at work the other day and noticed a 5 inch crack in my windshield. I looked online for windshield repairs/replacement (never had to fix one before) close to me. I have nothing bad to say about my experience! This homegrown couple is amazing! I was in and out in about 35 mins. They were so friendly and so amazing! Don't be alarmed when you pull up to a private residence (I was a little alarmed and thought I was in the wrong place). I was immediately greeted and it was nonstop chatting and love from that moment! Their dog Luckily (hope I spelled that right) decided I was her new best friend and immediately took a spot on my lap! While your work is being done, you can watch TV, sit and chat with Jody, or peruse the most amazing collectibles. She says it's her history. I say, WOW! It's really cool to see the old toys, etc. Nostalgic! I have to say that I have been talking them up nonstop since I left! My crack in my windshield was from top to bottom. It is barely noticeable now... I think I can only see if because I knew it was there! The huge crater of a rock chip is no longer there and you can't tell it even existed! Plenty of other companies were going to charge me $330 or more to replace my windshield. Jody and her husband fixed my windshield for $70 and it passed inspection.
