Is it a soft opening still ? The sign said they have a grand open on 4/24 so maybe they are still training My first time ever having it and I got a spicy tunacado and spicy Caesar to share and taste. Spicy tunacado - delish 9/10. They crispy bread is so so good ! Spicy Caesar - definitely a pass and do not recommend. It's not a Caesar at all and kind of weird deconstructed with turkey bacon and no flavor. 1/10 bc the bread is good. I wanted to get points but the cashier said they couldn't print. For $45 I wanted points on my app. Anyway I would come back to try the drinks and get the tunacado again.

This place just opened recently, and they have Coffee, Juices, Sandwiches. Honestly, that's all I need in life. It's Good Friday today, and I saw thet had a Spicy Tuna Sandwich on the menu, so I decided to give it a try. And it was so good. It included tomatoes & jalapeños in panini style bread. The Iced Latte was also very good, and you could tell they use Good Coffee Beans. The place was super clean, and there was seating inside, but lots of outside seating also. Staff was also Super Friendly coming and leaving. The young lady was kind enough to give me recommendations from the menu.

I'm so happy they finally opened on in Orange County! I've been to a couple ones in San Francisco and I love it. The one in Costa Mesa is just as good. The service was spectacular. Jamie was so friendly and helpful! The decor is just as cute as I remembered and the spicy tuna salad as amazing and the matcha was delicious. Highly recommend

Quick, clean, small but everything is delicious. I came in for trust your gut and some overnight oats. So happy they opened up here. 17th Costa Mesa has it always up and coming! Service was excellent.

Love their sandwiches. My favorite is the tunacado. Crispy bread. Packaging is so cool they even have a napkin inside the packaging. The cardamom latte is also my favorite. I also got the trust your gut shake, which tasted so great. Not too sweet, just right. I also tried the muscle up with Jay Shetty and that also tasted good. You can't go wrong with what you choose. The Costa Mesa location is newer and I love the vibe in there. Good size space. Small parking our front but there's also parking in back. Everyone was so friendly when we went. They introduced themselves and came and talked to us at our table. Great place to go for healthy food and good people.

Delicious! I was saddened to see Nekter gone from this spot but this place has more healthy variety and same and some better tasting juices.

Tunacado Sandwich Iced Vanilla Matcha Oat Latte & Grand Opening Merch

I came in for the grand opening & had such a great experience! All of the ladies working there were super sweet, welcoming, & really helpful. It was my first time at Joe & The Juice, & when I mentioned that, one of the employees was more than happy to share her thoughts on the items I was considering. Out of the three food items I picked, she immediately recommended the Tunacado sandwich. I'll be honest, I was skeptical. I don't usually like tuna, & I feel like hyped-up menu items don't always live up to expectations, but this one completely surprised me! The bread was perfectly crunchy, & the tuna (made with dill) tasted super fresh & light, not overly fishy at all. It was actually really refreshing, & I ended up loving it. Since I came for the grand opening, I also scored a free hat & a free matcha drink, which was such a fun bonus. No complaints here! It was also interesting to see the space again! It used to be a Nektar Juice Bar, & it still has a bit of that same layout (even after that car crashed into the front window back in the day lol). The store was very clean, & the branding is super cute & modern. Overall, such an amazing experience. I'll definitely be back for that Tunacado sandwich!

At the Costa Mesa location, parking was a little tricky at first, but after circling we got lucky with a corner spot. The location itself is SO cute! It's right next to colorful barrel fountains, and on a sunny day it honestly felt like the perfect coffee outing. The line was pretty long and you are standing in direct sun, so just keep that in mind, but the service was quick and efficient once you order. Inside, it's small but really charming, with Sunny Angels hidden around and a very open, friendly vibe. My sister (who is basically a professional coffee drinker at this point ) got the matcha and said it was her favorite, which says a lot. I got the iced Spanish latte with oat milk, and it was SO good. Spanish lattes are my go-to, and this one had the perfect hint of cinnamon without being overly sweet. Even as the ice melted, it still tasted great, which is rare. The Torrance location was just as good! Parking was easier, the space is bigger, and the service was still super friendly and fast. My husband got the cold brew "Nook way" and finished it in like 10 minutes. He said it tasted like Golden Grahams cereal. Highly recommend both locations and especially the Spanish latte. Definitely worth the visit!

The parking however, was VERY filled during this time. The line was huge for a 11:00am on a Friday morning. We were bummed that the QR code was not working on the very cute wooden signage outside the coffee shop while we were in line, which was a bummer. The Honey Oat Latte with oat milk was delicious. I am notorious for chugging my iced coffee but this was absolutely delicious. A sweet, subtle honey sweetness taste and the creamy oat milk was divine. My manager's Spanish Latte was so much better & I will be getting that next time! We bought our other coworker the Strawberry Matcha, which we did not try & we were worried after the fact because it did not look like it had strawberries in it, but she confirmed it was very tasty and tasted the strawberry! The outside seating areas in this outdoor area was very cute. Lots of fun art, the directory was creative, the CD tunnel was the coolest part! We also walked over to the breakfast burrito place as well. This seems like a nice area to come and relax and just people watch and enjoy a delicious iced latte from Nook.

The bathrooms are also exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which always makes a long study session much more comfortable. My only real complaint was the wait time and communication. I ordered a drink and went to sit outside to get some work done. After it took quite a while for my order to come out, a staff member finally came outside to inform me that they had actually run out of yuzu. It felt a little disorganized and off that it took so long just to realize they were out of an ingredient. Despite the awkward ordering delay, the overall environment is excellent. It's a great, clean space to be productive, and I'd definitely give it another chance.

Despite being relatively close to two major colleges - OCC and UCI - this place wasn't as crowded as you'd imagine it would be. They serve coffee, matcha, breakfast foods like breakfast burritos, protein bowls, avocado toasts - but I didn't pick anything to eat since I already had lunch. I shared with the barista that it was my first time here, and he asked what type of drink I was looking for. I told him something iced and caffeinated - and he mentioned his favorite was the Honey Cinnamon Latte - which I opted for - iced, with oat milk. Total was $8.50 including tip. My iced Honey Cinnamon Latte was yummy, creamy, and fantastic! With the oat milk substitute, it sorta tasted like Cinnamon Toast Crunch in liquid coffee form. It wasn't overly sweet, definitely had a nice kick to it - love this recommendation by the barista! I checked out the rest of the space and used their restroom to wash my hands - it's really a neat space here. Lots of seating. Lots of space. There's an adjacent room that's connected to the cafe called "Flow Space" - which is utilized for small popups and arts & crafts. Neat spot for smaller community members to showcase their wares. Some of the other reviews mentioned no a/c - which had me worried considering we were having a bit of a heatwave lately - but to my pleasant surprise, A/C was on and cold! It was a great escape from the heat. Free wifi - fast enough for a zoom call if you need to hop into one - my speedtest reported download speeds of 17.5MB/s Restroom is clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking - of course, I stopped by a little after 2pm, so already avoiding the tail end of the lunch rush. Only downside is they close kinda early - 4pm - but open up at 7am. Great spot! Will probably be my go-to considering there's ample workspace, plenty of parking, less crowded than other coffee spots in the immediate area. I'm curious to try their matcha the next time I'm here, as well as possibly their breakfast burritos, since photos for that looks delicious.

Those straws weren't individually wrapped, so it grossed me out when the barista handed one to me with her bare hands. It's a cute shop with minimalist, modern vibes. Barely any parking there, so we parked a block away and walked over to its little nook.
