I previously have had several plumbers out over the past years, and after a couple months my kitchen drain would always clog again. Juan got to the root of the problem that the others didn't. The following week Chris and his partner came out and replaced the entire water main to the house and descaled my tankless water heater. They did an amazing job in just one day and once they finished they were very thorough cleaning up making my house looking like no one had done anything. He came the same day I called and let us know that our water heater was still under warranty and suggested calling the manufacturer (Rheem) to request the parts he told us we needed. Just got off the phone with Rheem and they are shipping the parts for free! Chris could have easily told us that we needed a brand new water heater and sold us a new one, plus installation. Instead, he was honest, let us know which parts were needed and let us know that our water heater was still under warranty. Honesty is hard to come by these days. Would definitely recommend calling Chris the Plumber for any plumbing needs!

They worked with our schedule to get started and kept in contact with us. All work was finished in a day. The patch work was not part of the contract but set us up with one to get the patch work complete. My only recommendation for future would be to remind customers it is not included so that the patch work can be scheduled ahead to happen shortly after work is complete. Although, the patchwork was only a few days after. We just covered up the outside holes until someone came. Noted a couple of issues that popped up shortly after work was done, but they came back and fixed it right up. Overall, a pleasant experience, good value, and would recommend them.
