His crew Martin and Michael showed up at 0800 were done and cleaned up by 1100 , they were very upfront did a great job . It was better to go through the stucco than the granite counter's and custom cabinets on the inside . They replaced the kitchen drain in the wall , and snaked all the sewer lines including the mainline to the street . Highly recommend these guys and they are a licensed company . read more

Farmer's Plumbing & Drain is the BEST. Andy's team found a pool of water under our home and Andy referred us to Restoration 1 of Orange County. Within a two-week period, the pool of water was absorbed (by Restoration 1), the broken waste pipe from washer was found and replaced and a double clean out was installed to help with the easy clean out of the main sewer of home. Andy was involved with the whole process along with Mike and Micheal. We were charged accordingly. We would recommend Andy at anytime. read more

Service was relatively quick and the tech was the cherry on top due to his respectful manner and great service. We did end up paying a lot more than originally quoted, but the service was great and our main line was pretty backed up (we moved in a month ago and it hadn't been too taken care of by the previous owners) so it's understandable. Friendly, polite and honest. I called them late at night for an apparent emergency, as my toilet was leaking and my significant other is going through chemotherapy. Andy, the proprietor, showed up within an hour of me calling and determined that the work could be postponed until morning, forgoing the overtime rate. Had them come out primarily to fix a leaky faucet and change a couple of valves. They gave me a quote beforehand and when the job was done I paid them. Upon testing the faucet I noticed it was almost impossible to open, and only a trickle of water was coming out plus it was still leaking. I had to leave the house for another appointment and so decided to call Andy, the owner later. He was apologetic and promised to talk to his techs and get back to me which he never did. I texted him 2 more times and was completely ignored. I subsequently hired someone else who put in a brand new faucet. They should have told me it was beyond repair and not charged me the full amount. I felt totally ripped off. Even more so because they came highly recommended. read more

Andy was responsive and came the next day to give us an estimate on our various projects. I was anxious to get started, so the time between that visit and getting the actual estimate was a few days longer than I had hoped, but I completely understand that under pandemic circumstances some things just take a little more time. Once the two very friendly techs came to tackle the projects they were great. Wore masks, kept everything clean, were very communicative about the work needing to be done -- and mega bonus: the cost ended up being under the original estimated amount. Until a week ago I would have rated 5* as I have used Farmer's three time in the past. Never again! "Take my money and run no follow up" I needed two drains in my bathroom unclogged Two men showed up on time and took care of the problem I asked they look at my leaky faucet . When turned on under the sink there was a little leak; I put a towel under while using the shut off again. One of the men took apart the faucet and said he did not have the part on the truck He would return with the part AND charge a service fee again. But the owner, Andy, would call me later to negotiate a lower fee. That was a week and a half ago. (I have had other service people at my home ( appliance, TV etc) and they never charge a return fee if they do not have the part with them Now a week and a half later no call I called them and left a message, Still not reply And the plumber broke the faucet that was leaking and I cannot use it. read more

They failed to provide pictures of upgrades and layout needed for homeowner requirements. I wanted to make sure everything was fixed and I found another piped leaked. Honest and Trustworthy! Farmer's Plumbing is an honest and trustworthy company. My husband reached out to Farmer's Plumbing for a second opinion after we felt we were being overcharged by Rooter Hero Plumbing. Turns out, Farmer's Plumbing saved us from being bamboozled $14,000 for a job that should have only been $77. Rooter Hero Plumbing was not only overcharging us for a job we didn't need, but their unethical tactics almost cost us big time by claiming we had a collapsed sewer line, which we did not have!!! Andy from Farmer's Plumbing used his snake camera and noticed a ball of what appeared to be masking tape. He showed me the image and I noticed the tape was not soaked or soggy. It moved very easily through the sewer pipe. It also had a number that was very visible through the camera that read 2093EL which after researching on the internet figured out that this was a common masking tape used in construction jobs. Andy was able to push the ball easily through the sewer pipes as it just rolled through the sewer line with no problem. Once he did that, he showed me that there was NO EVIDENCE OF A COLLAPSED SEWER PIPE on his camera! He showed me by going through the pipes with the camera several times. UNBELIEVABLE!! Andy completed the job by removing the toilet clog, a new wax ring, and re-installing our toilet. I can for sure say that we will be lifetime customers of Andy Farmer and Farmer's Plumbing! I would 100% recommend Farmer's Plumbing to anyone who wants an honest and trustworthy plumbing company!! read more

Andy and his helper helped me to replace an existing faucet that has been in place for over 10 years. They quoted me a flat fee to do the job. It turned out that the faucet was so rusted in place that they could not unscrew it out, they had to use the electric saw to cut it out. It took the two of them a lot of time and effort to get it out and install the new faucet. At the end, they didn't ask for more money and honored their commitment. I was having a new dishwasher installed and needed a new compression valve put on under the sink before that could happen. I didn't realize this was needed until the night before the dishwasher was due to arrive so I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a plumber in time. I sent out several messages via Yelp late at night and Andy responded very quickly, with an estimate, and told me what time he could come and what I needed to do to book him. I was so pleased he was not only available but such a great communicator. He showed up the next morning on time and was super friendly.
