The BEST, and I mean THE BEST Chicken and Waffles I ever had, EVER! Keep In mind I lived in Atlanta, Houston and traveled to 30 of 50 states. Iv had Chicken and waffles at ALL the places that people and critics have suggested. The chicken and breading has its own separate awesome flavor, the waffles had its own unique awesome flavor, the maple syrup had its own separate and awesome flavor. Perfectly cooked. I can only imagine how better it would be if I didn't order it at 3 PM when they close. Plus I called up to order and showed up 40 mins later. I will eat here atleast once a week. Love this new breakfast/lunch spot where spring street cafe used to be. Ate there 2 times in two days by coincidence and really loved it! Met Joe, the owner who is friendly and personable. Servers are all pretty on top of it and the atmosphere is pleasant. I like eating at the high tops but they also have traditional table. Tons of parking which is always good in WR! The city hasn't approved their signage yet so it can be easy to miss, I hope they get their permits soon because I wish them much success! Worth checking out! (Food to go as well) read more

Hands down, one of the yummiest brunch spots around. It was the first time I went with my husband and everyone was so nice and welcoming. Since it was Easter Sunday, they had freshly made chocolate chip cookies as you waited in line. Those cookies were so yummy I'm still dreaming about it. Friendly staff but aweful food. Burger didn't have much flavor and the fries are plain as hell. Ordered the 320 burger and the patty was thin and flavorless, the fries looked like they cut up the potato and just tossed it in the frier and didn't bother to season them after. read more

Joe's 320 is such a wonderful treat. This is such a great spot if you want to have a leisurely breakfast or lunch. The presentation matches any five star hotel in Boston. The blending of flavors demonstrates the true creativity of the chef. Try the corned beef Benny's (eggs Benedict), you most definitely will not be disappointed. The grilled chicken was also teaming with flavor. All of the salads are delightful. Bring your appetite as the portions are plentiful (enough to take some home). Food is not great. Waited way to long for a simple corned beef hash (hour and half). The servers unexperienced. They don't know if refills were free or not (not that I asked or cared). They need to get another chef the fact there is only one is ridiculous!! Also noticed everyone was becoming impatient for the wait. Which is understandable. Please note, this review is for service (or lack thereof) only as we did not try the food. We finally were going to give this place a try after hearing from a few friends. We arrived around 10:30am on a Saturday. The restaurant was about half full and there were two young ladies working the front. We were never acknowledged as they past by us numerous times and dealt with checks and coffee for other patrons. After about 10 min with no to little contact or willingness to seat us, we felt given the initial service it was not likely to get better so we decided to leave. I am hopeful it was a isolated incident otherwise more people will have the same experience. read more

Okay I had seen a couple of posts that a new restaurant was opening up so I decided to give it a try. I went for Breakfast on a Sunday Morning. The place was steady and I was promptly seated and the waitress brought over a menu and asked me if I wanted a beverage. Coffee was the choice and was served in a carafe and I was also asked if I would prefer cream or milk. There was a nice selection of prepackaged sweeteners on the table. I ordered a cheese omelette and was given an option for cheese selection. choices were goat cheese, feta cheese, and cheddar. I choose the cheddar and it came from home fries and sour dough toast. Food arrived piping hot right out of the oven. I had gotten 2 good sized cups of coffee out of my carafe and was still asked if I wanted a refill. I ate everything and was on my way. Service A plus Food A minus and the only reason for that is the the home fries had shredded onions and I am not a huge fan but I ate around them. A definite welcome addition to the West Roxbury Breakfast and Lunch Circuit. For right now I guess the hours are Tuesday to Sunday 6am to 230pm and I think that will be expanding in the future. read more

Bagel was pretty good- but we waited 20 minutes for them to toast it when there was no one else in the place. And after waiting all of that time, we find out they didn't even put the cream cheese on the bagel, just threw it in the bag with the toasted bagel. After breakfast today, this will be our go-to place for upscale diner meals. I ordered the corn beef hash omelette and my partner ordered the cinnamon swirl brioche french toast. The portions were more than generous and the quality of the food was superlative. Service was attentive and friendly; our coffee cups were constantly replenished (and the coffee was excellent). There were a number of nice touches: cloth napkins and ice water on a hot day, to name a couple. While we'll definitely be back for breakfast, we're also looking forward to trying the lunch menu. read more

I was a big fan of the establishment that previously occupied this address. When old friends suggested we meet there this morning, I was "in". How lucky are we that this place is even better than the old place? I ordered the two eggs, Canadian bacon, home fries and toast. It arrived prepared just as I'd requested, everything well done.
