No attitude at all when I asked them to go over a couple of areas. They finished cleaning a 2 bedroom/2 bath, kitchen, family room, all the appliances in 2.5 hours. I have a 1,044-square-foot apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two cleaning ladies did an excellent job restoring both bathrooms and cleaning the refrigerator. They made them look almost brand new, and I was genuinely impressed with their work in those areas. The reason I'm giving three stars is that I originally booked three hours of deep cleaning, but the job ended up taking a total of six hours. Since the service time doubled, I expected the entire apartment to be thoroughly and professionally cleaned. Unfortunately, some areas were missed, including the insides and lower exterior surfaces of the kitchen cabinets, the kitchen and living room walls and baseboards, and the front entry door. In addition, after walking around the apartment in clean socks, my socks turned black, suggesting that the floors were not mopped thoroughly. As a result, my husband and I spent another two hours cleaning the kitchen and living room ourselves. I contacted the manager and requested a refund equivalent to one hour of service. He agreed to refund 30 minutes, explaining that the bathrooms were exceptionally dirty and required much more time than expected. While I understand that the bathrooms took extra effort, I still believe that spending six hours cleaning a completely empty 1,044-square-foot apartment should have resulted in a more complete and professional deep cleaning. Overall, the team did outstanding work on the bathrooms, but the quality of the cleaning in the rest of the apartment did not meet my expectations.

I have a dog and they made sure to use pet friendly products that were still effective. I had honestly been reaching out for them to hear and acknowledge my concern regarding expectations around the deep clean service and how that was communicated. Again, cleaners were good.

Absolutely terrible! Missing jewelry and airpods after the cleaning. I requested a quote through yelp from several companies. Joese prices were competitive so I decided why not save couple bucks and hired them. I live in 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment by myself. They came at appointed time. Once I showed them what need to be done I left not to get in their way. I came home 2 hours later and paid them cash. After they left I decided to enjoy my day off and listen to some music but couldn't find my headphones anywhere. Mind you I live by myself! No roommates or anyone else except for them. I needed someone to help clean the house because my roommates are slobs and Joese and his wife cleaned it all up! We live in 3 bed, 2.5 bath and they cleaned it top to bottom and even a little of the outside patio area. He got caught in a little traffic, however, he stayed about 45 minutes extra for no additional cost. He was very kind and very considerate about everything in our house, offering to fix things that I didn't ask him to, and was careful whenever moving my or my roommate's personal belongings. Whenever I am about to leave a terse review, I want to just say that my experience is only one of…read moremany. Some people will have better, some will have worse. This is just what happened for me. We were just moving into a new location and needed a deep clean prior to the movers and other contractors. Anita from MaidsApp was one of the only companies to actually respond when I asked for details on the service. After talking with her for a few exchanges, I decided to go with them. The service was arranged over the phone, set for 3pm a few days later. On the day, we prepped the space for the cleaners and waited. 3pm came and went, so I called at 3:15pm and asked for an update. I was told politely that the cleaner (just one?) would be running a little late. I was told 5-10 minutes and she would arrive. At 3:45, still no show. I texted the number I had been provided and asked what was going on? If there were delays, why did I have to be constantly reaching out for information instead of a simple phone call to tell me what was going on? No response. At 3:59, I called to cancel the appointment. No one answered, so I left a message. I received a text at 4:07 apologizing again. They offered a small discount and said the cleaner would arrive in five minutes. Ten minutes later, I got a text from Iris saying she had arrived. Roughly an hour and a half after the scheduled time, our home "deep cleaning" began. Now I want to be clear, Iris did an admirable job. She was alone in a 3/2 to perform what had been described to me prior as a deep cleaning. What we ended up getting was...a good cursory cleaning. She did go extra on the fridge, and we appreciated that, but this should have been a two-person job. I don't hold anything against Iris for the state of things, but the overall job done to the house was not "deep." There was plenty of grime left in the kitchen, and some areas were basically untouched. I am sympathetic to the fact that we are living in difficult times right now, but the customer service provided was severely lacking. If a scheduled time is going to be missed, a simple phone call would have sufficed. They could have asked if 4pm would be better, and I wouldn't have minded at all. The lack of courtesy was frustrating. The level of cleanliness we had after a "deep clean" left a lot to be desired. I think whomever is dispatching needs to rethink sending a single person to do anything in-depth to a residence. Or just don't advertise a function that you are not prepared to meet. Again, Iris did her best and I hold nothing against her. Also, I am just one of many experiences, and your mileage may vary. I just don't think I'll be coming back this way for future cleanings.

I felt dust on my fingers. Edge of the drawers in the bathroom were not cleaned. I even showed the lady the toilet paper I used to wiped down the edges. Inside the kitchen cabinet I have some spices placed, they were not moved so I know at least that cabinet was not wiped down. Inside the closets was not wiped, drawers got dust. Shelf in the basement was still covered with dust, even though the lady told me she cleaned them. I showed her the dust. Even around the sink was still feeling filthy. She just wiped the counter and inside the sink but missed the edge of the sink. It still has water marks. When I told them they must clean the corners and wipe down the dust, they were standing there and waiting for me to find the dust. I feel like I was the one who need to tell them where to clean. Do I really have to minor monitor them? OK, I know everyone was tired and I really wanna let them go. But i am here to PAY to get a CLEAN house and I was PROMISED that it would be PERFECT?! I do appreciate they showed up on time and still tipped them for driving over. The moment they walked out that door, a spider dropped and just hanging out in front of my face to say hello. I looked up and saw loud and clear the resetting lights were full of spider webs. I was totally shocked! OK, I guess I just have to accept the fact that no one is perfect so there is no such a thing called PERFECT.
