So far,all is well until, I sit with Dr Kim. He's a perfectionist and to say the least very well knowledged in my treatment plan. Of course, the plan comes with a HEFTY price! I'm sure his award plaques and wall decor is 30 plus of recommendation and recognitions. I stopped counting,and was focused on his knowledge. He was friendly and offered a treatment plan for which I am thankful for. I haven't moved forward with any procedure because of the cost. I did leave a $1k deposit,as I would like to have him complete my intensive oral surgery. Again,so far great service and understood my pain in my mouth and my wallet. For now, I can only share this much,as I have not had any physical procedure scheduled. No sales calls or pressure from office which I like. Once I am ready,I will update. For now,I can recommend on cleanliness of office,nice staff and knowledgeable Dr. Kim. I was referred to this office by my dentist. They work well with your primary dentist,great communication. Waited 25 minutes with no acknowledgment from the receptionist or doctor. 2. I then asked the receptionist how much longer and she said maybe 5-10 minutes, umm...we do not have an open room. She did not sound truthful. 3. Her rationale was because I was early and that they don't normally have patient coming in early. Prior to my appointment, I received several text reminders which I confirmed via the link in the text. They should send appointment reminders to themselves! Dr. Kim was a referral from my dentist and it was a disappointment before it even started.

Dr. Braga's skills and expertise are top-notch. His ethical standards of care are impeccable. Over my three years of seeing him, I experienced two big gum graft surgeries with him. The surgeries were successful and with minimal pain. He called me afterwards each time to make sure recovery was okay. In the lead up to the surgeries, he explained all the pros and cons of various options to me. He happily answered questions and went above and beyond to educate me, the patient. For example, when explaining the choice between using cadaver tissue vs. my own, he brought out slides to show me the difference. He told me not just "do this" but gave probabilities and statistics. His style is 'show vs tell' and I appreciate that as a patient. It comes down to the fact that he loves his field, and he is a good person. You get the sense that he really loves his profession and solving problems for patients. Finally and just as important, the office's hygienist Carmela is outstanding. It was awful laying on the dental chair for a long period of time and listening to the drilling sound from the other rooms. They schedule patients at the office opening hour,10 am, but the dentist always arrives very late. There are new workers each time I come to this office. They are not experienced in taking x-rays, assisting the dentist and helping patients. Their inexperience makes me worry about cross- contamination. Dr. Nathan N was so busy to talk to his patients. My long time dental problems were recently fixed by another dentist. I hope there will be improvement at the office for patients to receive better treatment from Dr. Nathan N and his staff.
