I am one of those people that doesn't like to leave reviews, but this dealership deserves they…read morereview it gets. While this is a long review, if you're seriously considering buying a car from this dealership, please read to the end. I purchased a used car (5/25/2026) on the condition that the dealership would address the check engine light, the taillight that was out, and detail the vehicle (the car was sitting in the upstairs showroom, not prepped for sale and filthy). It wasn't ready until 5/29; however, while on its way to be delivered, the check engine light went on again -also, that day, sales guy, Skylar, informed me the lender wanted an additional $599 for down payment. I told Skylar I no longer wanted the vehicle because I realized I'd continue having issues and I wasn't going to pay more down. The owner, Rima, called, assured me I wouldn't have any major issues moving forward and that they'd write off the extra $599. I begrudgingly agreed to take the car against my better judgment, based on his assurances. Within a week, the taillight was out again... took half a week approximately to get Skylar to provide information about having it fixed. They sent me to their "sister" shop, who replaced the bulb. The following day, light was out again. That shop discovered the light assembly was damaged due to water intrusion and had to order a part (estimated three week ETA). On July 2nd, I took the vehicle in to an independent shop for a standard oil change since the dealership told me, after the fact (of the purchase) that they don't usually change oil on used vehicles prior to sale. Would've been great to know that in advance. During the oil change, the threads pulled out with the drain plug which, according to the shop manager, is caused by the last person to change the oil because of either cross threading or over torquing. Now I'm hit with a $752 bill to replace the entire oil pan (aftermarket part... had they used an original part, it would've cost over $1000). This is more than 10% of what I currently own on the vehicle. I made repeated attempts to reach Rima through both text and email on the 2nd. He finally reached out that night, just before 8pm. He asked that I take the car to the dealership to have their people "verify (my) concerns" and he was informed it couldn't be since it's undrivable. He asked what the symptoms were... I told him none because I was simply being proactive by engaging in basic maintenance. His response? "With no symptoms, this may be outside of our parameters to try to assist". I sent three more texts after, all went ignored. Rima, you are the owner. What do you mean it's outside your parameters to "try to assist"? After two unsuccessful attempts to have this situation rectified via email, and no direct response from Rima (as a reminder, he is the OWNER) (and only one text from his shop guy, Dennis, to tell me Rima wouldn't work with me), I filed complaints with both BBB and DCCA. This dealership and, more importantly, the owner, is shady as hell. Check out all the other reviews and come to your own conclusions. I'd strongly suggest looking for any other dealership if you're hoping to have a functional vehicle - keep in mind that I had the vehicle for a total of 1 month and 3 days before it became unusable. I made the mistake of not looking at the reviews prior to walking into this dealership. Don't be like me and save yourself unnecessary stress and headaches. For anyone else who has had issues with this dealership, feel free to reach out to me. It's time Rima be forced to face the consequences of fraudulent business practices.

Made an appointment with Mazda to have them remove the "aftermarket lug nuts" and replace with Mazda lug nuts, including to purchase the wheel lock package. She kept me abreast of what was needed to be done in regards to the lug nut replacements, gave me a quote as a heads up and was very efficient in calling me as soon as my vehicle was done! She went above and beyond to have my vehicle out as soon as possible for she knew I had another appointment to have my tires replaced. She made my first appointment there a very good lasting impression! Thank you Kristel for all your help, you are truly an exceptional employee! Keep up the great work! TL;DR - choose any other company!…read more Upon arrival, she. You go to rental transpo, the car rental shuttle driver will tell you, they have never heard of this company.... --- clue 1 your walk to the offsite shuttle will take you to "pre-arranged 4" and then to the center isle to wait for your shuttle. Which comes every 15-30 minutes. While you wait in the heat and humidity, you will be dreaming of an air conditioned shuttle. That will be dashed comely. As they pull up, in an unairconditioned van. ---- this is clue 2. In the van, the van drivers encourage conversations about politics! On vacation, with strangers. I wanted to throat punch my fellow passenger and driver by the end of the ride. It was already a long day, not, sweaty and uncomfortable physically and now this Bs? Let do something simple, like talk about the weather. And not open with are you republican or democrat....----- annoyed point 5 The sign by the driver. "Drivers only work for your tips, Venmo and Zelle accepted" ----- clue 3. A company that doesn't even pay its van drivers. Arrival to rental facilities. No ramp, not Ada compliant. Leave roller bags outside, as you go in to pick up your car...As a traveler, traveling along, this makes me feel total sketch. But, hey it's the local way. the lot is all gravel, so not easy to move those roller bags around. Inside, as you are away from your bags, and feeling vulnerable. You explain all the insurance you carry, yet none of them are "good enough". And the feeling that if you do not get "their" insurance, these fools will find anything to bill you for later. They even... take your phone and cancel the prepaid insurance you had. And all the documents are in a different same then the place you "rented" from online. I wonder why, oh cuz the fools have to keep changing their names to run from honest reviews and keep getting tourists to rent cars... clue 4-10 They bring you a car with 115k miles on it. No usb plugs, but a lovely cd player. And you think how the AF am I going to navigate if I cannot "see" or "hear" mapping instructions??? Don't worry they will upsell you in the lot from a 12 yr old car, to a 10yr old car "new car", which btw is not on the list inside when picking out the car... and try to charge you $30 more a day. Which still barely has modern car amenities. Then try to drive that piece of car... turns like a Mac truck, reds an oil change, was not cleaned out, sand on everything, no washer fluid. One highlight- the car looks local and I got waved thru a road where they would gave Gould a tourist to turn around. And maybe your car won't get broken into. This rental experience started wretched, and continued to be the top 5 most worst travel decisions I have ever made. Learn from me. Use real car rental companies. After looking at several cars on Facebook Marketplace, my biggest concerns were the vehicle history…read moreand whether the asking prices were fair. Before visiting Lucky Owl, I went to another dealership where I found a car at a great price and took it for a test drive. Unfortunately, the salesperson was evasive when answering questions and only informed us after the test drive that the vehicle had a rebuilt title. I was concerned about potential insurance issues and the vehicle's future resale value, so I decided to keep looking. My significant other had previously purchased a car from Lucky Owl and worked with Alex, so we decided to check them out. We had already found three vehicles online that we were interested in, and after letting Alex know, all three were ready for us to view and test drive when we arrived. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Alex was friendly, honest, and never made us feel pressured. Once we decided on a vehicle and completed the paperwork, the process was quick and incredibly easy. I am so grateful that I was able to purchase my car from Lucky Owl. This is the second vehicle our family has bought from them, and both experiences have been outstanding. Alex's kindness, professionalism, and commitment to making the buying process smooth and stress-free are why we keep coming back. I highly recommend Lucky Owl to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a hassle-free car-buying experience.

READ BEFORE YOU BUY: My experience at Lucky Owl Auto Sales…read more This was hands down the worst car buying experience I have ever had. From start to finish, the process was unorganized, unprofessional, and incredibly frustrating. Here is a breakdown of why you should take your business elsewhere: * Extreme Unprofessionalism: My salesman, Alex, was distracted throughout our deal, constantly taking personal calls and texting friends while working with me. Later, he told me I could text or call anytime, but whenever I sent a text, he would get angry and snap at me to call instead. * Blaming the Customer for Their Mistakes: After my test drive, I parked exactly where instructed. Another employee backed up and hit two cars, including mine. Instead of apologizing, they blamed me for "parking wrong." Later, they forgot to sign the backend of my financing check, causing the bank to deny it. When I called to resolve it, they immediately blamed me for filling it out wrong and demanded a new check only to realize later that they had failed to endorse it. No apology was ever given. * Registration and Inspection Negligence: They sold me a vehicle with an expired registration and safety inspection without disclosing it. I had to personally drive the car to an inspection station on a separate day just to get the paperwork moving. * Title and Communication Nightmare: Getting the title signed took weeks. Whenever I called for an update, the staff became hostile. I had to drive back to the dealership three separate times just to sign the title because they either misjudged the delivery date or the only person authorized to open the mail wasn't in. * Immediate Mechanical Issues: Just three days after purchase, the check engine light came on. When I called Alex with the code from a local auto parts store, he dismissed it, claiming their "more expensive machines" were the only trustworthy ones (the codes matched exactly). To their credit, they did fix the issue and gave me a loaner car, but the attitude was completely unnecessary. It took over a month of constant babysitting just to get my vehicle legal and the paperwork finalized. I am incredibly relieved to finally be done dealing with Lucky Owl Auto Sales. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
