Great place to hang out! Usually packed after work. We came for lunch. Our server Michele was amazing, patient when we couldn't decide. When she brought our drinks she totally looked like Wednesday Adam's see my photo. Xavier brought our meal w a smile! Great place, come one come all!

Came here for some breakfast and ordered their bangers & mash. It was good and also came with baked beans. The bartender was nice and service was quick here.

I can't tell you how many times I'll be in the area late at night just wanting a quick drink before catching the train. Not too rowdy. Bartenders are attentive. People don't really bother you. Great spot. Now I'll be stopping by more regularly.

Great location. The bartender was friendly and welcoming. Service was amazing. Didn't expect the food to be as good as it was! Ordered 3 dishes, all 3 was packed with flavor and delicious! Very quiet for a Sunday night. Would definitely recommend this business and return in the future.

My husband and I ordered the Irish Breakfast with Irish Coffee and it was out-freaking-standing. Our server was awesome. Highly recommend this establishment as a true Irish place to be!

The service was really good. I had a Foggy Fig and Mango Fizz. Both were really good. I also ordered the vegetable springs rolls off the appetizer menu. They were hot and crispy. I really enjoyed my time here!

Cool little Irish dive to go to before Ranger games. Bring money. Pints (12oz) are 10 bucks.

Best place to go to post 5K run and get a beer afterwards. The bartenders know how to pour a beer the right way. Love Sullivans.

The "Perfect" Pint is apparently a far cry from reality…read more Our server, Ruffino, seemed perfectly cordial at first, but that changed rather quickly when we discovered a 20% automatic gratuity added to our bill without any prior notice. We didn't find out about this little surprise until the check was placed on our table. Nothing like discovering an extra charge at the end of your meal that apparently everyone was supposed to know about except the customers. We went downstairs to the host stand and asked to speak with a manager. We were informed that there was no manager on duty--apparently, just a staff of bartenders. When we questioned the automatic gratuity, we were told that all orders over $100 automatically receive a 20% gratuity. There was just one small problem: we had never been informed of this policy, nor did we see it posted anywhere. We politely asked for the charge to be removed since it had not been disclosed to us. We were told there was "nothing that could be done." Naturally, we then went back to Ruffino and asked to speak with his boss. We were promptly brought the exact same person we had already spoken with downstairs--who then proceeded to tell Ruffino to remove the gratuity. So apparently, there was something that could be done. Good to know. Unfortunately, the situation then went from questionable customer service to outright disrespect. During the interaction, our experience working in the food service industry was insulted, and we were told, and I quote: "I feel bad for whatever establishment you worked for because I know it was S**T. Get the F**K out and never return." Classy. For the record, there were only four people in our party. The establishment's own gratuity guidelines state that a 20% automatic gratuity applies to parties of six or more, not four. So let's recap: * A 20% gratuity was added without being disclosed. * We were told it applied because our order exceeded $100. * We were unable to find this policy posted anywhere. * We were initially told nothing could be done about the charge. * Someone subsequently instructed Ruffino to remove it, proving that something could, in fact, be done. * And when we questioned the situation, we were insulted and told to leave and never come back. Honestly, the last part was the easiest request to accommodate. If "Perfect" is supposed to describe the customer experience here, I'd hate to see what happens at an establishment that's merely average. As for the request to "never return"--don't worry. We won't. Some establishments manage to make that decision remarkably easy for you.

I stumbled across this Irish Pub with a Rooftop view of the street by chance looking for a coffee…read moreshop. The rooftop view appealed to me much more than hanging out in a coffee shop. Since my favorite beer is Guinness. Figured it was time to get it while waiting for a friend at the theater nearby. I was glad that the waitress at the bar downstairs was really friendly and gave me directions to take the elevator up to the rooftop. I didn't realize this pub was shared with another pub next door. The elevators was located in between the 2 pubs. While getting to the elevator, it seems there was an attendant that brought guests up on the cozy little elevator. Though, there were no attendants later in the day. The waitress mentioned I could bring my glass up with me to the roof. So I did. Overall, I enjoyed my time overlooking the busy street while sipping my beer.

Bartenders - FIVE of them will ignore tf out of you until they have no choice but to speak to you because some finance bros came and called the bartenders over. Thought it was because I'm a woman but then this older Caucasian woman came to sit next to me and they came to her right away (I'm a woman of color). I even had to flail my arms just to get the tab and I can tell that it's their routine to ignore a certain demographic. I was only here because my friend had to meet up with my work colleagues so I thought I would grab a seat at the bar and enjoy a quick burger before heading out for birthday festivities. The burger and fries were good and the rooftop is nice. I have no desire to return but it's probably what they want.
