We were driving home from Philly and we decided to stop in for lunch. We got buffalo mozzarella sticks for a small appetizer. They were really yummy but really spicy. They came with blue cheese. We got a mushroom pizza and water. The pizza had a ton of mushrooms on it, a little to much! There was almost no wait at all. We got all utensils and plates. Great food, affordable prices and every order I have placed has come with complimentary garlic knots that are delicious. Sometimes the delivery/wait times can be a bit long during peak hours but they have improved dramatically and I rarely wait more than 20-35 minutes for delivery now. read more

The Brooklyn Pizza used to be our absolute all time favorite pizza ever! Unfortunately, we just learned that they changed it to a thicker crust and after 2 disappointing experiences, I am sad to say that we will not be ordering it again. Stopped in on a Tuesday with my husband and to our surprise the Tuesday special was a free order of fries with any cheesesteak! I had a chicken cheesesteak and my husband had a regular cheesesteak. Terrible service! This is the second I called in an order and they screwed up. But this time they completely missed my order. I spoke to a person who clearly identified herself as Johnny Longhots Marlton. I placed our order and waited to go pick up. I get to the restaurant and go to the counter. They have no record of my order. To make matters worse they try to convince me that I must have called the wrong location. I show them my phone history and it clearly identifies the Marlton phone number. I couldn't believe they tried to place blame on their customer. As mentioned this is the second time they messed up a phone order. The other time I got home and realized they left out a sandwich we ordered and paid for. I had to drive back to pick it up. I just cannot recommend a place that continues to make mistakes and then tries to blame their customer. Avoid ordering from this place. read more

Johnny Longhots is easily one of my favorite new pizza joints. Excellent sandwiches and great pizza. Try the Brooklyn I highly recommend it.

They ALWAYS forget something when you place a pick-up order. There are minors working there, which wouldn't be a problem if they were minors with a shred of common sense. My boyfriend picked up food for us on the way home from a doctors visit for my daughter. I placed the order on the phone- I made sure to ask for 2 mild wing sauces for my chicken tenders. When my boyfriend picked it up, he asked if the cheeses and the sauces were inside. They checked for the cheese- the guy told him the sauce was in with the tenders, which were on the bottom. We also ordered extra cheese cheese fries. He gets home (a 15 minute drive) and you guessed it- no mild sauces at all. Also there is barely any cheese on the fries we paid extra for. I call, and am told that they can deliver the sauce with the next delivery, about 45 minutes. Then I'm told no, they can't because they have a 4 mi radius , so I have to drive there if I want the sauce. Gas is $4 a gallon. The girl I am speaking with refuses to refund the chicken tenders if I come there to pick up the sauce- she says she will refund the $.50 for the second one but that's it. Of course there are no managers available. We go there 2-3 times a week, and they always manage to forget something. Finally I get someone on the phone to refund HALF of my chicken tenders order. . Be prepared to pull out all your food and check EVERY SINGLE THING if you pick up from here! read more

This is the best cheesesteak/ pizza place ever. They finally figured it out. Make authentic Philly style cheesesteaks for those people that like cheesesteaks like me and make authentic NY style pizza for those that love pizza like my wife. My only complaint is that I am addicting to this place like a crack addict and don't want to eat anything else. They have great special like .99 cent plain slices on Monday and great 7.99 lunch specials everyday. They get fairly busy but once the word gets out ol the line will be ol out the door. read more

I was in Johnny Longhots on 7-31-2019 at 8:45 me n my dawgs ordered our food and the girl working at the counter was so rude (bleached blonde hair) and when we were done ordering she gave it to us to go and it didn't make me and my homies feel welcome. And my dawg Ben asked her for a plain slice and she said we don't have any. And when she brought out the food she threw our cheesesteaks on the table and walked away. Warning - Our office ordered six meals today totally $42. for lunch. We wanted to pay for each order separately. The cashier did become frustrated but was separating the bill. The owner came over to help the next customer in line while we were paying. He says to that person if you are paying separately I will punch you in the throat. Bill was $22 had two twenty's asked for $13 back driver said he had nine bucks and said he'd look for quarters out of his car lol. Good pizza, HORRIBLE service!! I've ordered pizza here since they first opened. There was always a few small problems everytime I ordered but I put up with it because I really liked the pizza and it's close to my job. As of today I am no longer patronizing this business. They are rude and don't care about customers. The delivery driver lied to me about my total and ran off with a extra tip before I looked at the receipt. I waiting a hour and a half every time I order delivery and they are not pleasant on the phone, often yelling or being short with you. Today took the cake when they told me that a pizza that I've ordered for months came with meatballs on it and that I was wrong and it was take it or leave it so I left it. My friend pulls up the menu and points out to them that there's no meatballs in the description and that they will update their menu and made her the pizza. Why would you reason with her instead of me? I'm totally disappointed and disgusted. read more

It's hard watching this once excellent place decline so suddenly. The slices are getting smaller and the quality is less consistent. The service behind the counter was professional and friendly - outstanding for a pizza place. I will be kind and just say that it is less "classy" recently. There are people hanging around behind the counter that aren't working - not sure if it's a manager or a new owner, but it's creepy. Joe was a great presence here as was his son.
