Cold pizza that tasted like cardboard with cold cheese on it. Not sure how many hours our pizza sat out before they decided to deliver it, but I suspect it was baked on the titanic. Overpriced and underdelivered. Should be easier to find good pizza. read more

I was scouting out pizza in my sisters new neighborhood. I tried 4 different pizzas and they were yummy in my tummy. I usually like only the thinnest crust but I have to say that my tastebuds were fighting with my stomach but I was full. I will be back to try the rest of the menu. The food is very good, but they consistently get the orders wrong. If you place online orders they never read customizations like adding mayo to a sandwich. Going in to place an order isn't better as i asked for extra ranch and recieved one blue cheese packet. Very frustrating. read more

I have never ordered from this establishment before and I will never do it again. I sampled the basic pizza with meatballs on half..and thank goodness only half because they were dry and awful...absolutely not a fleck of flavor, dry and hard. There was not enough sauce either on the pizza and what sauce there was on it was tasteless. Do they have spices at this place? Also ordered the Chicken Francaise which was full of lemon juice but that was it...another disaster. The Fried Raviolis were edible nothing to write home about. The Cheesesteak was the best thing out of the order. Will not be ordering from Johnny Napkins again. read more

Have enjoyed everything that we've tried here. They have excellent pizza and a fun variety of unconventional toppings like chicken marsala. Glad the whole family can choose their slices or we bring home the chicken bacon ranch pie that's our crowd pleaser. Tomato soup is excellent, pasta and meat meals are great as are the sandwiches and fries. I enjoy dining in the restaurant when you get real utensils and plates. read more

Have been going here once a week for the last two years. Placed an order over phone, they said would be ready in 15 minutes. Get to the place they tell me they couldn't make the order because they have a large catering order to go out. No apology. I guess they don't have caller id. Well you just lost a customer. Place an order on seamless online, finally got it one and an half hour later, delivery driver show up unapologetic, act like he don't care. I still gave him a $3 tip, even though Im mad but it's not all his fault. The philly cheesesteak was good except the red pepper, they only put few fries to go along with it, and I do mean a few. Now to the main portion, my large cheese pizza looks great but was burnt on the bottom crust, so the pizza had a burnt taste to it. I took one slice and was done with it, threw the rest in the garbage. I didn't want to call and complain only to wait another hour and a half for an exchange, overall very disappointed with this place and I will never order from this pizzeria again. If you like waiting a hour and a half for some burnt pizza this is your place. read more

I've been to the place a few times and the pizza slices were generally pretty good. I opted to order delivery this time and got a salad and chicken parm sub. The salad came without any dressing which was disappointing and the chicken parm came cold, dry and lacked sauce. It was very unimpressive and I wouldn't recommend ordering delivery from there. read more

Johnny Napkins has amazing food,soup,salad,pizza and so much more I highly recommend the Jonny salad with balsamic and the chicken noodle soup it is made fresh on the spot and is delicious no searchin for noodles and chicken there is plenty down to the last sip of broth and the Jonny salad has fresh mozzarella,red peppers ,ham ,cheese,and olives also the music here is very nice and it needs to just have a tint of loudness.I would recommend a fountain drink machine.Enjoy the food and good sitting. read more

I'd give them zero if I could. My food was supposed to be delivered in 20 minutes and took over an hour, and it was cold and poor quality. Another time I went, I saw one of the managers berating a staff member who seemed like he had just started. Didn't sit well with me or my friends. I won't be coming back again. read more

As far as the food at Johnny Napkins.. it's great... when they send you what you ordered. I just ordered lunch from there to be delivered to my office in Kenilworth. I ordered at 1:30 and it didn't get here until 2:30 (they said it would take 30-40 minutes). If the rest of my experience with them today went smoothly, I wouldn't have even noticed that it took an hour.... but it didn't. Our delivery guy called the office twice because he was lost and couldn't find our office. He got here, and our order that was placed and paid for over the phone with my debit card, was suddenly a cash order. So, he called Johnny's to rectify the situation, and they put him on hold... for a good 5 minutes, before I had to call the restaurant myself and tell them that we're busy and need to get this over with. He then tells me that everything is fine, and it was put through as a debit order. My delivery guy leaves and I go to my desk to eat my food. I order a buffalo chicken wrap, no cheese, with ranch sauce instead of bleu cheese. That's EXACTLY how we ordered it when we called. I open my food, it's a grilled chicken wrap with lettuce and tomato, nothing else on it. I called the restaurant to find out what happened and he kept telling me "well it says buffalo chicken right here"... ok, that's great and all, but i'm sitting here telling you that I didn't get what I ordered and he's over there asking the cook if he made a buffalo chicken wrap... GET THISSSSS... the cook tells him that when we ordered, we asked for a buffalo chicken wrap (NOT SPICY)... so that's why there was no buffalo.... I'm sorry... why in the world would i order a buffalo chicken wrap, hold the buffalo? Sheer incompetence. After all of this, instead of telling me that they would send me what I ordered and paid for, like any other respectable establishment would do... he basically told me sorry, not sorry, and called it a day. Very unprofessional. We order-in for lunch every single day, and they were in our rotation... now, not so much. read more

This place just got my business for the last time. I've ordered here a dozen times, and out of 10 times they get the order wrong at least seven. Looking passed the mediocre food and the fact they usually get it wrong I have had other issues with this place. For the second time now my delivery driver shows up to my house without having any or not enough change. The drivers are trying to scam for extra tip money just expecting to give a 50-100% of bill tip because they claim to not have it with them. On this order the driver shows up to my house blasting rap music, leaves her door wide open and the music just blasts from the car. Its unprofessional and makes this business look like trash as a whole to add to all the other issues they have with their management and service. They tell you the delivery will be there in an hour, and in fact it takes like an hour and a half. Do yourself a favor and order ELSEWHERE. There are many different pizzerias that have much better food, more professional, and punctual. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL read more

We keep ordering the Johnny's Sottosopra because it's so good, especially when we have out of town guest. This is a solid pizza joint and they have excellent eggplant parm, calamari, and BURGERS. Having lived in Brooklyn and Jersey City for number of years, I would have to say the Sottosopra Pizza can stand up to any of the great pizza joints in NYC area (seriously). We've ordered pick up from here multiple times and the price is right with the large portions of food. Glad this place is around and looking forward to ordering more things off the menu. read more

This place has great food, but unfortunately, not great service. This is my third time ordering delivery from them, but I will only be eating-in from now on. First time, they arrived early, food was great! The second time, took a little longer, food was lukewarm and soggy. My delivery order today took an hour and 20 minutes to get here... I'm right down the street. I called to ask for an update, they said the driver was on their way (already 10 minutes late). So after waiting an hour and 20 minutes for my food, it was soggy and ICE COLD. I don't know what took so long, or why they're service is getting worse. Very disappointed. read more

Everything here is good! I've tried the specialty slices, their dinner dishes, and everything in between and have yet to be disappointed! The deliveries are always on time (less than 30 minutes) and I have eaten at the location as well. It is very clean and well kept; definitely one of the cleaner pizzerias I have been in. The staff is very nice- they bring the food to your table and they are very courteous. My family and I are biased and always lean more towards the hawaiian pizza, but you won't regret ordering anything on the menu! My personal favorites are pepperoni pizza, chicken francaise, and the garlic knots are really good! read more
