I went in to get lunch for my two children, and I noticed the cook was cooking bacon on the grill and I told him specifically my children cannot have any pork products and I asked if they can kindly clean the grill or cook it on the other side when ‍MY SON ‍ took a bite into his sandwich, you can taste the bacon completely. No regards to my children's health or anything absolutely disgusting.

Really disappointed with the service and quality that we experienced today. Never before did I have a server get so defensive over a milkshake. We simply asked why the cup was only half full and the server lost her mind. This is not the Johnny rockets I'm use to, extremely disappointed in the lack of care from management and especially the servers

I love the diner type atmosphere. My favorite thing here is the Philly Cheesesteak. It's filling and flavorful. Their fries are good and I love that they have fry sauce.

This Johnny Rockets location holds a lot of nostalgia for me. Several years ago, it was where my wife and I had one of our first dates. I still get the butterflies in my stomach when I walk in the doors. So recently, we were in the area and decided to return. They do a fantastic job with branding-everything is retro, 50's diner themed. It looks great; very appealing from the outside. Everyone recommends getting a shake here, which I had intended to do. But the menu smartly shows the calorie count on food items, and the 900+ count deterred me. Not that my food choice was much better, but come on? You don't go to Johnny Rockets for healthy food. I ordered a burger and fries with nothing on it. And that's just how it came-it was prepared as I requested and cooked just right. The flavor was pretty bland-nothing that makes it stand out. I wouldn't say I was disappointed, but I wasn't eager to return either. Service was adequate. We did have to request a refill of our drinks, but the person taking our order looked to also be helping prepare the food behind the counter. So they may have been short staffed. Overall, it was fine. I think they probably get a decent amount of business because there are not a lot of dining options at the outlet mall.

So it's been a long time since I have eaten here. And my daughter has been begging me to bring her back. Apparently she came with some friends and absolutely loved everything that she ate. So we drove over a half an hour out of our way through crazy traffic to get here. I'll be the judge of how awesome it is. When we got there the waiter greeted us and sat us at a booth. He was very quick to bring us drinks. And was super attentive the whole time we were there. He was nice with all of extra additions that we added/special orders. The second time we asked for a little extra ranch, he went ahead and brought us two. Which was great. He did a great job considering he was the only water take care of all of the tables. (It was 2:00 so not a super busy time typically). My daughter ordered the chicken strips which she absolutely loved! She also ordered chili cheese fries. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and a side of chili cheese tater tot's. She got a Coke and a strawberry Oreo shake. Which she just raves about. It tasted a little too artificial strawberry to me, but she loves that flavor so she was pleased. My food was OK. It wasn't the best I've ever had, but I also wasn't as hungry as she was. It was fine. I was a little disappointed with the bill though. We thought the burgers/tenders came with fries and we were just up charging slightly to add chilli. Nope. They don't come with fries. We were buying entire other orders of the fries and tater tot's. So the check was over $40 when I was said and done. A bit more than I was expecting. Especially considering the fact that there was a big sign on the window that said happy hour between 12 and 4 o'clock if you get a burger and fries and a drink it's only $10. NOT what we paid at all! It was a fun place. Fun atmosphere. I'm sure my daughter will be back over and over again. I will probably go someplace closer to home. Unless I'm close by anyway.

Great burger, small portions, high price tag and bellow average service. We were the only ones in line. We did not have to wait to be seated but we waited at least 20 minutes to be noticed by a waitress. Once she took our order, the food was ready in less than 10 minutes. The hamburger was amazing, very tasty and with the right amount of ingredients. The fries were good as well but the amount they served is too little. The cost for fries with the burger is $2 extra. They served the burger and the fries on a little 6" plate, making the amount of skinny fries minimal. If they are going to charge extra they should at least use a normal size plate (10") for the fries and burger since the burger along is around $10.

My husband came here for a date night. We have the starving student discount card so we were able to get free fries & a milkshake of our choice for half off! We also got the mushroom & Swiss burger to share but we ate it too fast to get a picture of it! Overall our experience was was pretty good. Nothing over the top or amazing. Just typical diner service. I am surprised they don't have very many good reviews. It's a decent place. Sure there is room for improvement but our experience was not bad at all. We will definitely be back!

My daughter and I were recently at the TM outlets and while doing the Halloween jack-o-lantern scavenger hunt, we decided to grab some lunch. Upon entering, the place was not very busy and literally only 4-5 tables total were occupied. It took longer than expected to be acknowledged and seated. The staff was nice enough but not ultra helpful. The service is slow and the food was disappointing. High prices, inconsistent and odd portions. I even questioned the waiter as to whether my hamburger was suppose to look the way it did as it was mangled and barely being held together. He tried to explain it away to me as if it's normal and only looks that way because it's "real" and "quality" and "lower fat" meat. My $12 meal was honestly smaller than my daughter $6 kids meal which is odd. My fries were barely warm, my daughters slightly warmer and crisper. It took us quite a while to get our food despite the restaurant not being very busy and also had plenty of staff literally standing around. Not impressed or satisfied. We honestly will not likely return.

The Chile was just awful! The worst I have ever eaten. Actually I could only choke down 1/3 of the small bowl.

The food overall was not very impressive. The prime rib was fantastic and was super tender, but the rest of the meal was disappointing. The Brussel sprout dish we had was extremely sweet to the point it was hard to eat more, the potato crusted chicken was on par with any diners country fried steak. The complimentary bread was delicious, soft, and a good starter. Overall I would only come back for the prime rib and skip ordering anything else.

The complementary bread service was the only worthwhile mention. -Salads came out wrong & missing ingredients -"wagyu" filet??? Tougher than a well-done outback special. someone here is in love with rosemary. Not the hostess - but the herb they must buy and chop by the dump truck load. Rosemary was the only flavor on the wagyu steak entree. Steak had zero seasoning. Petite carrots were overcooked. This entree was returned to the kitchen. The potato crusted chicken replaced the "filet". Breading had zero seasoning. Gravy was fine. The crispy fried chicken was set in a broccoli-water steam bath. The meatloaf was grotesque. Spongy, texture-free and nasty. It's so bad - it's (almost) worth going. Our server was really polite and professional. Despite the obvious issues requiring a manager to make adjustments to our check on the server terminal - no table check from a manager. Not a peep.

The Lehi location is consistently packed, and walking in without a spot means you will be standing around for a while. It is that popular for a reason. One thing nobody warns you about: it is freezing inside, bring a sweater. The Dutch Treat is what you should order. It is a beautifully done pancake served with a strawberry sauce on the side that is genuinely excellent. Rich, fresh flavor that elevates the whole dish. I order it every single time. It also comes as a combo with two eggs and your choice of bacon or sausage. Speaking of bacon, ask for it extra crunchy. They nailed it, perfectly crisp without crossing into burned territory. The scrambled eggs were slightly overcooked, so tell your server exactly how you want yours before they head to the kitchen. They are friendly enough that it is an easy ask. We added toast and two drinks and the total came to around $36 for two people. Not cheap for breakfast, but this is not a fast food situation. It is a real sit down experience with quality ingredients and a staff that actually seems happy to be there. If you are looking for a breakfast spot in the Lehi area, this is it.
