The site is huge with what I believe is the largest collection of fabric, threads, notions, and even more impressive, a huge array of sewing machines. What really makes it "super" is the Staff. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and especially knowledgeable; Laura is a sewing treasure! They are hands-on with free classes with your machine purchase, and follow-up with questions and help afterwards. They also have a fun, comprehensive class calendar as well. This is my favorite shop in the Valley, in fact, I can't think of any where else that is so impressive. I'm so glad I found them and I love my new machine!

He was professional, polite, and took great care when pulling the dishwasher out to investigate the issue. He was well-dressed, respectful of our home, and completely transparent throughout the process. Shane ordered the replacement pump and had it installed just a couple of days later. He even arranged for us to have the first appointment of the day! Not having a working dishwasher was a huge hassle, but Cody's made the process smooth and stress free. This was actually their second visit to our home. They had previously repaired our washing machine, which had been bouncing around during the spin cycle. They quickly diagnosed the issue, had the part the next day, and replaced what ended up being a worn out strut. When something you use every day stops working, it's incredibly disruptive. I purchased it in a pawn shop for 29 dollars 3o years ago. it had never been oiled much or serviced since I owned it. It started making thread blobs under neath when I sewed. I brought in in around noon and he said it will be done after 2:00 p,m, tomorrow. True to his word it was sewing beautifully . It literally purred and he added a new Led light bulb and it gave off a lot of light without getting hot like the old one did. The service charge was only 89.00. The new Led bulb was 12 dollars and i purchased some new needles. He recommended i start using plastic bobbins instead of the metal ones as the metal ones may have some drag. This was a gret place to take my old machine. I highly recommend this shop.

All the places in the phone book that said they were open on Saturday didn't even answer their phones. But Action did and they offered the unsolicited information that they don't charge extra on Saturdays. They arrived right when they said they would. John was great. Calm, knowledgeable, and he even had the right parts with him. Wham bam, it was fixed. Instructions were given on how to avoid this in the future. It wasn't cheap, but it was way cheaper than a new refrigerator.
