I've been going to Jojo Nails since September/2023. I've been loyal to them because Teddy, Jayden, Peter, Ruby, Tammy and the rest of staff are all great and provide excellent customer service. Peter is my nail tech and I can't say enough good things about him! His work is truly next-level--every set is like a piece of art. He has an incredible eye for detail and absolutely nails even the most intricate designs. No matter what idea I bring in, he brings it to life (and somehow makes it even better). Not only is he insanely talented, but he's also professional, patient, and makes every appointment such a great experience. If you're looking for someone who takes pride in his craft and consistently delivers flawless results, Peter is the one!

My daughters and I have been coming to JoJo Nails for over a year now and we absolutely love this place. Let me start off by saying that all three of us are extremely picky and we have never been let down. The staff is absolutely amazing especially Teddy, Peter, Jayden, and Ruby; whom have all done our nails. The staff always go above and beyond to make sure that we are happy with our nails.

Update: Having the manager reply with no accountability of their mistakes is bad business. His "apology" is actually covering his lie that he informed me about the GEL. There's no way I wanted two different nail colors. I picked one number from the color book, not two. I've uploaded another picture showing the color I wanted with POWDER polish from another location. They had no problem with matching and I was very happy with their service. IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS 2nd comment: it is your job to know what color needs to be used to match. Did you forget you actually told me that I was SUPPOSED to know that I had to pick a different shade to match? That statement is what got me to write a bad review. Like I said, it was my first time using powder. You guys are supposed to be the professionals and pick the colors needed.

I love this Nail Shop. Teddy is so sweet and so professional and the vibe in the shop is always fun. I usually bring my little girl and they do some really cute designs for little ones. They are also really great at specific designs and always make the best coffee.

Teddy is AMAZING!! He was so nice and even though he was tired, he did SUCH an AMAZING job. We had some good conversations as we were both tired and trying to stay awake I showed him three different designs because I couldn't decide and he said "why not all of them" He executed it SKILLFULLY! So happy with my early birthday nails! The vibes were all there! I've came quite a few times and have been satisfied EVERY time! Last month, Daniel did my acrylic set (the purple ones) and did the flowers BY hand and executed it beautifully!

RUN, DON'T WALK TO JOJO NAILS!!! This is the best nail shop in Chino, hands down! I'm so particular that I have been driving 20-30 minutes away from home to see the same lady for my Mani & Pedi's since 2020. I am SOOO happy I found a great shop in town! Teddy did my Gel Manicure, I trusted him enough to let him freestyle and he did not disappoint. Wendy did my Pedicure, and she was so gentle and really took her time. I suffer from ingrown toe nails and she was able to remove them without hurting me or cutting me at all! I am so thankful and glad that I came to JoJo Nails! I booked my next appointment before I even left! You will not be disappointed! Thanks so much Teddy for my wonderful experience! Brought my daughter here to get a gel fill in. When she got there, there was only 1person working. She started on my daughter then told her that she was only doing 1/2 day mind you it was 2 in the afternoon. After pairing her nails she rushed her under the lamp and told her she was done. The next morning all of her nails had deep crinkles impressions and or peeling. She called the person and she told her to come back and she'll fix it. When we got there she wasn't there and none of the employees had a clue what was going nor why we were there. My daughter called her and she had to let them speak to the original person on her cell instead of her calling her co workers and letting them know what happened. She then said "he's gonna fix for you" and hung up My thoughts are if you are going to be open on a day you're not normally open your work and attitude still is a representation of your business be mindful of this. I went here for my last mani/pedi and was very impressed! Jojo did my nails-she introduced me to gel-x. Super cool and thin, also took no time at all unlike dip/acrylic. Jojo was amazing and made everyone feel at home-even insisting we have the most amazing Vietnamese coffee ever on the way out. The gentleman who did my pedicure was also amazing-I cut my nails short as heck and he managed to make them look like toenails again. My sisters came in as soon as they saw my nails and had an equally amazing experience. Top notch experience overall. Salon was super clean and masks were kept on. Decided to try this place after seeing so many great reviews on the city Facebook page. Let me tell you JoJo Nails did not disappoint! From beginning to end the experience was great! He took his time and really made sure every single nail was perfect! I had him take the old set of nails off first, my real nails are long so I asked for an acrylic overlay full set with ombré and two designed nails. He did the best job ever and the price was SO reasonable. I can't wait to be back and so happy I found a new nail place that can execute exactly what I want without charging an arm and a leg! read more

First time today, and I loved it! As a mom, it's hard at times to relax. This place however, made me feel so relaxed. The people were very nice and welcoming. The place was very clean as well. Right when I sat on my chair, they offered me a drink (which was free!) yes, free! Comes with the service! I was so surprised about that and I loved it! The lady that took care of me was Mimi and she was great! She made sure I was comfy at all times and offered to refill my drink. She asked if the color gel i chose was good when the first toe was done before doing all toes. She also made sure I was happy with the length she had cut my toe nails. Mimi was so nice the whole time and not once did she hurt me. She took her time, which I liked. To sum it up, I got the chair massage, a nice cold iced coffee as I was getting my toes done and finished it off with some CBD treatment, what more can I ask for?! I felt so good and relaxed. I will definitely come back. This is my new favorite spot! read more

Way over priced and very pushy staff! I went and she just rushed through my pedicure! She charged my sister $50 for a fill with a French tip. They have a sign saying 20% off and they didn't even give us the discount Save your money and time UPDATE!! She had agreed to give my sister a partial refund and now she is refusing to give the refund unless I remove this review!!! I'm sorry but this place refuses to be held accountable for overcharging! She even hung up on my mother mid conversation. This place is rude and not worth the high prices they charge. Again save your money and go to another nail salon! I started coming here a few months back after having a negative experience at a previous nail salon that I would go to. The ladies here are very personable and pay very close attention to detail. My first visit with Teddy was great. Friendly and thorough pedicure! However, my next visit was not the best unfortunately. The salon was very packed and my manicure and pedicure seemed ok at first but the nail polish bubbled up completely within a couple of hours. I left for vacation already and was unable to show them what happened within hours of leaving their salon. I was disappointed in the service to say the least. Everyone working is always nice but the polish bubbling on my manicure and pedicure ruined my experience here. read more

Unfortunately, my experience here the last time I went was very disappointing. My daughter and I came here late on a weekday because it was one of the only shops that stayed open later. It wasn't busy at all and they only had two people working. The only woman there did my nails and my daughters. We were overcharged for dip powder that didn't last longer than 1.5 weeks. She cut my cuticle with the tool and was not very careful as she was also watching something on her phone. The top layer started to peel almost immediately and then had chipped right after a week. The smiley face that was put on my daughters $60 dip powder was so terrible! I definitely could have done better and definitely would have if I was charging that much. I came here once before for a pedicure on the weekend and it was good experience. This time around my pedicure was just okay. I don't recommend coming here if you want quality work done. read more

Recently acquired by new owners. 2 words: overpriced & inexperienced. Got a $40 pedicure and ended up getting below basic service (they said service included callus removal, didn't even get that). The technician didn't know how to clean cuticles or even apply nail polish. I had to ask someone else to redo mine because it was so bumpy and uneven. Don't fall for the 20% off or the social media posts. Go elsewhere. read more

The quality is poor and they rush you as they continue to take more customers than they can handle. My nails didn't even last 3 days and I paid $50 for this. Do not go here! I showed Jojo a photo of what I wanted and she told me she could do a better job than that. Turns out she actually did a WAY worse job than what I showed her. She claims the Gel-x lasts a lot longer than regular acrylics, but one of my nails was already lifting when she was done with my nails. I'm so angry I wasted $70 on a HORRIBLE job. I kept telling Jojo how crooked and bumpy my nails looked, but she kept trying to make it seem like I was just making things up. She kept bragging about her work and how beautiful they are, even though they were clearly crooked and messy. She also kept cutting me and made me bleed. I've heard other people that also went there, say that their nails only lasted a few days before they popped off and I've also heard a few people say they've gotten an infection from this place. Also, she has a big banner outside stating there was a 20% off deal and when I asked about it, she said she can't give me the 20% off, with no explanation. False advertisement. Terrible customer service. I only gave this place a try because the other nail salons I usually go to were already booked for the day. Please beware and take your business elsewhere, because most likely you will be disappointed. And you will most definitely see me coming back here. First time I visited, I went right when they opened because I wasn't sure how much of a wait time it could be since I didn't have an appointment. I waited about five minutes before they were able to take care of me. Everyone was polite and friendly. Service was incredibly fast. I think I was only in there for an hour and a half again I only wanted something simple and basic so that also contributed to me not being there long. Fast-forward to about a week and a half I noticed I definitely needed to go in for a fill. This time I did make an appointment for 10:30am, I walked in at about 10:12, I knew I was definitely early but I figured I'd take a seat and look at color options while I waited. I did not wait long however they seated me within three minutes of me being there. So I will most definitely give them five stars for how quick they are. This second time around, I did have a color in mine from the first time I went, and it came out fabulous. The nail technician when he was putting the color on did suggest chrome which I have never tried, and I am most definitely glad he did because the color I chose was definitely lighter than what I chose the first time and with the chrome it just made my nails look simple and clean but with a little bit of shine. Definitely love that as soon as you come in the atmosphere and the vibe is completely great. They sit you down and they ask if you would like anything to drink which I love. I usually don't say yes, but I love that they ask because it's just extremely polite of them. My only caveat and I think I might be the only one is, I do wish they would play something else on the TV that they have in there, the two times I have gone they have this baking show which seems great, but I do wish they would play some kind of chick flick or a romance movie or a movie in general rather than a baking show haha. All in all I'm definitely going to keep coming here! I am looking forward to scheduling my pedicure hopefully soon I have not had one since I was a little girl so I'm very much excited. I hear good things about pedicures here.

I went here after the place I found last month had an hour wait. This was my first time here so I…read moreasked for the prices of a gel manicure, gel pedicure, and callus remover. Out of 3 places that I have been to for the last few months, this place was the most pricey and they charge for everything. A regular pedicure was $27 but if you want gel they charge a total of $15 more while most places charge $10 more. Gel remover is extra even if you're still getting gel, $2 more if you're using a card to pay unless you zelle them. It was $82 for the service (gel pedi $42, gel mani $35, callus remover $5) and I tipped them a total of $16. I had to split among 3 people instead of the usual 2 because the lady working on my manicure couldn't spend 10 more minutes to finish painting my nails. She wanted to get started on another client so she ended up getting less tip. Ultimately I did end up liking the color I got after trying on a handful of colors and I did receive a bottle of water while I was there. The workers here prioritize talking in Vietnamese the whole time versus socializing with their customers. Although I understood what they were saying, I didn't engage too much. Vietnamese-owned salons should realize that workers talking in their native language for an hour straight while 80% of their clients don't speak the same language isn't an ideal environment. The store is called organic but honestly I didn't see exactly what was organic about their products. They use exactly the same nail polish brands as any other shops. I may or may not return.

I called to find out prices and the owner told me it was $40 for full set. When I got there she said it was $40 but you had to add gel which would be an additional $15. I don't understand why she wouldn't just say it's $55???? I had polish dip on and the removal was free. I decided to do polish dip again which was $50. She kept hurting me when she was filing down to remove the previous polish dip. Felt like she was removing my actual nail. The entire time she was talking about how she's great at doing business and how her prices are the best. Said the previous place I got my nails done at did a terrible job. It was starting to get annoying. When I got home I noticed she did a terrible job at shaping my nails. I can tell they had little bumps and even a little glitter stuck to it. It's been only 1 week and they are already chipping and breaking! I had my previous nails done at another nail salon and those still looked really good after THREE weeks but my nails were outgrown. I don't do anything out of the ordinary that would make them chip other than washing dishes at home. I will honestly never come back here and do not recommend doing polish dip at this place. read more

I have been going to JoJo's nails for many months now. I always wanted to get my nails done in the past, but hadn't since my teens due to a previously bad experience at another salon. But, I gave JoJo's a shot and have never regretted my decision. The owner and employees are very kind and go out of their way to ensure that you have a great experience. I have nerve damage on my ring finger on my left hand, and they are always gentle and make sure that I am comfortable. Every nail design that I have presented them they have never turned down and always do excellent work. I can now proudly say that I patron this place every month for my pamper day with my mom, whom I always take with me to get her pedicures.
