And you will most definitely see me coming back here. First time I visited, I went right when they opened because I wasn't sure how much of a wait time it could be since I didn't have an appointment. I waited about five minutes before they were able to take care of me. Everyone was polite and friendly. Service was incredibly fast. I think I was only in there for an hour and a half again I only wanted something simple and basic so that also contributed to me not being there long. Fast-forward to about a week and a half I noticed I definitely needed to go in for a fill. This time I did make an appointment for 10:30am, I walked in at about 10:12, I knew I was definitely early but I figured I'd take a seat and look at color options while I waited. I did not wait long however they seated me within three minutes of me being there. So I will most definitely give them five stars for how quick they are. This second time around, I did have a color in mine from the first time I went, and it came out fabulous. The nail technician when he was putting the color on did suggest chrome which I have never tried, and I am most definitely glad he did because the color I chose was definitely lighter than what I chose the first time and with the chrome it just made my nails look simple and clean but with a little bit of shine. Definitely love that as soon as you come in the atmosphere and the vibe is completely great. They sit you down and they ask if you would like anything to drink which I love. I usually don't say yes, but I love that they ask because it's just extremely polite of them. My only caveat and I think I might be the only one is, I do wish they would play something else on the TV that they have in there, the two times I have gone they have this baking show which seems great, but I do wish they would play some kind of chick flick or a romance movie or a movie in general rather than a baking show haha. All in all I'm definitely going to keep coming here! I am looking forward to scheduling my pedicure hopefully soon I have not had one since I was a little girl so I'm very much excited. I hear good things about pedicures here.

I'm not comfortable being asked to pay when my service wasn't even halfway finished. I also found it very frustrating that, on a day when temperatures reached 102°F, the AC was turned off about 10 minutes before closing. The salon closes at 6:00 PM, but I didn't actually finish my appointment until 6:28 PM. By the time I was done, the temperature outside was still 98°F, so the salon became hot very quickly once the AC was turned off. There were still seven other customers receiving services, and one customer even said out loud, "It's hot." The door was then opened, but the salon remained very uncomfortable. My nail technician brought a small fan for himself but nothing was offered to the customers. I understand that the salon closes at 6:00 PM, but if customers are still being serviced past closing time, I believe the comfort of those customers should still be considered. I left very disappointed.

Out of 3 places that I have been to for the last few months, this place was the most pricey and they charge for everything. A regular pedicure was $27 but if you want gel they charge a total of $15 more while most places charge $10 more. Gel remover is extra even if you're still getting gel, $2 more if you're using a card to pay unless you zelle them. It was $82 for the service (gel pedi $42, gel mani $35, callus remover $5) and I tipped them a total of $16. I had to split among 3 people instead of the usual 2 because the lady working on my manicure couldn't spend 10 more minutes to finish painting my nails. She wanted to get started on another client so she ended up getting less tip. Ultimately I did end up liking the color I got after trying on a handful of colors and I did receive a bottle of water while I was there. The workers here prioritize talking in Vietnamese the whole time versus socializing with their customers. Although I understood what they were saying, I didn't engage too much. Vietnamese-owned salons should realize that workers talking in their native language for an hour straight while 80% of their clients don't speak the same language isn't an ideal environment. The store is called organic but honestly I didn't see exactly what was organic about their products. They use exactly the same nail polish brands as any other shops. I may or may not return.

I called to find out prices and the owner told me it was $40 for full set. When I got there she said it was $40 but you had to add gel which would be an additional $15. I don't understand why she wouldn't just say it's $55???? I had polish dip on and the removal was free. I decided to do polish dip again which was $50. She kept hurting me when she was filing down to remove the previous polish dip. Felt like she was removing my actual nail. The entire time she was talking about how she's great at doing business and how her prices are the best. Said the previous place I got my nails done at did a terrible job. It was starting to get annoying. When I got home I noticed she did a terrible job at shaping my nails. I can tell they had little bumps and even a little glitter stuck to it. It's been only 1 week and they are already chipping and breaking! I had my previous nails done at another nail salon and those still looked really good after THREE weeks but my nails were outgrown. I don't do anything out of the ordinary that would make them chip other than washing dishes at home. I will honestly never come back here and do not recommend doing polish dip at this place. read more

Loved my first time experience at this nail salon!! New owners are so welcoming and friendly! I drove to 3 other nail salons and they all had a 2+ hour wait. Teddy and Jaydon made my experience so great, definitely going back! They were so excited and thankful for choosing them to do my nails and pedi. That's awesome customer service! They made me feel like I've known them for years lol super gentle and kept asking if I liked the shape of my nails.
