Tofu as the protein and 3 veggies - green beans, brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes. Cilantro Vinaigrette and Citrus Ginger for the sauces. Chilled noodles hit a little different if you're not used to them. I would prefer them warmed but also didn't mind. But if you want a warm base, thy have grains you can choose from. The sauces are needed to tie the bowl together. Overall, I really loved the food. Some of my friends would say the bowl I made tasted "healthy" lol. And they wouldn't be wrong, but that's the point! Amazing customer service! I loved that he explained how it worked. And it's the small things for me - a simple suggestion to get the fountain drink version of the can since I was dining it. Didn't even melt the cheese they sprinkled on top. The cheese sauce was grainy and lacked any flavor. We asked for the macaroni to be microwaved and they didn't have a microwave. He did offer to put in the oven which helped some. Still didn't taste good. Sitting in their dining room, they use the hallway to the restroom for storage. You felt like you were sitting in the kitchen. Overall we just didn't enjoy our meal here, we won't be returning. When i asked if there was any more lettuce the lady put the last bit of scraps on my bowl and looked at me. I asked if it were more and she walked off and put more lettuce on the bowl. This should've told me to cancel my order but I proceeded and told her to put a little ceaser and a little garlic dressing on it. She put way more than a little on both causing the bowl to be drenched in dressing which has now ruined my bowl. When i get to the register, the lady charged me and I just paid without thinking "this seems more than what I typically pay". I asked for the receipt and left and when i got to my car I looked at the receipt and saw that i was over charged for the protein. I came back inside and spoke to Zach the manager. I mentioned to him my experience and he didn't apologize for the poor service, offer my anything to rectify the situation (not that i was looking for anything) or find a way to help with this inconvenience. He just told me to reach out to CAVA support to get this resolved. I honestly really like Cava but after this experience I won't be back. Zach should be fired for his poor customer service!
