Chilled noodles hit a little different if you're not used to them. I would prefer them warmed but also didn't mind. But if you want a warm base, thy have grains you can choose from. The sauces are needed to tie the bowl together. Overall, I really loved the food. Some of my friends would say the bowl I made tasted "healthy" lol. And they wouldn't be wrong, but that's the point! He did offer to put in the oven which helped some. Still didn't taste good. Sitting in their dining room, they use the hallway to the restroom for storage. You felt like you were sitting in the kitchen. Overall we just didn't enjoy our meal here, we won't be returning. I asked for the receipt and left and when i got to my car I looked at the receipt and saw that i was over charged for the protein. I came back inside and spoke to Zach the manager. I mentioned to him my experience and he didn't apologize for the poor service, offer my anything to rectify the situation (not that i was looking for anything) or find a way to help with this inconvenience.
