Never really had a bad time here. The food I receive is always correct from what I ordered. The chicken is always crispy and juicy. The spaghetti is always sweet and warm. If anybody is wondering during these trying times, you are still able to come here and order. The only difference is that the entrance is near the register, and you have to leave through another door (I assume if there's a lot of people). Sometimes, there's a line and you just wait to wait a bit. Understandable. You can also call in an order and order online, but I am yet to try any of these options during the time I am writing his review. Nice place, and for a fast food joint, pretty good. Love the Filipino chicken and meals here. Chicken skin almost has a chicharrones crunch and saltiness to it which I love. This rating is based on this specific location, not on the food. After an old friend of mine and I had been severely disappointed by the Eastridge Grand Re-Opening event we left from, I suggested we stop by Jollibee since we hadn't been in the area to try it previously. We had always meant to try Jollibee, as an inside joke involves an episode of No Reservations featuring a stop to get the chicken and spaghetti combo. The food itself was interesting, but not bad. The spaghetti has what I assumed was cheddar cheese shreds on it, as well as hot dog slices, and the sauce itself is suspiciously sweet. The fried chicken is average, not as good as American fried chicken, but at least it was edible. This specific location would receive zero stars from me if possible, because of the sanitation issues. Firstly I noticed that the soda machine hasn't been cleaned in a while, and it was so sticky that I actually had to wash my hands a second time after simply pouring my drink. The problem with not cleaning the nozzles frequently is that this causes mold to breed, and, well, I don't know anyone who wants to drink moldy Fanta. Don't question me on that. I worked as a manager in a dining hall for over a year. My friend was responding to a work email as I ate my meal, and I was just about finished when he went to wash his hands. I saw an employee come out of the restroom and go into the back of house, but I thought nothing of it until my friend came out, disgusted. He told me the employee didn't wash his hands!?! AND HE DIDN'T FLUSH THE TOILET?! My friend threw away his food and we just left...my stomach is still upset. I may be a bit germaphobic, but this is unacceptable. If you're wondering why I didn't say anything in the restaurant, it's because there was no adult-looking manager on the clock. All of the employees were goofing around and joking with each other, and I had already wasted enough of my time today. Sad day today, just found out that Jollibee doesn't serve their breakfast anymore. So so sad. They had the best breakfast hands down of all the fast food joints. My favorite was the corned beef or the tapa. What the heck i love it all!!! I remember they had the best garlic rice. It was so perfect, the ratio of garlic to rice was impeccable! O well, i guess we can just blame it on the pandemic. Every good thing has to come to an end. One more update, since everything is online order and pick up nowadays. Open during pandemic. Parking lot available, next to east ridge mall. This jollibee didn't have a line which was surprising. We ordered the 3 piece chicken meal which includes side of mashed potato, gravy, and soda for 10$ and we also ordered the peach mango pie for 2.5$. Order was ready in like 5 mins. Ate it fresh in the car. Chicken was crunchy and crispy, thin batter, not salty like other chicken joints. Mango pie is a must, flakey crust, thick juicy fruit filling. I like this Jollibee location! We've been here couple of times, and this specific location is quite spacious. We always go to Jollibee in Great Mall location, however this will be our go to place since I just found out couple months ago. Jollibee fried chicken is one of the best chicken compared to KFC, in my humble opinion. What makes Jollibee fried chicken different is the gravy, you can use the gravy as dipping sauce as well, or pour it over rice or mashed potatoes or even fries. Their famous dessert is halo halo, basically ube flavored ice cream mixed with tropical fruits like jackfruits, coconut flesh, and some syrup. Definitely will come back to this location if I'm craving for fried chicken. read more

This Jollibee has changed greatly over the years with it now having red ribbon added to its unit and a newly secured restroom. The menus are now projected through their flat screen TVs and they now give out buzzers to notify you when your order is ready. The chicken is crispy and juicy. Portioning is fair. I like to come here for breakfast as their tocino just has the right amount of sweetness and seasoning, complimented by their tasty garlic rice and perfectly cooked egg. Friendly staff and quick service. Mad props for the improvements Jollibee has made over the years. The prices here however are a lot more expensive than the Jollibee down in Great Mall. The bucket is about a dollar more expensive, probably because of the minimum wage differences. read more

Very rude and handed me a face mask to wear when the mandate is over. Face masks were dirty and she ordered us to put it on. Most in line left because front staff was so slow and rude. We were 3rd in line so we stuck it out. Not worth any part of this bad experience, food was cold and not good at all this time. Customer service was terrible. Place was filthy and all doors shut and no fresh air. If they care so much about health,, open the doors up and let people breathe, clean the tables and the glass windows and imaginary safe plastic walls hanging everywhere. I hopped online and found out that you could actually order delivery without a delivery charge, so that's exactly what I did. I got the 2-piece Chickenjoy with 1 side of steamed rice, and a peach mango pie. The chicken was delicious. To be honest, I was ready for it to be a little bit soggy because of the delivery drive from the location on Tully to my house in South San Jose. I was pleasantly surprised when the chicken turned out to still be crispy, tasted well-seasoned, and juicy! The gravy sauce that came with the chicken was good too. My favorite would be the peach mango pie. It was crispy and perfectly sweet! Next time, I'm trying their spaghetti. Everyone who's close to me knows that my favorite food is fried chicken. That being said my favorite fried chicken hands down has to be Jollibee's spicy fried chicken. The skin is so crispy and the meat is always so tender, seasoned to perfection. I'm blessed to have this so close to me. Pair some chicken and the spaghetti together and you have a solid meal. I've been to other Jollibee locations and I believe that this location tends to make it saltier? Maybe it's just me. The four cheese fries are delicious. However, the cheese powder didn't stick very well to the fries. Eventually I had to scoop the remaining powder with the fries. Other than those comments, it's just like any other Jollibee location. Something about mixing the palabok with the rice and gravy that just exhudes comfort. Also carb overload I know but hey we aren't eating Jollibee every night. The palabok is yummy I opt for fresh lemon juice as opposed to the packet they give you when you order it. Since I am typically ordering for my family I order the family pack that allows for a bucket of chicken (10 pcs), 4 cups of rice and 4 peach mango pies. Because if you aren't ordering the peach mango pie and/or halo halo for dessert what are you even doing with your life? The pie with it's hot filling and perfectly baked crisp pie dough on the outside...YUM! Their halo halo is totally shareable and perfect for a hot summer day. Everything you want and need a halo halo to be. Sometime they offer a pineapple drink. This drink is everything that is refreshing and almost transports you to a beach somewhere in Hawaii or Palawan. It's defintely crisp and refreshing! What I recently learned is if you order over the phone, all you are waiting to do in line is waiting to pay and then move on over to the other side of the counter to pick up your order.
